Chapter 185 - Cap 171: Towards Suna

"By the way... why is Iwa asking so much for your head?" - Kushina asked as he looked at the poster in more detail - "Or rather old Onoki's granddaughter?"

"Oh... that's an interesting topic," the redheaded man answered with a smile. "It was when I first visited Iwa to investigate the disappearance of their Jinchurikis and was blocked by that old man... when he found out I was an Uzumaki, he threw himself at me thinking I was coming for revenge or something, so we ended up fighting. I have to admit that for an old man, he fought me for a long time until I released my gravity seal and beat him with pure speed"

"After half an hour of fighting, I managed to defeat him but for my bad luck, his granddaughter, Kurotsuchi was there" - sighed the redheaded man at the thought of that girl - "She declared me her enemy to beat to regain her grandfather's honor and threw herself without even thinking about it... she ended up on the ground completely exhausted after 10 minutes of battle"

Those present could only sweat at the words of the redhead because it sounded like that girl was someone difficult to control.

"When I saw that I could not get the information I wanted, I decided to investigate the villages around Iwa to get information, but that girl would show up from time to time to challenge me to a battle so that she could regain her honor" - continued Kurama with an almost neutral look - "I have to admit that the girl has spirit but at the same time she is a muscle head who only thinks about fighting and getting stronger"

"Oh... you have it hard..." - said Mei with an uncomfortable smile.

"Come to think of it... she at least has the decency to give me some time to rest, but you instead, Terumi-san..." - said Kurama as she looked at Kiri's woman.

"Oh, come on, I'll keep you better company than that tomboy" snorted Mei in annoyance.

"You're right about that... at least I can talk with you... Kurotsuchi just throws herself into a fight without even thinking about the consequences..." - replied Kurama with an apathetic look - "Although that doesn't make you better than her, it only leaves you in a similar position"

"Nothing that quality time does not improve," Mei winked as Kushina's eyebrow trembled at the sight of the woman flirting in front of her.

"Ahem! We'll talk about that later, now we'd better go to the mansion because we have a lot to talk about" - said Mikoto while looking at Kurama - "You also have some explanations to give, Kurama-kun..."

"Ok" - the redheaded man nodded calmly.

"By the way Kurama, I need you to go to my office, we have something important to talk about" - said Kakashi seriously.

"Ok, I'll come when I finish talking to the girls or if something very urgent happens and you send for me" - answered the redhead seriously.

The group arrived at the mansion after saying goodbye to the boys with Mei following them because, according to her, she had something important to discuss with the matriarch of the Uzumaki clan.

"Well?" - Kushina asked as everyone sat in the living room of the house that was gradually expanding because it was starting to get smaller - "Why didn't you want to see us personally?"

"Didn't I say so in one of the letters?" - asked Kurama in surprise - "I'm sure I did"

"You only explained some small details but you never really got into the subject" - answered Mikoto calmly - "The most understandable thing you said was that you couldn't see us for our sake"

"Okay, let's start from the beginning" - the redheaded man nodded as he looked around - "You see, during my training, many things happened"

"I know, you are much s.e.xier now," answered Kin as she licked her lips. Hinata, Ino, and Hanabi blushed at the words of Oto's girl but nodded anyway because she was right.

"That is not what I meant but thank you," Kurama nodded.

"Tell me you didn't lose your di...!" - exclaimed Tayuya, only to be silenced by an annoyed Kushina.

"You see, during my training at Senjutsu, my body adapted to it and now it constantly circulates through my Tenketsu.

"I still don't understand the problem with you not wanting to see us," replied Kushina as the others nodded.

"The thing is that both my blood and well... you know..." - said Kurama as he scratched his cheek - "They are loaded with Senjutsu chakra... that makes it so that if I'm intimate with someone who hasn't trained Senjutsu... it turns to stone little by little."

"Oh..." - the girls understood when they heard those words as they blushed with shame. They were very aware that if Kurama appeared in front of them during these years, they would have taken him and brought him to their rooms to create even more offspring.

" See?" - Kurama asked as he shook his head.

"But if you are in front of us now, that means..." - said Mikoto as her eyes glowed slightly like the others.

"Stop!" - exclaimed the redheaded man as he slowed them down. "My body is not yet fully adapted to the Senjutsu chakra"

"Can't we just get you to release it outside?" - Tsunade asked. She was stressed out with all the research she had done over the years so she needed to release some tension.

"I'm sorry but my whole body is releasing natural energy right now, even my skin" - answered the redhead with sorrow - "By my calculations and Pa's, I'd say it will take at least a week or two before I can get back to normal".

"So why did you come now and not in two weeks?" - Mikoto asked in surprise.

"Because I could not resist not seeing you all any longer," sighed Kurama.

"Aw~" - the girls only smiled at the ginger but stopped their steps when they remembered that they could not do much with him now.

"Sorry ladies, kids" - said the redhead as he sighed but his expression changed to a cold one when he felt something in the distance - "I'm sorry I can't stay any longer but it seems I have something to do... sorry ladies, I'll be back in a moment"

That said, he disappeared in a red flash.

"Can anyone explain to me what happened?" - Kushina asked while the others didn't understand what was happening either.

"Kurama-sama! We need your presence in Hokage Tower, this is a matter of utmost importance!" - Yugao exclaimed in her Anbu Neko uniform.

"Yugao-chan!" - Kushina exclaimed as she looked at the newcomer.

"I am sorry, Kushina-sama" - said the Anbu seriously - "But I need to take Kurama-sama, there was an accident in Suna and we need your help..."

"I am sorry to tell you that Kuro-chan disappeared a few seconds ago" - responded Kushina while frowning.

"This is bad..." - said Yugao in terror - "I have to go back to Kakashi-sama and inform him of Kurama-sama's absence"

"Wait! Tell us what happened!" - Mikoto exclaimed with concern.

"Suna was attacked..." - replied Yugao - "And the current Kazekage, Gaara, was kidnapped"

"!" - The girls could only open their eyes when they heard this, especially Pakura, who over the years understood that his hatred should not be transmitted to all of Suna, but to the bastard who had been responsible for all of his suffering.

"We will go with you, Yugao-chan" - said Kushina seriously - "If I know my husband well enough, then he must already be in Suna solving this, after all, Gaara is one of his friends".

"Ok..." - nodded the Anbu as the group headed for Hokage Tower with the children.

"If that's all, I have to go back to Suna," Temari said with concern. She had received the report from one of the shinobis thanks to one of the seals Kushina had created for emergencies when she was just a few minutes away from arriving in Konoha.

She could not believe that her brother had been kidnapped while she was coming to Konoha to meet the boy she liked and had not seen in a while because of her constant traveling.

"Kurama is already back, I recommend you to wait for him so that the two of you can go together" - answered the Godaime Hokage with a smile - "Not to mention that the boy has learned the Hiraishin, so you can return immediately"

"Okay," nodded the blonde as her gaze shifted to one full of concern.

"I am sure Kurama will save your brother," said Kakashi as he tried to calm the girl down, only to see Kushina and the others appear - "And Kurama?"

"He disappeared a few minutes ago," said Kushina seriously. "I am sure he went to Suna when he felt something strange.

"!" - Temari opened her eyes when she heard this because she remembered a detail she had forgotten out of concern - "The seal!"

"The seal?" - Kushina asked as he tilted his head in confusion, only to open his eyes as he remembered it - "Right! The seal to prevent the death of the Jinchurikis in case of forced extraction!"

Kushina had worked on that seal for three years because Kurama had asked her to do so a little over two years ago when he left his first letter. According to him, Akatsuki was trying to extract the Bijuu from their Jinchurikis, and as a victim of such an aberration, Kushina understood the consequences that would result in the process, which is why she had put her soul into the process and after two years, she finally managed to find a way to create a method to keep the Jinchurikis alive after the Bijuu were extracted.
