129 A Message pt 2

"There is no reconciling our differences." stated Draig as his sword came from it's sheath allowing everyone to gaze upon it's glory.

Tsukuba seemed to have realized that he had unintentionally woke a sleeping Dragon as he took a step backwards.

"Wait, surely you don't mean that. There is always a way to reconcile one's differences" spoke Tsukuba sounding quite hypocritical at the moment.

"No, I refuse to stay under the same sky as you, for the genocide you have performed in my Dorm and the injury of these Deva unassociated. I. . . will end you" called Draig as his body began to emit a Dark mist and an Image of Zarra imposed itself over Draig's body.

Tsukuba now knew that he had hopped atop the back of a tiger with no way off, he cast a look towards his brother hoping the man would assist him. However he was just watching in amazement, it seemed as if he was captivated by one of the figures in Draig's Avatar and couldn't stop staring.

"Boru, what are you doing. Are you just going to let your brother die" squealed Tsukuba which caused the now named Boru to pay attention to the situation.

However before the man could act Draig had already started.

"Zarra's Wrath" came the whisper that seemed to be heard by all as Tsukuba found both of his arms removed at the shoulder causing him to yell in shock after realizng the weightlessness of his limbs.

Boru widened his eyes as he had barely been able to follow the movement.

'Damn you Tsukuba, what kind of trouble did you drag me into.' thought Boru as he took a step back in uncertainty.

He wasn't ready for this kind of opponent, he was one of the Novas but this new Nova was something serious. He didn't wish to die over some conflict his foolish brother had started because of his thuggish demeanor and wounded pride.

Tsukuba saw the uncertain look that Boru carried and couldn't believe his brother was thinking about abandoning him.

"Boru, remember your promise to mother" called Tsukuba desperately.

This seemed to urk the Anchor axe wielding Deva causing him to cast a scathing glance at his brother.

"If mother knew of the things you have been doing while hiding behind your station then she would understand" stated Boru turning to Draig who was still channeling Zarra's image.

"I am not apart of this and had no hand in the killing of the residents in your dorm, you can ask the people here. I have not raised a hand to harm them and have only stood at the sideline" stated Boru

Draig looked towards the people who bore lacerations along their body as if asking if this was the case.

"He. . . is telling the truth. Tsukuba is the one who has tortured us" answered one of the victims of Tsukuba's wrath.

Draig nodded and began walking towards Tsukuba dangerously, the youth knew now that there was nothing to save him from the anger of Feratu and began pleading in hopes it would show some success. Allowing him to live another day.

"Wait, don't kill me. I can give you anything you want, women, meal tickets, ores, just don't kill me and it can all be yours" trembled Tsukuba as he squirmed on the ground bleeding from his shoulders attempting to put space between himself and Draig.

"What I want you are not capable of giving" stated Draig as his hand flashed forward ripping open Tsukuba's rib cage and plucking his heart from it's resting place.

The people gathered watched the scene with morbid fascination as Draig did something unspeakable for them and actually bit into the heart as if it was an apple, Tsukuba watched this as his life faded. The final thing he could ever witness was his heart being ripped out before his eyes, Boru on the other hand was watching Draig with a slight intimdated look.

Draig ignored the people watching and chewed only twice before spitting it out.

"Disgustingly rotten, I should have known" stated Draig as he turned to those Deva who had been tortured by Tsukuba causing them to flinch.

However a certain cleric's image imposed himself over Draig's image giving him a holy aura as he used the talent of the class to heal their wounds despite the debilitating sickness the energy caused him.

Keiko, Ari, and Yuki just watched the scene unfold in wonder.

"How do you know this guy again. . ." asked Keiko as she was trying to piece together how her two guards would be associated with this type of person.

"We met when we were kids, he stayed with Yuki providing our clans with charms" answered Ari as she looked at the formidable figure Draig imposed. Though the holy aura as he healed the wounded made him seem like a great protector of sorts.

"Charms? Did you really fall for that" asked Keiko causing the girls to look at her oddly.

"Your wearing them as a collar remember, he is no con man" answered Yuki causing Keiko to blush in embarrassment as she had forgotten she was in fact wearing a collar.

Boru off to the side picked up his brother's corpse taking the arms as well, Draig saw this and wondered if this person was really satisfied with this result.

"I know what you are thinking, I will be honest. I have long since been dissatisfied with Tsukuba's ways, it was only a matter of time before he provoked someone like you and met his end. In other words if it hadn't been you then it would have been someone else down the line, however I can take solace knowing that he had truly wronged you and was not killed for some petty offense" stated Boru as he began leaving, he had said what he needed to and no longer saw it fit to stay among these people his brother had accosted.

'Such an interesting mortal' thought Draig as he resumed his healing of the wounded though he received frightened looks in response.
