Chapter 16 - I wish that he would never get back home

In the morning, Gu Yanxi gets downstairs.

Gu Yanxi, glancing at her suitcase, nods stiffly, “Yulin Villa is far away from school. It’s more convenient to live on campus.”

Huo Yichen steps forward, inamuch coldervoice, “Who did you talk about your decisionwith?”

Gu Yanxi tries her best to stare atHuo Yichen’s eyes, and tries to recite her excuses which have been prepared, “Huo Yichen, nobody knows our relationship. I don’t have Gu Family as my tower of strengthand I cannot affordto live out. So it is more reasonable for me to live on campus. You hardly get backhome, and there is no difference for me to stay here orin the dorm. If, If you really want me to fulfill my obligation as your wife, I can get back everySaturday.”

Having finished thesewords, Gu Yanxi sees that Huo Yichen narrows his eyes without losing his temper, and she knows that he has acceptedher excuses.
