Samantha flirted with his pectoral muscles, tasted his flat nipples, sunk her teeth into his neck… it was like she couldn't get enough of him.
He groaned in her ear, "do you want me to climax without even entering you? At this rate, I would defeat even my teenage resistance time limit."
Sam's delighted musical laughter rang in the room.
She replied naughtily, "it's a long night. Don't worry about your performance. I am sure you will get enough opportunities to show your control. For now, let it flow."
For Wei, the banter was as big a turn on as her body was. He closed his eyes and let the wicked woman enjoy the torture that she was doling out to him. The room was soon inundated with his harsh, guttural sounds as she pleasured him.
By the time it was 3am, Sam had lost count of how many times had she reached the peak. If she thought that the first night with him had been amazing, it was nothing compared to tonight. Prince Wei had opened a new world of forbidden delights few hours ago and she was already addicted.
Looking at his peacefully sleeping face while his chest rose and fell in a rhythm, she couldn't help but reach out to trace the planes of his face with her fingers.
"Do you know that I have fallen for you already, fallen hard?" she thought ruefully, not daring to voice out the words, even in front of his sleeping form.
Earthly Matters Ltd, London
"Why are you looking so forlorn? Ah… I forgot, she left this morning, didn't she?" Eric came to Hui's cabin.
"I don't have time for any nonsensical conversation. If you are here on a work related matter, spit it out else go back to your desk. We have enough tasks on our respective platters," Hui snapped at him.
Eric didn't take his friend's words to heart.
He grinned, "that bad, eh? If you were going to be affected this deeply, why did you let her go? All that intelligence of yours is a complete waste if you can't even come up with an effective scheme to trick a woman into falling in love with you."
Hui frowned at him but said nothing.
With a suffering sigh, Eric raised his hands in surrender and said, "alright, don't look at me like a wounded animal. I won't add to your woes. When is she coming back though? And I hope you told her severely to take care of her health. In the past few days, she has really lost a crazy amount of weight. Before we know, you will be carrying your parents' food to her in China as well."
Hui finally relented under his COO's tactics and cracked a smile.
"Yes, I admonished her but I am not sure if she would really pay any heed to it. Having interacted with her all this while, I have realised that she looks docile and subservient but is quite obstinate when it comes to doing as she pleases. So one can only hope…" he left his words incomplete.
"Hui, do you think that she has gone to seek her past," Eric asked him, out of the blue.
Hui got up from his chair and went upto the window which overlooked the Hyde Park.
With his back to Eric, he said softly, "she has been carrying that past within her. So it really isn't her past logically then because she is still living it."
Eric could hear the pain in his friend's voice but there was nothing that he could do about it currently. He wanted to wait for the outcome of Jia Li's trip. If she came back to London, still single, he would leave no stone unturned to matchmake Hui with her. So he had to wait!
Pudong International Airport, Shanghai
Jia Li took soaked in the environment around her. Everything felt familiar yet distant. The place held bittersweet memories for her. Composing her features, she walked out. Hailing a cab, she went straight to Xie Mansion.
After half an hour of exhausting conversation with one staff to another, she finally came out of there with no update except that the entire family has shifted base to a foreign country. The staff simply refused to divulge anything further. She begged them for a contact number but was informed frostily that they didn't have any number except for Mr. Xie's China mobile number which was the same that she had with her.
The minute she left from there, the senior caretaker dialled Mr. Xie immediately. Though there was a time zone difference between the two countries, but the man instinctively knew that he should inform his employer of this visit ASAP. Amongst the staff, he was the only one who knew the details of why and where of the Xie family.
