39 Siege preparations

The Battle was won all players fled or were dead, only some NPCs remained which were sitting frightened in their home.

John walked into the town with his army and let them search all houses for remaining player scaring the hell out of the NPCs.

He let them confiscate all metal bars they could find and he even got some mythril and adamantite from some wealthy merchant mansions.

John let them even tear metal fences down as the will be part of his army.

But John had a problem this was only a small town so it had no rampart to overcome but the next citys di habe them but he has no siege equipment thats why he needs to craft them now.

One Smithing bot sat himself down and folded away to create a forge for his master.

John was thinking how to create siege weapons and he had two ideas for it.

First he created a giant frame atleast 4m tall out of Steel with a little bit of mythril added to it.

He then made some heavy duty adamantine coated gears to add to the frame.

After that John Started working on the first arm while his smithing bots copied the giant frame.

He first created the lower part of the arm that looked like a ram but was hollow because John thought about it and even though it brought him to tears he melted Gold and filled the arm to use wheight of the gold and then he gave the ram an adamatite Head for higher durability.

He with the help of 10 bots added the arm to the frame so now he could work on the second arm.

John once again used his scrapling gun as inspiration but just used one big barrel with 200mm ammunition and also designed the apropriate ammo go with it.

As Usual the ammo consists of a Junkling metal core as the propellant but he also added a hardened steel tip.

John added the second arm to the bot and then gave it some Adamatite plated steel armor for better protection.

His smithing bots also finished their work but because of the rarity and availability of some metals their versions were weaker and without adamantite or gold so the finished work looked like this:

After he finished the automaton he stood before a small metal skeleton and took something out of his pocket it was the Shapeshifters call, the mucus like substance that enabled shapeshifting flowed onto the the skeleton and binded himself to it.

It changed to the appearance of the automaton to a small child with linen clothes
