The King of the dwarves couldn't believe his eyes, their benefactor they thought sacrificed himself to save their kingdom was locked by them into the vault and had to cut himself out of the Vault. At first every dwarf was feeling on edge and ready for battle thinking that the service could come out too after this little robot came out but when the walked into the vault to check they saw something they never expected.
The sight was gruesome, at first it felt strange to them when Scrappy came out of the room and was completely drenched in blood, but now the would have been more surprised when he had been clean. As soon as they entered the room a big pool of blood covered the floor leading to the massive corpse of the Cerbicor. That amount of blood would already cause nausea to many people but when it was combined with the smell and the state the corpse was in, even many of the seasoned dwarven warrior puked into a corner of the room.
The Cerbicor looked like it was ripped inside out, the organs were spilling on the floor swimming in half digested food which gave of a awful smell and the skin and fur was laying on the floor like a deflated tire while many bones looked like the were cleanly cut into many pieces. The dwarfs looked around but needed several minutes to comprehend this gruesome sight, they just couldn't imagine what this small robot did that resulted in this situation. But soon when they thought about it for a while they imagined how this small cute robot was eaten and decided to cut its way out of the body of this creature and they shuddered.
The could basically feel how something was slowly ripping through their body pairing it with the roars and cries of the beast that they thought were roars of rage, but in reality it was crying in pain. What was bothered them even more was that they just couldn't understand this small robot, if they did something as gruesome as that on the battlefield even when the had no other choice they would be haunted by it for the rest of their life but this small robot even started cutting on the corpse again.
Many Dwarves started puking again as they got a visual depiction of what they imagined when Scrappy started by cutting the flesh away from the bones and the skin. It was a really gruesome sight to behold when they observed this small robot cutting of flesh, splitting bones and skinning the beast while happily humming a song.
It was only then that all dwarves decided that they would leave the room again leaving this small robot doing his thing and try to forget what they saw today, some even couldn't eat meat for the rest of their lives anymore, one or two of them would die several weeks later as their pride as an dwarf did not allow them to only eat the same food their archenemy the elves would eat and starved to death.
But the dwarves couldn't leave the small robot without observation so they stationed two poor dwarves on the vault door to guide the small robot to the king when he was finished, but even just listening to the sound that came out the vault was bad and exhausting them mentally as they tried to keep their sanity and guard their post. So it was decided that there would be a guard change every half an hour so that no dwarf was harmed by this guarding post.
The king of the dwarves was sluggishly walking back to the throne room, he was completely exhausted. He was prepared for a guest that helped a dwarf and he just wanted to thank him and give him a gift to thank him, but everything started to go bad when he received this cursed piece of metal from this guest. He should have known that it can't be good to receive something this powerful that wasn't made with the help of a god.
Then the incident with the cerbicor that killed several of his close guards that he considered some of his best friends, and now the result of that incident, a dead cerbicor what would be nice most of the time but this sight of the corpse of the beast resulted in pity for it after he had seen it. He just couldn't get it out of his mind and he knew that he had to reward this small robot in hope that it would just leave them so that their minds could rest easy and heal.
But for that, he as the king had to find an appropriate gift, but he had no idea, what could this robot want? What could he give a being that can easily kill a cerbicor and created a near perfect alloy that wasn't seen on this world yet? The king ordered his servant to just bring whatever they could find in the treasury and bring it to the throne room, he just gave up and decided that the robot could just choose and even if it wanted everything no dwarf that has seen that scene in the vault would complain.
When everything was ready and prepared the King waited for the small robot and he didn't need to wait long, luckily one of his servant had the brilliant idea to prepare an bucket of hot water and pour it over the robot to wash of the blood that resulted in a happy nod by it. But suddenly when the robot entered the room, the Kings throne started vibrating, the king looked up to the top of the throne where he saw the "King's Geode" wanting to free itself from the throne.
The king was astonished as the "King's Geode was in possession of the Dwarven Kings for millennia but never moved or did anything special. Some might ask why an ugly rough rock was decorating the throne of a King but this Geode was special. Usually Geodes were nothing special to dwarves child toy so to speak they would crack it and see some beautiful but worthless crystals inside, but this geode was different, no dwarf managed to crack it, not even a adamantite hammer managed to damage it in any way. The dwarves that tried it all said that this geode seemed to be here but also was everywhere else what resulted in its indestructibility, some even said that their hammer broke and when it did they couldn't find its head anymore until several days later when it was found in the most unimaginable places.
But this geode that slumbered for Millenia was reacting to the small robot and finally after minutes of struggling the dwarves could watch it freeing itself from the throne flying over to the small robot. Everyone stared at the small robot in astonishment when they suddenly noticed that something was wrong, they didn't notice it at first but the throne room that was filled with gems and treasures was suddenly nearly empty, only some gems were laying on the floor but the rest was gone.
They just couldn't comprehend what just happened until the small robot was throwing something behind him, it was a small dagger that was issued to every dwarven palace guard and it landed into the bucket of the Robot and vanished. The palace guard where now shocked when the looked for their dagger that not only was the dagger gone but everything else out of metal that was on their body was gone. But before they could complain Scrappy looked at the geode and the dwarves were to curious what the robot would do to it.
What they never expected was that the small robot just through it on the ground what resulted in the stone shattering revealing an Black liquid mass that was transforming. It condensed and started to get solid forming a beautiful black gem that was floating in the air. But that wasn't all, the small robot reached out with his hand nearly touching the gem when it started to move to his hand melting itself into it and vanishing inside the hand leaving behind a blanks surface again.
At first everyone just thought that they dreamed everything but suddenly the small robot drew a circle in the air with both of his hands and it seemed as if reality was torn apart, he stepped into it and vanished after the hole closed...
...Scrappy just found another of those interesting gems and somehow he felt complete now, he instinctively knew that he now could use the gems to teleport around and teleported himself out of the palace, he collected most of the scrap in the palace and now it was time to start his journey again. He was standing on a hill in the outskirts of the city and raised his arms to the heaven. Suddenly thousands of pieces of scrap carried by his sylphids and Junky flew to him and into his bucket, after everything was collected he looked back at the city and even though there was still many pieces of scrap he could collect he decided to continue his journey and maybe come some other time again to collect the rest.
That was when Scrappy suddenly remembered something, he teleported again and was in a room with several beds in it were dwarf were laying in, some were moaning while some were sleeping. But what they all had in common was that they all seemed to like white linen cloths wrapped around some parts of their body but Scrappy didnt care he sneak up to a special dwarf, ripped of the cloth and quickly grabbing the piece of scrap that was hidden under the cloth and teleported away, leaving behind a dwarf that was crying in pain. Scrappy didn't think of it much, how could he leave without taking everything that was rightfully his...
