"There's still something I don't understand, why could you hurt me but not hurt them?" I asked in a confused tone.
"You were separated from me by reincarnation. Only part of your soul is mine, and the other is entirely yours, which makes you an independent person. However, Orcus didn't die and reincarnate like you, so he's still me. Naturally, I can't hurt myself," Richard explained. "I see you still have questions."
"Yes," I replied. "You live so near of Hogwarts and I think you once mentioned that it was yours before. What happened, why did you give it away?"
"It's true that Hogwarts, previously called the Castle of Night, was mine. During the Great War, the Wizarding World suffered a great decrease in its numbers. Due to the items being mainly of magical nature, they chose to be part of the war. In order to decrease their losses, I gave them the castle to turn it into a safe haven and a school to its people.
"I appointed the four founders of the school as the masters of the school and thus came the four houses of Hogwarts."
"I see," I said and then got up to leave.
"Were are you going?" asked Richard.
"To find the Underworld," I replied calmly.
"Now hold on a second, you do not 'find' the Underworld. It was sealed by us in order not to be found by anyone, not even the ones who sealed it!" he said sternly.
I turned back to face him and said slowly, "No, you sealed it to contain Orcus. And guess what? You failed spectacularly!"
"What do you mean?"
"I mean that the seal has obviously been broken. You said that reincarnation is blocked due to the seal, and those clones don't sprout out of nowhere. Furthermore, I have been reincarnated, which in your terms, is impossible; and yet, here I am. So tell me, Richard, are you still playing dumb or not?"
Richard didn't reply as I turned around again and prepared to leave. However, just when I was about to exist the room, he suddenly said, "The Blood World, did you plan it before or it just came like that?"
Without turning my head, I replied to his question, "When I made the Blood God, I thought about creating a separate world in order to control it completely. While it worked to some extent, I can't exert complete control over it, just about 10%."
"I see. Tell me one more thing, is the Blood God your way of controlling your Divine Eye?"
I turned around my head slightly and said, "Yes."
And then I turned back and left before he could stop me. While I was walking, he sent me a message through our soul link, "If you are going to search, then better start with your place of birth."
I understood what he meant of course. For years, many of the ancient civilizations wanted to come to that area, from the Phoenicians till the present. Furthermore, I was reincarnated in Lebanon, so it is not a surprise that something related to the Underworld is there.
The first things I saw outside the mansion were my friends and fellow disciples. They all came to me and said their condolences, but I saw in their eyes that each one of them had someone who they cared about more than their own lives, and they failed to protect them.
Especially Fárbuati, I always felt that his story was a bitter one. And when I got to know him for all these years, I finally realized who he is.
"Kratos..." I murmured but all of them looked at me in surprise.
Fárbuati, or Kratos, nodded his head but didn't speak. I liked the story of the games, but I never realized that Kratos, the Greek god of war after Ares, is actually my senior brother.
For those of you, my dear readers, who don't know who Kratos story is, then let me give you a little bit of a history lesson. Kratos is the son of Zues, the Greek king of the gods, and a mortal woman. He killed his wife and daughter in a bloodl.u.s.t without even knowing that they were his own family. And he even had a direct or indirect way in the deaths of the other members of his family. His divine family all used him, and when they didn't have any other uses for him, he was just ignored. Enraged by this fact, and the other fact that they were the causes for his pain, so Kratos killed them all one by one.
And if you any more details, then go play God of War. Anyway, enough of that. I said my thanks to them, which lwft me with a certain pet of mime that I didn't see for quite some time.
"Hello, Zi," I knelt down and rubbed his fur. He has certainly grown a lot than the last time I saw him.
"Boss... Uncle Richard told me about big sister Tulip. I can't believe she's gone!" he said in his innocent voice.
"I know little buddy, I can hardly believe that too. But I think I found a way to bring her back. Want to come?"
"Yes!" he replied without hesitation.
And thus, the search for the underworld began, and along with it, the second part of the prophecy.
