Seri groaned as she walked to work. She rubbed her back feeling particularly aggrieved. Lately she had been feeling under the weather. William was still working her unrelentingly even though he should be enjoying his new married life. To make everything worse, whenever she returned home Dante would be waiting so she could fulfill her promise. In the morning, he would wake her up without wearing a shirt and they would….
How could she possibly control herself after seeing that!?
Thus, from working every day to having fun every night, her body began to feel more exhausted. Her back ached and her appetite was changing. Whenever she ate, she was suddenly sick.
Yet, she was still gaining weight.
She knew she had to go to the doctor to figure out what was wrong, but she was worried. What if the doctor told her she had some kind of incurable disease? If anything, that had to be the answer. Why else would she be having these kinds of symptoms?
Seri began to regret having knowledge from the future. This world was not as proficient at curing diseases or anything like that. If she got a fever, she could die. If she got an infection, she could die. In fact, dying was far too easy to do in this world. If it wasn't for Millie being amazing at medical knowledge, she probably would have been dead already.
But what if she actually does have an incurable disease?! Could Millie cure it?!
She grumbled as she walked into the Palace. She went into William's office where William was waiting impatiently. He frowned, "You are late."
Her eyebrow twitched in irritation, "WHO THE HELL ARE YOU?! MY MOM!?"
He flinched from her sudden scream, "No! I am your boss!!!"
Her face tilted revealing a scary expression, "Oh that's right. How could I forget I signed a slave contract with you?"
"EEK!" William was suddenly frightened from her sudden reaction. She stepped towards him as he stepped back in response. He trembled in fear, "S-Stop! Don't forget you are not allowed to hurt me! Attacking a royal family member will result in death!!"
Her head turned down and William watched as she began to tremble. He tilted his head in confusion. Her face instantly snapped up, "WAAAAAAH!"
William jumped as she suddenly broke out into painful wails. Seeing her cry, he began to panic while trying to figure out what to do. "WHAT?! WHAT'S WRONG!? I won't actually kill you!!! AHHH!"
She wept bitterly, "I am getting sooooo fat!"
He flinched, "F-Fat!?"
She grabbed her chest, "And my n*pples feel like they are on fire!!!"
"N-N*pples?!" William nearly fainted from the embarrassment. He screamed out, "DON'T TELL ME THAT!"
She screamed out, "WHY DOES EVERYTHING SUCK?!"
He ran to the door and flung it open, "SOMEONE BRING ME COFFEE!"
The maids hurriedly pushed a cart into the room and William forced Seri to sit while she cried violently. He handed her a cup of coffee, "Here! Drink some coffee!"
She hiccupped and brought the cup to her lips. Then she spewed out the liquid all over William. He blinked in irritation as the coffee dripped off of his face. She shouted, "This tastes like sh*t!!!"
William wiped his face with a frown, "It is exactly how you always drink it."
She glared at the maid, "BRING ME ANOTHER!"
The maid flinched from her sudden anger and quickly brought another. She took a sip and spat it out once more, "Disgusting!"
William sighed, "What is wrong with you? Why are you acting so emotional lately?"
*SMASH*
William froze in fear and slowly turned to see the teacup Seri had thrown into the wall beside him. Seri glared at him, "What did you say?"
"N-Nothing!"
Her crazed eyes shook in anger, "You think I am being emotional!?"
William sobbed, "Noo! I didn't say that!"
After narrowly dodging another teacup, William spent the rest of the day trying to cater to Seri's wild mood changes. One moment she would be happy, the next angry, and then she would randomly break out into sobs. His heart was unable to take the stress, so he sent her home early.
Instead of going home, Seri went to the Imperial doctor. The doctor instantly felt exhausted upon seeing her, "What is the purpose of your visit today?"
She stared at him with a straight face, "Doctor. I think I'm dying."
"Dying?"
She spoke without breathing, "Lately my back aches, my milk-melons burn, I have no appetite, when I eat I always feel sick, my mood fluctuates rapidly, and I haven't had my monthly in a while. It can only mean one thing…"
The doctor nodded, "Right."
"Cancer."
"Yes. Cancer-WAIT! Cancer?!"
Seri began to sob, "Breast cancer! Ovarian cancer! Stomach cancer! All the cancer! Hell! I might even have prostate cancer!!!"
The doctor blinked in disbelief, "P-Prostate?!"
She wailed, "Just tell me how much longer I have to live doctor!!!"
The doctor sighed, "Just hand me your wrist."
She sniffled as he took her pulse. He nodded in understanding, "You don't have cancer."
Her eyes lit up, "I don't?! T-Then… What am I dying from!?"
"You aren't dying from anything. You are pregnant."
The room got quiet.
She blinked with a frozen expression, "Say again?"
"Pregnant." He repeated with a smile, "Congratulations."
The doctor looked at her and was frozen in fear. He could almost see the room getting darker around her as her face twitched. His instincts were screaming at him to run as if his life depended on it. She turned her face down and mumbled something.
The doctor gulped seeing her terrifying expression. He spoke with a sense of dread, "W-What was that?"
"…Kill."
"K-Kill?!"
Her face turned up with a crazed grin, "I am going to kill him."
She jumped up and almost caused the doctor to faint from fright. She brandished her sword and stormed out of the building muttering in tongues. The nurse ran in, "Should we tell the Knights?!"
The doctor shook his head, "Don't you know who that is? No. If you value your life you will pretend that you didn't see a thing."
As Seri stormed through the town in the direction of her home, everyone jumped out of her way. Children cried, dogs peed themselves, and everyone thought that the grim reaper had finally come. No one dared step in front of her or ask her what was wrong.
Seri returned back home and kicked the door open. Dante and Millie came out to see Seri walking towards them with fire in her eyes. She looked as if she was possessed by a vengeful ghost. Millie smiled, "Seri. You are home early. What happened?"
Seri ignored her as she glared at Dante. She held out her sword towards Dante who stuck his hands in the air in response. "You… You did this…"
"Did what?" Dante blinked as he tried to figure out what was happening.
Seri screamed, "YOU KNOCKED ME UP YOU BASTARD!"
"K-Knocked!?"
"NOW SAY GOODBYE TO YOUR LITTLE FRIEND WHO IMPREGNANTED ME!"
Before Seri could chop off his "friend" and turn him into a eunuch, Millie screamed in glee. "You're going to have a child!?"
Dante's fear disappeared as he looked at Seri in disbelief, "I-Is it true!?"
Seri's footsteps stopped as she looked at the two staring at her in anticipation, "Yes it's true! Now prepare to-"
Dante and Millie grabbed each other's hands and began to jump up and down screaming in excitement. They looked like two fangirl's who OTP just became an official couple. Dante cheered alongside Millie as Seri watched with a twitching face, "Oi."
Dante looked at Seri grinning ear to ear, "Does this mean we will also get married now?"
Although they were engaged now with intentions to get married, Seri hadn't had time to plan the wedding out. William had been dragging her all across the Kingdom in order to solve the many problems he had.
First, she had to deal with Simon.
Then, she had to deal with the Nobles bullying William.
Finally, she had to help William with his wedding to Mary.
In between that, there was no time the two could hold a ceremony and say their marriage vows. It wasn't that she didn't want to get married, it was just that she didn't have the time. Although the two certainly lived like they were already married.
Seeing Dante and Millie so excited to welcome children only angered Seri more. She tightened her fists as she tried her best not to start cursing, "Yes. We are going to get f*cking married. I will be d*mned if I am going to wear a wedding dress with a huge baby bump or while I have babies crying in the audience."
Dante heard her approval and began to kiss her in excitement. Millie cheered, "I call being the maid of honor!"
Seri pushed Dante away, "However."
The two got quiet.
Seri pointed at Dante with a frown, "YOU are going to be the one who tells my father the news."
Dante froze from shock.
He immediately began to regret his previous excitement.
Millie patted his back with a pitiful expression, "It's been nice knowing you."
