Chapter 258 Bei Yunxue’s Wish“What kind of nonsense are you talking about, Shasha? Why do you want to abort the kid? That’s your kid! How can you do that?”

“You won’t let me eat anything! How can you do that?” Zisha’s words shocked Wang Feng and Bei Yunxue again.

“Never mind! Anyway, you are newly pregnant, which is nothing serious. Let’s talk about it later.” Wang Feng opened his mouth. Then he lowered his head and began to eat.

Of course, Wang Feng was absent-minded when he was eating. Because he was still considering how to be a good dad.

His acquaintances, like Gu Ping and Xu Haijiang, were unmarried. Who could he turn to?

Should he inform his parents? They might reproach him if they knew that he fooled around with two women. So, this choice was simply rejected by him. He decided to inform them after the baby’s birth.

“OK.” Zisha cared about her own kid so much. Though she acted like a child at times, a woman’s natural maternity glow still emanated from inside her body once she heard something about her kid.

There were two reasons why Bei Yunxue brought them here. One was that she wanted to help Zisha bring her kid to the world safely, and the other was that she would like to gain some experience.

The two women went to pick out the books merrily, leaving Wang Feng alone at the entrance of the bookstore.

However, seeing his two women looking for some books about the pregnancy inside, an urge in his mind drove Wang Feng to the books for men.

After seeking for a while, Wang Feng really picked out quite a few great books. They all contained vivid knowledge on how to be a good dad.

Seeing this kind of book, Wang Feng had to wonder at the fact that there were so many talents in society. Even such kind of books could be written.

He didn’t purchase any of these books. Instead, he just used his clairvoyance ability to glance over it every time he got a book. He could completely keep the contents of the book in his mind within only several minutes.

He didn’t stop until he felt a bit giddy in his head after reading a bunch of these books.

“All right. We will buy these books and have a look at them. If it is not enough, we will return to buy more some other time.” At this time, Zisha and Bei Yunxue finally chose the books they needed and came over to Wang Feng.

“Buy so many?” Looking at the basket of books which they picked out, Wang Feng widened his eyes and asked.

There were at least fifty books in such a large basket. How could it be possible for them to read all these books?

Maybe, he only needed half a day or even a couple of hours to finish reading all the books. But Zisha and Bei Yunxue did not own his clairvoyance ability, so it really unnerved him a lot because of them.

How long would it take for them to read all these books?

After paying for the books, Wang Feng was led by Bei Yunxue to a clothing mall nearby. She bought a great pile of maternity dresses for Zisha as well as baby’s clothing.

Wang Feng already spent tens of thousands of yuan on all these purchases, which almost filled the entire compartment of his sports car.

“Sister Xue, should we really buy so many things since the baby has not been born yet? It won’t be too late for us to buy these after its birth.” Seeing that his sports car was almost running out of space, Wang Feng had to say to remind her.

“You are too naive. Haven’t you ever heard that preparedness is a protection against danger? Oh, no. It’s called saving against a rainy day. It is always good to have these things ready early. Do you have any objection?”

They didn’t leave until there was no more room in Wang Feng’s sports car after fully three hours of shopping.

Wang Feng spent at least one hundred thousand yuan on today’s shopping. Besides, Sister Xue also prepared many things which were not necessary at all. It made Wang Feng feel speechless.

It seemed that giving birth to a child was a troublesome thing indeed.

Bei Yunxue and Zisha got off the car one by one after arriving home. Then they came up to Wang Feng and said, “Shall we get another car? It’s too crowded for three of us to sit in.”

Indeed, it was truly crowded for three people to sit in since there were only two seats in the car. But he didn’t have to worry too much since Zisha’s belly had not changed much apparently.

But it would be impossible for her to squash into such confined space obviously if her belly grew bigger in the future.

“No problem. I’ll buy another one as soon as I finish the things on hands.” Wang Feng said.

“All right. I’ll help Zisha go upstairs for some rest now.” Saying this, she took Zisha’s hand and left, leaving Wang Feng alone here.

“Wait! There are so many things. Won’t you help me carry some of these things?” Wang Feng suddenly shouted out.

“Well, you make the decision. You can just leave them here to gather dust if you want.” Bei Yunxue said while they directly opened the gate of the villa and entered, leaving Wang Feng who was filled with bitterness alone here.

How could he manage to carry such a large car of goods into his house?

However, since they were two women, Wang Feng couldn’t really bear letting them carry the stuff. Especially, Zisha was pregnant now, obviously making her too weak to do any heavy work. Consequently, Wang Feng had to carry all these things on his own finally.

Although Wang Feng didn’t feel tired at a high speed, it still took no less than half an hour for him to move all the things into his house from the car.

During this process, Bei Yunxue and Zisha both sat in the living room and watched some TV programs about babies with no sign of having a rest upstairs.

“Is it done?” Seeing Wang Feng entered with no intention of leaving, Bei Yunxue asked doubtfully.

“Yeah, it’s done.” Wang Feng nodded, saying.

“I see. Just go to the water cooler and help yourself with some water.” After saying that, Bei Yunxue and Zisha began to discuss the programs on TV again. They completely ignored the disappointed look on Wang Feng’s face.

They did not even care for him at all after he carried all the things inside. How heartless they were!

Though he was not a bit tired, they didn’t show any sign of acknowledging him at all. They completely got rid of him as soon as he had done his job. How ungrateful they were!

Wang Feng suddenly lost all his interest just after glancing at the programs on TV. Having drunk a glass of water, he directly took off his clothes and walked into the bathroom alone.

Looking at himself in the bathroom mirror, Wang Feng dully stood for about a minute. Then he let out a long breath.

He was going to be a dad, but he was indeed not a bit prepared at all.

After comfortably lying in the bathtub for a while, Wang Feng got dressed and walked outside.

The TV was still on in the living room, and the same boring program was still playing. But only Bei Yunxue was left alone in the living room now, with no sign of Zisha.

“Where is Shasha?”

“I just let her go upstairs and have a rest. Come here! I have something to ask you.”

“Just come here, and you will know it. Anyway, I will not hurt you.”

“Now that she is pregnant, how can I be not? I know that you have some medical knowledge. Just look at me and tell me if there is something wrong with me.” Saying this, Bei Yunxue showed a nervous look on her face. She was afraid that Wang Feng would say something she could not accept.

Wang Feng stroked her forehead with his palm and then touched his own cheek as well. Then he said, “What kind of nonsense are you talking about, Sister Xue? Who said that you had some health problems?”

“But why can’t I be pregnant all the time? We didn’t take any precautions.” Bei Yunxue said. She was a little skeptical of Wang Feng’s words.

Though Wang Feng’s Master, Guijianchou was a highly-skilled doctor and Wang Feng had some medical knowledge, he couldn’t really explain why Zisha was pregnant just at one time while Bei Yunxue wasn’t.

“Sister Xue, isn’t it just a question of probabilities? I can guarantee that there is nothing wrong with your health and you are healthier than anyone else.”

“So, tell me why I am not pregnant. There is nothing wrong with your health as well.”

“Sister Xue, do you really want a kid now?” Wang Feng said. He could not really understand why such a pretty woman wanted to be a mother in such a hurry.

Wasn’t it true that young girls nowadays refused to be mothers too early? Why was she more anxious than him?

Being a mother meant being out of shape in her build. What was even worse, she might be called a worn housewife. As a result, so many modern girls wouldn’t like to have a baby until they were almost in their thirties.
