Chapter 9:stuck

When I woke Edward was no where. His cloths were no where. As if what had happened last night was one big dream to me. Was it? The only way to tell was to see if Edward acted differently. Although, my women hood seemed a lot more sensitive and a tad bid swollen. I had never had it to that before. I had never had such an experience as that either. What would it feel like if I had asked him…. Which was on the back of my mind creeping its way to the front last night. But, I had fallen asleep before I even got a chance to think further. His arms around me felt protective as if he never wanted to let me go. I reached under the bed to get my pendant replacing it firmly around my neck. I heard Alora laughing. Edward laughing. Another female laugh. A comment made by the female and Edward commenting back. I stood, dressed in pants and a t shirt. I opened the door lightly. They were in the living room. Alora was throwing the ball at the red head. Edward sat in the recliner. His mind totally on something different then what was going on in the living room. I couldn't stay. They seemed to be enjoying their time together. Suitcases lined the far wall by the steps. So, she was staying. I was unseen by them. Every few minutes Edward's eyes would go to my door. He looked up at the red head as she had said something but he hadn't responded. I backed up towards the door. Alora looked content. I slid easily to the door, silenced the alarm with my abilities and slipped out of the house. It was getting warm out so there was no problem. I ran down the driveway. He would not miss me. Alora will forget me. Maybe last night was just a practice because he was rusty. The women was pretty enough and if she was going to get what she wanted….

It had been a few months as the spring left mud, and the summer sun was hot during the day but cooler at night. I was sitting on a bench and like always it was raining. I hated the end of spring. Always so rainy. I was four towns over from them. I hadn't looked back. This time I wasn't going back. My heart needed to stay intact. Although as I laid on the park benches thinking about Edward those feelings from that night came rolling in. I sat in the green bench the tears close as I looked down at my pathetic life.

Suddenly a black limo came by. It stopped not far from me. I looked up. My heart flipped at the want to see Edward again. The door opened as I stood. I gasped as the black cloaked figure came out of the limo. For someone who like carriages better he sure got out of the car with ease. I didn't get a chance to run when men behind me grabbed my arms and sat me back in the bench. The blue green eyes looked over at me. He walked over the rain falling on his lean body as he stood in front of me. He sat next to me on the bench his arm coming about my shoulder pulling me closer to him. His eyes on me as leaned towards me. The men disappeared as I looked up at him, fear ripping my heart.

"Hello, sweetheart." He twirled a piece of my hair with his finger. The strand being wet as he played with it. I wanted to back up but his hand was there on my other shoulder stopping me from moving. I didn't want to him to touch me. I could see that him and Edward had some resemblance now. The shape of the eyes but definitely not the joy or humor. His held hatred and determination. I tried to move away from him but he kept his arm around me.

"I will never let you have me." I placed my hands on his chest to create a fire ball but he grabbed my wrists. He pushed my hands above my head as the front of my body pressed against him. He pressed against me laying me across the bench. His one leg over the edge of the bench a his other was between my leg pressed against between my legs. I gasped jerking away from him but he held me so tight I couldn't move. He only moaned at my wriggling. He stood taking me with him. His hands clamping my wrists as he walked to the limo, no more words said as he tossed me in the limo. I fell to the other door with a thud of my head. I felt for the door knob when he grabbed me again. I tried to pull away as he pinned me to the seat. He pulled out a cell phone from the hidden area in front of us. The vehicle started moving with haste. He dialed a number keeping his eyes on me so not to give me a chance to do anything.

"Damn it Edward!" he yelled into the phone as I could hear his voice. It sounded like a machine more then anything. When the voice stopped he continued: "Edward call me. I found her." He hung it up and tossed it on the seat across from us. My heart leap to my throat as he moved closer. "Now, as you were saying."

"I-won't-let-you…" He only broke out laughing.

"Edward, I am surprised to get a call so soon after I left that message.... Why would I lie..... Yes I have that phone on me why?... Oh I get it now you don't trust me now do you.... Alright give me a...." He pulled the phone away from his ear just as I kicked him in the jaw. The phone fell to the limo floor as he fell against the door. I opened the door just as he went to grab me. I fell back out of the limo. I felt a pain through my ribs as I fell to the ground. I winced as the metal shackle came off. The limo squealed to a halt and as he stepped out, metal chains came flying right at me. I stood, winced again and stumbled. I made the hard ground come up as the chain shackled around the wall. I heard him curse as his phone rang again. He answered it as I turned to run. I heard him behind me as I turned throwing a half full fire ball. He dodged it as it hit the limo, exploding in a puff of black smoke, red and orange angry flamed. The explosion sent him forward as it did me. I hit the ground my cheek catching a rock on the ground. I cried in pain as my arm twisted as I landed. I did not have the strength to heal myself note the time to. I stood and ran. The rain subsiding as I ran into the closest building. The stable was full of grazing horses as they were in there away from the rain and cold. I held my arm across my stomach, falling to my knees as I did so. I tasted the salty blood at my cheek. I wiped at it with my t shirt. I heard him mumbling as I stood, the room spinning as I did but I walked to the other side of the stables. I heard the horses making all the noise they could. I smiled and ran stumbling slightly as I did to the woods behind the stables. I fell to my knees again not able to stand any longer. I wrapped my arms around my stomach and cried out loud. Tears streamed down my cheeks. I heard Seymour barking orders to scan the area. I stood again, hoping I had the strength to move. Head light were coming down the cement path as I headed along the edge of the woods. I heard men behind me as they combed the trees, bushes and grass. I fell again into a puddle. The head lights came closer as those were the only things I remembered seeing.
