Chapter 241 - Join the hands(Part-1)

Before Mo Jiang could say anything further, all of sudden, the bullets started firing towards them out of nowhere.

"Bang!"

In an instant, Mo Jiang's two men were dead.

"Everyone, down!"

"Leave me!!!" Liu Juan struggled to go towards Liu Ruolan.

"Don't be stupid! They are here for you!" 

It was the first time that Mo Jiang's words confused her.

'They are here for her, what did that mean?'

Did their boss come to kill her?

"What do you mean?" Liu Juan asked.

"You know what I mean! Now stay here if you don't want to die!" Mo Jiang said and took out his guns and started firing towards the source from where the bullets came earlier.

Mo Jiang's men also took out the guns and started firing while some of them dragged Liu Ruolan and Bo Xiao to the side as their boss, Mo Jiang, didn't kill them so they still held some value to their boss.

Liu Juan was a smart person and had experience being in this kind of situation, so she came back to her senses from her confused state. She took her hidden guns and also started firing back.

Since her boss came to kill her and her big sister, Liu Juan had to fight for her life, especially for her big sister's life.

Continuous series of gunshots were heard with the cries of the men when the bullets hit their bodies.

Soon, the whiff of the blood-filled in the room, while the window glasses, vases, and other things were all shattered into pieces onto the floor.

Now the situation came to the point where everyone was fighting for their own life. Mo Jiang and Liu Juan were continuously firing. It got to such a dramatic scene that an onlooker would've felt like there were tons of bullets hidden on their bodies.

Of course, they knew that they were the part of the business where they could be killed anytime. So it would be better to be prepared.

"Everyone, out of the room now!" Mo Jiang commanded.

Though it was the duty of the subordinates to save and protect their boss in any case, things would be different in Mo Jiang's case.

It wasn't that Mo Jiang didn't take the protection from his subordinates but now that was different. It was a sudden attack on them so as a leader, Mo Jiang had to protect his men and of course, himself.

Knowing Mo Jiang's style of work, the men didn't argue against Mo Jiang in the case they would make things difficult for them and for Mo Jiang.

Thus, hearing his order, all his men started leaving the room one by one, dragging along with them the almost unconscious bodies of Liu Ruolan and Bo Xiao while Mo Jiang and Liu Juan were covering them from the front position.

"Ahh!"

"Damnit!"

After some time, all the men except the few who were shot badly and were most probably dead had left the room. "Go!" Mo Jiang urged her to leave the room.

Liu Juan was again shocked and confused again.

Was he telling her to leave?

Was he really letting her go?

Besides, she was also shocked to see that Mo Jiang let his men leave first and they also accepted his order and left. It was the first time that she had seen this kind of leadership.

She was also a subordinate of her boss just like Mo Jiang's men but she was always taught to protect their boss first in any circ.u.mstance. 

"Go!" Mo Jiang pushed her when he saw her in a daze.

"And you? Aren't you worried that I will run away?" Liu Juan asked, completely forgetting that bullets were still firing towards them.

Nevertheless, Mo Jiang couldn't afford to lose his concentration. "Your sister is still with me. You can't run away. Now go! If you don't want to die." Mo Jiang annoyingly pushed her.

However, she didn't budge from her position. "No! I can't leave you. They are here for me. Let them kill me, then all this thing will be over. You go out first!"

Mo Jiang already knew about her true identity so he would kill her sooner or later. Therefore, it was better that she died here and let Mo Jiang go so that he would leave her big sister and Bo Xiao. In this way, this thing would be over for good, whereas, it wasn't that Liu Juan valued her life.

And here, Liu Juan was wrong.

"This won't end ever. Even if you die and live. Stop wasting my time and leave now!" Mo Jiang snarled as his patience level was decreasing to deal with her. Although this girl was in this business for a long time, it seemed like she wasn't knowledgeable about the fact that the life of the subordinates wasn't valuable to their boss or to anyone. Nothing would stop for anyone.

Sometimes, seeing her innocent appearance, Mo Jiang couldn't help but feel pity for her.

And here, she again began with her stubbornness. "No! I can't leave you!"

Nobody had ever given up their life for her, neither did she want to carry the burden of anyone's life on her shoulders.

Seeing the subtlety of the situation, Mo Jiang didn't argue further with her. He also wanted to leave this room. Although he didn't know what kind of situation would be outside but knowing the potential of his men, he knew that they would clear the situation outside.

"Let's go!" Mo Jiang stood up with Liu Juan. Both of their backs were facing each other and both hands were holding the guns pointed towards all the directions from where the bullets were coming towards them.

"Move...Move…" Hearing Mo Jiang's commands, Liu Juan started walking towards the door.

"Down!" Mo Jiang snapped and both of them bent down instantly and then a bullet came, passed over their heads, and hit the last vase that remained in the room.

Mo Jiang immediately shot at the source from where the bullet came and killed the man!
