Chapter 656 - 243: Deleting The Post Is No Use

Catherine opened her laptop and logged in to the website. She located the post, which already had tens of thousands of views and comments. She shook her head. Then she hit "add to favorite" fast, thus these photos were saved to her phone.

"Catherine, what are you doing?"Ethel asked.

"Do you wish to clarify the rumor?"Cecil asked.

"Why should I clarify the fact. The photos seem fine to me. Sean looks so hot and gentle. I have to save them."Catherine answered.

The other three were confused.

"Don't you think he's hot? And I'm good-looking too. We're a perfect match. We belong to each other," Catherine smiled, "What? Are you jealous of me? If so, go and find a boyfriend."

The way Catherine misplaced her focus astounded Ethel. She didn't start talking again minutes later, "You guys are a match. Both are hot and gorgeous. I guess there isn't a couple in the world that suits each other the way you do."

"Of course. Just imagine how pretty and smart our baby will be when he is born, you know, because of the wonderful genes." Catherine said.

Cecil kept rolling her eyes and held back the urge to hurt Catherine.

Ethel said, "I'm sure your baby will be the cutest. But you're a few years away from graduation. So whatever you have planned, making babies has to wait."

"Who knows. Maybe, I could be pregnant first. Then I'll take a leave and come back to school afterward."

What Catherine said casually shocked the other girls considering they were relatively conservative and didn't catch the teasing tone.

"Well, you can take a break to have babies. Things like this must have happened before in universities. We understand it."Ethel said.

"I'm joking," Catherine said.

Ethel came over, "So you have done it? I mean, what's it like? How's Sean doing? Is seven times in bed one night a problem for you?" She threw all these questions at one time, eager to find more about Catherine's life, especially the part involving the bed.

Catherine had to hold back the urge to punch Ethel for all of her nosy questions. She said, "What the hell are you talking about? You can't ask me that!"

Ethel smiled, "Professor Sean looks like a strong man. He won't let you go unless he's satisfied. After all, he fought four men and couldn't be a wimp."

"Ethel!"

Anna and Cecil said at the same time.

Catherine smiled, "Sorry to let you down. We didn't get that far."

"Really? But Sean looks like a hard man. Did you spend two nights in the apartment? Nothing happened?"

"We were having nice chats."

Ethel said, "Is Sean not capable of getting an erection?"

Cecil said, "I wish my ears weren't working."

Ethel said, "Catherine, am I right?"

Catherine smiled, "Do you want me to call him and tell him what you said?"

Ethel recalled Sean's aggressive and ferocious looks and trembled. She hurried to say, "It's a joke, Catherine."

Cecil said, "I think you mean a lot to Sean, Catherine."

When a man can get hold of the primal urges for the sake of a woman, he must make a good man and husband. Few could do that, and Sean did.

"Of course," Catherine said. She took another look at the website, and comments kept growing, "We both knew we couldn't keep it from you. Maybe it's time to make it public, and you guys are all my witness. I'll take that as a blessing."

The other three didn't know to say cheeky or ins.e.n.s.i.t.i.v.e.

Catherine lied back and sent Sean the picture she saved. She typed, "Professor Sean is so hot. He doesn't have a bad angel."

In less than a minute, Sean called.

"Where did you get the photo?" asked Sean.

"I downloaded it from the forum."

Sean didn't respond. Catherine could hear a tapping sound.

"Did you see it?"

Catherine hummed and figured he saw it too.

"I guess some guys saw us at the night market. They must be a coward not to show faces. But I think we look intimate and lovely in the photo? I think that's happiness." Catherine said.

"Do you like these pictures?"

"Yeah. I saved them and made one screen saver."

Catherine knew the pictures were used to stain her name. She wouldn't give them the satisfaction. Anyway, she was married to him and had good reason to be with him. Since their relationship was made public, she decided to stay that way.

"Which one do you like?" asked Sean.

"The one you tucked my hair."

"Why?"

"You look so focused and gentle like all you can see is me."

Catherine couldn't help burying her head in the pillow as she said and turned blushed.

Her friends all wore earplugs and listened to music to give them privacy.

"What is it?"

"Which one do you like?"

Sean changed the picture Catherine talked about to his screen saver too, "I like that."

Catherine smiled and said, "We were supposed to talk about other things."

"Don't worry. I'll handle this," Sean said, "This doesn't affect me much. But you..." He browsed through the comments. Most were accusative.

"I'm okay. Dating isn't legal. We can have a relationship. Since it's out, let's turn it into a grand dating."

Sean smiled, "Catherine wants to date me?"

"Aren't we dating already?" asked Catherine.

"Yes, we are."

"What are you gonna do about it?"

"You don't need to know."

Catherine hesitated and said, "I think we should leave it alone. We can't go around and ask everyone to stop talking about it. Let them be."

But Sean wouldn't allow any negative news about Catherine to spread on campus.

"Deleting the post is no use," Catherine said.

"It's late. You have to go to bed."

"Okay. Good night.'

Catherine didn't plan to clarify anything. One thing she learned about gossip was letting them gossips. She would neither confirm nor deny anything.

"Catherine, what do you mean you can't keep it a secret for long?" asked Ethel, who took off earplugs and raised the question.

"There are always people wishing me bad."

"Who?"

"They know it."
