"Jesus. . . How many fuċkɨnġ spiders are there?" Titus asked.
"Honestly. . . I'm not too sure about that." I commented.
"Anyways, where is the exit for the first floor?" He asked.
"Um. . . It should be about another two turns from here." I told him.
"Alright. You collect the spiders since I don't have a ring like the two of you." He mentioned.
"Already on it." I commented.
[[Arthrall: You alright? We are getting close to the exit for the first floor.]]
[[Arialle: Yeah I am. That is good. I'm tired of these damn spiders. . .]]
[[Arthrall: Same here. . . I'm down to 15 arrows now. . . I need to find more. . .]]
[[Arialle: I will look on the second floor for you once we get there.]]
"Alright, let's keep going. I want to see what is on the second floor." I mentioned.
"Same here." Titus commented.
I started walking forwards until I reached the turning point of the room. I peeked my head around the corner to see if there were any more spiders this way or not. Luckily there wasn't, but there was a ċhėst at the end of the tunnel.
"There is a ċhėst down here, I'm going to go look through it, you two stay here and keep a lookout for me." I told them.
"Will do." Titus commented.
I figured Arialle was already watching my back, so I wasn't too worried about her hearing me. I walked straight towards the ċhėst, but while walking I was looking for any traps. As I got closer to the ċhėst, I noticed that it was slightly opened. Which is odd, unless someone else already found it. So I got closer to the ċhėst, and I took an arrow out of my quiver. I placed the arrow in the gap on the ċhėst, then I lifted the arrow up. Instantly I heard a clicking noise.
"TRAP!" I yelled.
Titus jumped flat on his belly, and I don't know where Arialle is at this moment, but the moment the ċhėst lid was opened fully, an arrow shot straight out of it. It landed a couple of feet past where Titus was.
"You ok Titus?" I asked.
"Yeah I am. Luckily you yelled that it was a trap, or else I would be hurting pretty badly." He mentioned while standing back up.
"Is the arrow poisonous or something?" I asked.
"Not sure, let me check." He commented.
He walked over to where the arrow had landed. It actually went about an inch into the floor, which is pretty powerful considering we are walking on stone right now. He pulled the arrow out of the ground, and examined it.
"Doesn't look poisoned, but to be on the safe side I would suggest not grabbing it by the arrow head." He told me.
"Alright." I commented.
So I turned back around to look at the opened ċhėst. What was inside of it was literally just the trap mechanism, a few arrows, and some coins.
"Huh. . . Not very much in the ċhėst. Either they took what was of value, or they ran once they realized it was a trap." I commented to myself.
I then took a closer look at the trap mechanism, it honestly looked like a piece of metal to me. So I decided to take the arrows out of the ċhėst, then I took the coins out. There were 6 arrows and 15 silver.
[[Arthrall: Plus side to this, I'm now at 21 arrows. Downside is the fact that was basically it.]]
[[Arthrall: Yeah, but I can't always be so lucky. Hahaha. . .]]
[[Arialle: True that.]]
"So anything good in the ċhėst?" Titus asked me.
"Just some arrows and some coins. I'm taking the ċhėst though. It was a mechanism in it that I want looked at." I told him.
I tried lifting the ċhėst up, and surprisingly it came off the floor pretty easily. I then put it into my inventory, although I didn't shut it because I didn't want it going off again later. After that, I got up and walked towards Titus. The only direction now, was to the left of the ċhėst area. I started walking that direction until I came upon the final turn. I peeked around the corner, and I saw a bigger spider. It was about double the size of the others that I faced.
[Name -- Spider Guard

'Well this guy will be easy, you two want to go in and fuċk him up for me.'
{{I can scare him!}} Onyx said excitedly.
{{It shouldn't take too long.}} Orion commented.
'Alright, go ahead and charge in there then.'
So they went in, Onyx used his Panther's Intimidation, and Orion used his Wind Blades. It didn't take long until the beast was dead. I walked towards the bigger spider, and I threw it into my inventory. What was left was a pair of Bracers.
[Bracers
Level -- Unknown]
"Huh. . ." I said.
"What's up?" Titus asked.
"Oh nothing much, I just happened to find this pair of Bracers under the spider. It is completely unknown sadly. So we will have to go to town to get them appraised." I mentioned.
"Oh cool. Hopefully they are better than the ones that any of us have." He commented.
"Yeah, key word though. Hopefully. . ." I said.
I looked around, and I noticed a hole in the floor. It was against the back wall behind where the spider was. It was big enough for two people to fit inside of it. I walked over to the hole, and peered downwards. There was a makeshift ladder that went about 15 feet downwards.
"I think I found the second floor to this place." I commented.
"Then let's go down there! I'm tired of these damn spiders already." Titus mentioned.
"Same here. Hey Arialle why don't you come out of stealth. There are no more spiders on the first floor." I told her.
Arialle was standing right behind Titus when she came out of stealth. She poked Titus on the back, and he jumped in the air out of fright.
"You damn witch! You scared the crap out of me!" Titus commented to her.
"Hahaha. . ." She just laughed.
"Alright, enough fooling around you two. Let's go down to the second floor, and see what we are up against." I told them.
"Aye aye!" Arialle commented.
I just looked at her with a straight face.
"What? Hahaha. . ." She asked.
"Nothing, let's go." I commented.
I turned around, and started climbing down the ladder.
