155 Mo Jiang's Sacrifice

"Big Brother, are you alright?" Mo Jinnan dashed into Mo Jiang's room and asked.

As soon as, Si Li got the information about Mo Jiang, he told Mo Jinnan and both of them rushed to the hospital.

Mo Jiang's brows frowned when he saw Mo Jinnan here and angrily asked: "What are you doing here? Don't you have a meeting at 9.30M?"

Although, Mo Jiang's tone was harsh, but Mo Jinnan didn't get affected by it.

Mo Jiang wanted to make Mo Jinnan to stay away from their Underworld Business and that was why Mo Jiang was continuously trying to increase the burden of the work on Mo Jinnan so that he would not have the time to check on Mo Jiang's whereabouts.

Initially, Mo Jinnan did not understand why Mo Jiang was being so mean on him when it came to working. However, one day, Mo Jinnan came home early and he accidentally heard the conversation between Mo Jun and Mo Jiang.

"Dad, I don't want Jinnan to be the part of Underworld Business and I want you to accept my decision." Mo Jiang sternly said.

"Jinnan is your younger brother, it's his duty to help you in the business whether it is Underworld or Mo Corporation and why are you so afraid for him? He is a man, he will learn to survive. Did I not survive myself from all the attacks?" Mo Jun said.

Mo Jiang ridiculously chuckled and then sarcastically said "Survive. Yes, you have survived by sacrificing our wife, haven't you?"

"Mr Mo, don't you dare to forget that you are standing here only because my mother has sacrificed her life to save you. Jinnan will never enter in Underworld Business and that's final. If you still insist to go against me, then I won't be able to shut my mouth, anymore." Mo Jiang had given him an ultimatum.

At that time, just when Mo Jiang had turned and was about to leave, he heard Mo Jun's voice "You are stupid just like your mother. You are doing the same thing for Jinnan which your mother did for me. What do you really think? How would Jinnan feel when he learns the truth that you are sacrificing yourself for him?"

"He will never know about this." Mo Jiang said while looking back towards Mo Jun.

"Ohh Really?" Mo Jun said and looked towards the door.

Mo Jiang felt something was wrong, so he followed Mo Jun's sight and was shocked to see Mo Jinnan was standing at the door with tears in his eyes.

When their mother died, Mo Jiang had told him that his mother had died in the car accident. However, little did he expect, Mo Jun was one of the reasons behind his mother's death.

Mo Jinnan was very close to his mother. When his mother died, Mo Jinnan was in the depression for the whole two months. He always threw tantrums and Mo Jiang always handled him.

Moreover, now Mo Jiang was ready to sacrifice himself to save Mo Jinnan.

Mo Jinnan had never thought how Mo Jiang had felt when their mother died. In the end, she was also his mother and he also loved her. However, Mo Jiang had never shown his tears and patiently take care of Mo Jinnan.

Back to the Mo Jiang, he reverted his sight and left from there.

After that, Mo Jiang and Mo Jinnan had never talked about it. Thereafter, Mo Jinnan never threw any more tantrums, after learning the truth behind his mother's death because he didn't want to create problems for Mo Jiang.

From that day onwards, Mo Jinnan started hating Mo Jun, but he never showed his hatred for Mo Jun only because of Mo Jiang. Mo Jiang had not taken any action against Mo Jun, that meant, Mo Jiang had some reason behind it. So Mo Jinnan waited patiently so that Mo Jiang to open up to him, just like Mo Jiang had patiently handled Mo Jinnan after their mother's death when they were kids.

Afterwards, Mo Jinnan focused on his work like what Mo Jiang wanted. He never complained because he wanted to prove Mo Jiang that he was a strong man and he could also help Mo Jiang.

However, Mo Jiang never showed his intention to get the help of Mo Jinnan, not even a tiny bit.

But, Mo Jinnan's patience was limited, unlike Mo Jiang. Therefore, Mo Jinnan voluntarily started checking on Mo Jiang's status, which made Mo Jiang angry.

That was why Mo Jiang always talked to him in a harsh tone and distanced himself from Mo Jinnan.

Initially, it hurt Mo Jinnan, but with the passage of time, he became used to it.

"I have postponed it," Mo Jinnan said in a low voice because he knew that Mo Jiang would get angry on him.

"Postponed? Who allowed you to postpone?" Mo Jiang said in an angry tone.

"I am here to check on you."

"I didn't remember that I allowed you to come here. Go back now."

"Okay guys, it's enough." Si Li intervened in between them and then he turned towards Mo Jinnan "You have seen your brother. He is alright, now go back."

Mo Jinnan didn't want to leave, but he had to go. So he looked towards Mo Jiang and said "Take care. I will come later."

"You don't have to come again." Mo Jiang coldly said.

However, Mo Jinnan ignored his words and left by shutting the door with the loud sound of 'Thud'.
