326 Chapter 326: There Are Many Secrets Behind

They said he had lots of women, and all of them adored him, so he should know how to please them.

Lying on the bed, his brows knitted, Spencer commented, "He's always been like that." He sounded gloomy and troubled. It seems there are many secrets behind it. I wonder what's more to be found out?

He heaved a sigh, thinking about the memories of his parents when he was little. Nathalia crawled into the bed and lay down next to Spencer, with his arm as a pillow. "Pardon?"

The comforting warmth, as well as the pleasant smell of her body, brought a sense of security to him. He wrapped his arms around her. "Do you think he needs to please women?"

"Huh?" Nathalia gave it a little thought and shook her head. "Hmm, I see."

With his power and wealth, women would just follow him. It was the women that would try to please him instead. And that was possibly the reason why he had not learned to respect women, why he had been irresponsibly proud and arrogant.

The more Spencer thought about it, the more trouble he grew. "But why did you try to help him just then?" Spencer knew Nathalia well. She either loves you or hates you. She's always genuine. I wonder why she acted differently this time.

Nathalia pinched Spencer's cheek gently and said with a smile, "I thought that's what you really want deep down in your heart."

If she was in Sue Davidson's shoes, she would have kicked Curt out straight away. She would never tolerate disloyalty.

Sue Davidson was different from Nathalia. She had always wanted to be a good mother and wife. She loved her family. Her husband and son had been with who she cared about the most.

And the most important thing is that mum still loves him. I just want to give her another option so that she won't regret it in the future, but of course, it's completely her own choice. She's to make the decision herself.

Spencer was taken aback. He turned to look at Nathalia with his eyes wide open. "No. Nonsense." Yet when he asked himself, the answer was yes.

Yes, he wanted his parents to be together to love each other. He wanted his family to be complete. He enjoyed all four of them dining together as they did earlier.

It had always been a dream to him since he was little.

Nathalia knew how he truly felt and decided not to argue with him. She changed the subject and said, "It's my mum's anniversary the day after tomorrow. Would you like to visit her with me?"

"Sure." Spencer was pleased that Nathalia didn't pursue the same topic.

Mrs. Davidson hadn't slept much in the past two nights. Memories of the past flashed by in her mind constantly. In the morning, she decided to get up early as she couldn't sleep anyway.

With a troubled mind, she got up and went out for a walk. As soon as she left the house, she saw Emma.

She frowned and turned around. Emma ran after her, "Sue. Sue. Wait. I have something to tell you."

Lack of sleep also tired, Sue was feeling irritated. She retorted impatiently, "What have you got to tell me? You have done it and showed it all to me. What do you want from me?!"

The day Sue found out about her sister and her husband, she had told herself that Emma was no longer her sister.

Despite the deliberate heavy make-up, Emma looked tired and worn. She carried herself well as usual though, adorned with expensive jewels and fancily dressed.

She held her chin and chest up. "I just pity you. That woman took your husband's heart, and you are looking after her daughter. How sad!"

Mrs. Davidson frowned, confused. She paused, turned around, and asked, "What do you mean? Who's this woman? Who's the daughter?"

Emma sneered and questioned proudly, "Don't you know who Curt really loves?"

"Do you?!" Mrs. Davidson was surprised and, at the same time, excited. It was a question that had been bothering her all these years.

"Of course I do." Emma laughed triumphantly. "If you want to know, come with me."

Stunned, Mrs. Davidson was at a loss. She knew since the day they got married that there had always been someone in his heart. She knew he loved that woman dearly.

She did mind in the beginning, but she didn't care much as she believed that time would help him forget the woman, and she would win his heart one day.

The truth was that Curt's heart had never been won. However hard she tried, despite the pain she had suffered, she couldn't touch his heart.

She always wanted to know who the woman was. She had asked someone to investigate. She had every woman possible checked, but she couldn't find the answer. It was as if this woman did not exist that she was only in fairy tales.

However, she understood that he loved that woman still. Even though he had been with many other women, he had never loved any of them. She had been jealous of these women, but she let him be. However, the jealousy of the woman that he loved almost drove her crazy.

Sue stood there silently. Emma sneered, "Why? Are you scared? Don't worry. I won't hurt you. If I ever wanted to hurt you, I would have done it years ago. You and I are both pathetic. We adore him, and we have sacrificed for him, but what have we got at the end? Nothing."

Her sneer and mocking sympathy angered Sue. She snapped, "You and I are completely different."

Don't you sympathize with me? You are a calculating evil woman who seduces your own sister's husband!

Emma was annoyed, but she managed to stay calm. "Sue, let's be fair. If I didn't let you win, it was impossible that you could marry Curt. It was actually you that took him from me."

It was shocking. The bodyguards' jaws dropped. What the hell? What's the story here?
