"Takei~ the food's almost done!" Akari energetically opened the door to her room. "Eh... where did you go?"
When Akari came back to her room to check up on him, Takei was nowhere to be found.
Instead of her boyfriend sitting there patiently waiting for her to come back, the room was completely vacant without a trace of human life.
Akari walked into her room and checked every corner of it, but was disappointed when she couldn't find him.
"Did I make you wait?" A rough and masculine voice emanated from behind her.
Akari excitedly turned around after she realized it was Takei's voice. "Takei, where did you go? I didn't see you in the roo-"
Abruptly, she stopped talking mid-sentence and gasped at the sight in front of her.
Instead of Takei's usual look, he looked a lot different than what she was used to.
Takei's school uniform was in a more rough shape than it usually was, with the necktie removed and the top of his inner shirt unbuttoned.
The typical standard-issue school blazer was no longer there, which gave Takei a laid-back and reckless kind of look.
Even his hair, that was usually either tidy or semi-messy depending on his mood, was extremely messy and all over the place.
"Oi woman, what are you looking at?" Takei scowled. "Got something on my face?"
The typical Takei looked like an upstanding gentleman, but the current Takei looked like nothing more than a delinquent.
Agh, god damn it! That was so cringy! The magazine under Akari's bed was all about delinquents and how they would trash talk women they like, but act gentle when it counts... I don't know if she has that type of fetish or not, but it's killing me trying to find out!
On the inside, Takei was cringing and dying from the embarrassment of the cringy line he had just said.
On the outside, he barely managed to keep a calm and composed expression that helped convey his scary personality as a delinquent.
"Well? Whadd'ya want!" He pushed forward.
There was still no response from Akari. "..."
She was looking down towards the ground, so he couldn't tell what her expression was.
Takei couldn't take the embarrassment anymore, so he grabbed Akari's shoulders and tried to get her to reply. "Hey, you... Don't ignore me when I'm talking to you! Didn't your parents teach you-"
However, he stopped talking when he noticed Akari's expression.
She had a blissful expression on her face and was unable to speak because she was in a trance.
Judging from her flushed face, Takei could tell that she was about to pass out from sheer pleasure.
Oh my... I think my girlfriend has a shaming kink.
He had read online that women enjoying magazines that depict delinquents being verbally abusive was a result of a shaming kink.
Takei didn't want to believe it, but there was no doubt that his girlfriend had a shaming kink.
"Wake up you dunce!" He yelled at her, hoping to get a reaction out of her.
Takei didn't like yelling at his girlfriend, but he had a feeling that she would want him to do this.
Akari's eyes rapidly blinked as she finally returned to reality. "Huh, Takei?"
"Let's go eat dinner. I don't want to wait any longer," Takei glared.
I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
He felt really bad for being mean to her, but Akari's reaction was anything but sadness.
"Y-yes! Right away!" She happily chirped.
Akari went down the stairs and led him to the dining room with an ecstatic smile on her face.
The food wasn't set on the table yet since she had just barely finished talking with Takei in her room.
"Jeez, you can't even manage to plate the food correctly," Takei sighed. "Nevermind that, go sit down. I'll plate the food for you."
"I-" Akari tried to speak.
"Did I stutter?" Takei glared.
"No... I'll sit down," Akari recoiled, not from fear but from full pleasure and happiness.
Even though Takei had spoken harshly about her, he just wanted to help out by plating the food, so he continued the delinquent act while simultaneously also helping her out.
Once the food was all on the table, Takei was ready to start eating since he was extremely hungry and tired from having to act like a delinquent.
"Let's eat. Thank you for the food," he said.
"Thank you for the food," Akari repeated after him.
Once the food entered his mouth, Takei knew that Akari had outdone herself once again.
Even though she did a good job cooking, he had to make sure to appropriately judge it as a delinquent.
Since he had been yelling a lot, Takei decided to go with a slightly more gentle approach. "The food was edible. Good job."
"Thanks..." Akari seemed happy to be praised, but not as happy as she possibly could've been. "Why are you not yelling at me though? I think I messed up a lot. Please yell at me more!"
"..." Takei was speechless on how to respond to his girlfriend's odd fetish.
I'm not doing this bad boy persona again for a LONG time.
After dinner, Takei finally stopped doing the delinquent act, albeit to Akari's despair.
He promised himself that the delinquent persona would be shelved for a while, but only time would tell when he would need to bring it out once again...
