Afterwards, Si Li told Lu Lan to sleep as it was a very long and tough day for them. Lu Lan was very exhausted, but she wasn't still willing to sleep as she had the fear that what if Little Champ would wake up and wouldn't see her in front of him, then again he might hurt himself. Lu Lan didn't want to take the risk.

Therefore, Si Li told her that she could sleep on the couch and he would stay beside Little Champ to look after him.

Lu Lan heart ached for Si Li, as it wasn't an easy day for him either, but Si Li forced her to sleep "Now, sleep. Don't think too much."

"Fine, but wake me up if you want to sleep."

"Hmm, now come on sleep."

As soon as Lu Lan laid down, she fell in sleep.

As Lu Lan expected, Little Champ woke up around 3 AM from a nightmare. Dr Chen had given him a shot, but it seemed that it didn't work against a horrible nightmare.

His little face was turned pale and his forehead was covered with sweat, his pyjama was drenched because of sweat.

Little Champ instantly woke up from the nightmare and saw that Si Li was sitting on the bed beside him and he was holding a towel and was wiping his forehead.

"It's okay...it's okay. You are fine." Si Li said in a low voice to assure Little Champ.

"M...Mommy" Little Champ stuttered.

Si Li looked towards the couch and Little Champ followed his sight and saw that Lu Lan was sleeping on the couch.

Seeing that Lu Lan and Si Li were beside him, then only he calmed down.

Si Li helped Little Champ to sit and he patted his head and softly said: "You did a good job by not telling me."

Little Champ understood what Si Li was referring…

He lowered his head and tears were rolling down from his eyes. Si Li always treated Little Champ as his own son and perhaps he could punish Liu Juan but Little Champ didn't say a single word as he trusted Mo Jiang than Si Li.

"Didn't your dad told you that men don't cry?" Si Li said as he wiped Little Champ's tears.

"Dad?" Little Champ said in a raspy voice as he looked up towards Si Li.

"He will come back soon. Now, come on. Let me help you to change. You are drenched in sweat."

Si Li pressed the button of the bell to call for new pyjamas for Little Champ.

Si Li had already secured this floor by transferring all the patients to other floors. Now only required doctors, nurses and Si Li's team were available on this floor.

Mu Che immediately came inside the room. Si Li was surprised to see him and asked: "Why are you here?"

Si Li remembered that he told Mu Che to go home to rest. As from the last two days, they didn't sleep for a single minute because of their mission.

As afterwards, there were many things, which needed to caretake, so it would be better to rest now. However, it seemed that Mu Che didn't want to listen to Si Li.

Mu Che, as usual, didn't reply and looked down.

Si Li helplessly sighed and said, "Go and get the new pyjama for Little Champ."

After that Si Li helped Little Champ to get a bath and then back to sleep.

Little Champ moved aside and made the place for his father to sleep with him. However, Si Li warned him that he wouldn't be going to tell him the bed stories, like Lu Lan told him always.

A small smile appeared on his little face and both father and son pair look towards Lu Lan who sleeping peacefully.

Two days passed and Lu Lan didn't leave Little Champ's side for a single second. Now, aside from saying 'Yes' and 'No', Little Champ didn't say anything.

Sometimes, he used to draw something or sat idle near the window for the whole day.

Lu Lan's heart ached after seeing him like him. Now Little Champ became more introvert. However, Lu Lan didn't insist anything to him and just let him be, as he wanted.

After two days, Dr Chen discharged Little Champ.

Si Li and Lu Lan decided to shift to a new mansion. As seeing Little Champ's condition, it wouldn't a good thing to go back to their penthouse.

'Diamond Hill' was the new villa which Si Li had purchased. The interior of the villa was the same as their penthouse, with the changes now the villa had a huge beautiful garden and an artificial lake.

Diamond Hill was near to the base of Si Li's team. Like last time when Si Li's team took fifteen minutes to reach the penthouse, now they would take only four minutes.

Si Li had increased the security of their villa. As apart from the alarm system to inform the Si Li's team, now all the doors and windows would automatically shut down. So that no one could enter into the villa and Si Li's team could handle the enemies outside the villa without bothering about Lu Lan and Little Champ's security because last time they weren't able to fire at Mo Jinnan's team as they were afraid that in reflection, Mo Jinnan's team would fire back at them and in which Lu Lan and Little Champ might be hurt.

If there was the threat inside the villa only Si Li and Lu Lan could open the door as Lu Lan now knew about Si Li's background, so he had narrator all the security features to her.

Though she understood all the security features, she still didn't like to be under the monitor all the time. She just wanted to be live like a normal person.

Whereas, Si Li only wanted to increase the security features of the villa.
