85 Go against the De La Torre famiglia

Name:The Queen of Mafia Author:Pakat01
"This may take awhile to recover," a nurse said as she spread some ointments to the infected area and wraps Aisha's burned left arm with loose gauze. "Once it heals, it will definitely leave a scar. I will just prescribe you some ointments to lighten it."

Aisha really didn't care if it will leave an ugly scar or not. Yes, she was a woman. It is precious for women to have flawless skin, but to Aisha, there are so many things to worry in the world, would she really let herself be stressed over a simple scar? If she is, then all her hair should be turned white by now at how often she can get scars from her healed wounds.

Anyways, she was one of those gifted people that all scars will vanish in just a short amount of time.

"How's your hearing?" The nursed asked, her voice is a bit loud than her usual soft voice.

Aisha tilted her head to the side and give her a small nod.

Seeing that Aisha has no plans to talk, she let out a helpless smile. "You have to talk, Ms. Aisha, so I can know your exact situation and give you treatment."

"..." Aisha sure is stubborn.

"It's what Boss ordered us to do."

"... my hearing is already okay, you don't have to shout." Aisha deadpanned and rolled her eyes at the nurse.

So annoying, she thought, she's been here in the room Aeron asked her to stay for two long hours! And he even gave her a dozen of female doctors to see her situation. It was really annoying so Aisha chased out those doctors once they treated her major injuries. Aeron was helpless at her stubborness. In the end, he leaves a nurse to treat her minor injuries and leave to talk to his "subordinates".

"It's only normal if you have slight difficulties in hearing after large blasts," the nurse said as she light up Aisha's ears to inspect if there is any bleeding and whatnots using the light in her pen. "It can heal by itself, but if your hearing doesn't return to normal for a long time, surgery might be needed."

"I said my hearing is already okay." Aisha wanted to scorn at the delicate nurse in front of her but stopped herself. "I want to get out!" She announced as she stood from the soft mattress and stride towards the door with poise and attitude, as if she didn't suffer any injuries in her legs.

"Wait, Ms. Aisha! Boss ordered us to let you stay here!" The nurse anxiously exclaimed and chased Aisha, but she froze as Aisha turns around to give her a menacing glare.

The nurse trembles as she gulps in fear, she completely forgot that it is THE Aisha De La Torre she was facing. The she-devil that could freeze your whole body with just a mere glare of hers.

"Am I his subordinates?" Aisha asked as she pointed herself.

"N-no." The nurse shook her head frantically. How could she be Boss' subordinate when she is our Lady Boss? She cried to herself but she dare not to say it to Aisha in fear that her head will be cut off from her body without knowing it.

"Should I take orders from him?"

"No." Even if someone will take orders, it will be Boss and not her.

"Good." Aisha nodded in satisfaction and without wasting any more time, she left the room, leaving the helpless nurse behind.

They are in the Abyss famiglia's manor. Unfortunately, all of them manage to end the battle in time and escaped from the military. It's not like they can't handle it if they face the military, it'a just that it's not the most pleasing time to do it.

Sutton famiglia is the one who is suffering from the suspicions from the media and the government forces. It all happens in the day of the El Grande de Casino's auction after all.

Aisha ordered Alfred to help the Sutton famiglia with their predicament, same as Freohr who is "ordered" by his big brother, Aeron, to handle the damages and loss of the Abyss famiglia from the previous battle because Aeron is "heavily injured".

Freohr protested but when Aisha told him to do it, he didn't have a choice but to reluctantly follow Aeron's orders. However, the smug grin in Aeron's face made Froehr wanted to beat him into pulp.

"They should be in this room." Aisha mumbles to herself as she push the door that leads to the living room.

"Aisha!" Samuel and Adeline exclaimed in relief once they saw Aisha's well. Although, they didn't have this grandparents-granddaughter relarionship, after Kristin died, they started to soften to their granddaughter. She is the closest thing that will ever remind them of their filial daughter, after all.

"Dear, are you now alright?" Adeline asked softly and guided Aisha to sit beside her.

"Yes, I am now alright." Aisha politely said in her usual cold voice. Though, she appears indifferent on the outside, but she was feeling complex at the sudden change of their attitude.

They are so different from the last time they meet, which is five years ago, in her 18th birthday. And from Kristen's memory.

But she liked the change.

Her mother is very fond of her parents even though they are strict and barely give them love as a parent. Aisha thought that her mother from above will be pleased if they establish a good relationship.

But she needed to get down to business here.

"I need to talk to you guys about something." Aisha's expression turned serious and sharp.

Both Samuel and Adeline guess that it is something serious, so they listen attentively to what will Aisha say.

"Are the Ainsworth family going against the De La Torre famiglia?"
