"Where are we going, Li Feng?" Qiao Shan looked around as Li Feng led her to a high-rise c.o.n.d.o.minium. Since he was a tenant there, the receptionist knew him. He invited the princess to a room high up and opened the room with his keycard. It was actually the place he was staying now that he was needed in the capital.
"Hm? Are you not yet done with packing up?" The princess moved around the bedroom and checked the cabinet that still had a few clothes inside.
"Yeah, I did a lot of things in the Li Family Estate before I could leave." Li Feng raked his hand through his hair. He then leaned on the door frame. "I was hoping you can help me. I mean, Yunru took over most things that a son should do for his ailing father. Moreover, I have no other people aside from you guys. I can't ask Chuan Nayi or Ruan Jin to help so… I'm really sorry for troubling you…"
Qiao Shan only shook her head. "It's fine, I'm okay with this."
A shy chuckle then came from Li Feng. "Do you mind if I leave you here to deal with everything? It's embarrassing, but it's hard to shower when you're always pulling all-nighters. I thought I would be free to do this in the family estate along with some relaxations… but…"
The woman's eyes flickered before realizing what he actually meant, catching a glimpse of luggage hidden out of view. "Oh! I'm okay with this!" She pecked her head profusely, trying to avoid eye contact with Li Feng. After a few words, Li Feng left the room… and Qiao Shan only sat on the foot of the bed. She then looked down at her own palms.
"Why did I agree? Oh, my god… if I stay here, I will look like a pushover, won't I?" Qiao Shan quickly looked around as if trying to find something that could alleviate her anxiousness. She got to her feet and went through the clothes again and didn't find anything worth her attention. She then straightened her back. "I guess that's the only thing I can do for now.
"This is a practice, Qiao Shan. This is a practice…"
Qiao Shan walked towards the door and opened it slightly as if checking. She then tried to sneak around so her footsteps wouldn't be heard as she approached. The woman stood in front of the bathroom door and listened to the sound of trickling water. With a deep breath, she slowly turned the knob and pushed the door open. She looked through the crack and saw the faint image through the frosted side of the shower door.
The door didn't creak, but she could see how the figure in the shower stopped moving. She walked in and put up a rather wriggly smile, her face helplessly blushing from her self-berating and forced encouragement. Her hands then traced down her c.h.e.s.t to find the buttons as she started to undo her fitted cardigan. Upon peeling it off and tossing it to hang from the sink, she reached behind her to unhook her dress.
Li Feng slid open the shower door and gazed at the shy princess. Their eyes met, and Qiao Shan only gasped softly and looked away. Her panic worsened when she couldn't unhook the dress. 'Come on, come on, why are you stuck now? I should've worn a different dress.'
"What's wrong? Can't get it off?" Li Feng laughed as he arrived in front of Qiao Shan. He wrapped his moist, muscly arms around her and took over the hook that she was fiddling with. "Wow, it really got stuck…" However, he was still smiling. Moreover, Qiao Shan didn't know where to look as his face was too high, his c.h.e.s.t was on her face, and looking down led to another thing.
Rip! Qiao Shan twitched as she heard a rip coming from the back of her neck. Before she could bring down her hands, Li Feng held onto them and moved them away from her shoulders gently. The dress's collar fell down loosely on her c.h.e.s.t, but it was enough for Li Feng to latch on her smooth, white neck. Her eyes closed, and a small m.o.a.n escaped her lips as the man s.u.c.k.e.d on her skin.
Their hands fell to their sides, but Li Feng used one to cup Qiao Shan's heated cheek. He then whispered near her ear. "Are you thinking of the same things that I do? It's a very dangerous place, and we can both just die in there. I haven't slept with a girl for a while, and I'm not willing to go without having just one more night. I think you can really help me with this, Qiao Shan…"
He planted a soft kiss on the corner of her lips. "Do you want romance or fantasy?"
Qiao Shan lifted her hands and held Li Feng by the side of the jaw, her gaze falling deep into his eyes. Even if her face was blushing strongly and her head felt dizzy from the heat, the smile on her lips bloomed like a flower in spring. "Neither, Feng'er. I just want you."
He quickly leaned down to capture her lips, and she moved her hands down to his shoulders as she answered him hotly. The dress was quickly peeled off and dropped to the floor. Carrying a very small-framed woman like Qiao Shan was very easy for Li Feng's strong arms, and he didn't think twice of bringing her back to the bedroom.
Her body fell to the bed, and he quickly climbed on top of her, lips sealing their little deal for their sudden trip to a passionate night.
…
Whoosh! The speedy drawing of the curtain echoed loudly and jolted Li Feng awake. He then g.r.o.a.n.e.d as he was blinded by the sun coming from outside. He used a hand to cover his eyes. "What the hell…? Who drew the curtains?"
"Wakey, wakey! It's past eight! You're the only one we're waiting for!" Ren Shanyue laughed as she turned and took the luggage from under the desk. "So, you enjoyed your last night in the city? Well, Cherry Med will still be filled with awfully hot nurses and doctors if your standards dip."
"Shanyue?" Li Feng slowly got up and quickly took a pillow behind him to cover up. "Get out."
"Don't forget to take a shower before coming down. You're lucky the coffee shop downstairs is the best one in the city." Ren Shanyue took the luggage. "There should be spare clothes in your cabinet. Hurry down; we'll be late."
"Yes, Mom." Li Feng shook his head and only felt sad that he woke up alone… and crudely. He then sighed and remembered that it was just a one-night stand; no need to think that there were strings attached.
When Ren Shanyue arrived at the family van, she placed the luggage on top of the rest at the back. In her line of sight, Ruan Jian yawned widely even if he was holding a cup of expensive creamy coffee. He then rubbed his eyes and asked, "Don't tell me he overslept. That guy, really?"
Ren Shanyue huffed with a ridiculing smile. "Oh, no… he screwed someone first and then overslept."
Ruan Jin couldn't spit his coffee at Chuan Nayi so he had to choke on it instead. "Bastard…" 'Envy!'
