"No, not at all. This is more disquieting for me." she replied waving to his now proper posture. His eyes were cool and restrained, though still kind. Everything was as she had known him before. A prince from head to toe, a impartial ruler separated from the world around him. This was a nack kyera had never quite mastered.
"Oh? Why is that?" he asked slightly guarded. Something about the way she looked at him now… almost as of she was unconcerned. He had her attention and for a moment a spark of fire and interest in her eyes. Clovis wanted it back.
"The formalness of it all. Your one dimensional. Your fire is hidden, your passion restrained and it's … perfect. This is perfect for court, for the world of politics but its a lie. A pretty lie, its true, but all the same it's a lie." Kyera replied sighing as she tried to explain what she saw when she looked at him. Though she felt a warmth toward his princely facade, it was the passion hidden in his eyes that truly captured her. She herself hadn't realized it till she had seen the Tiger's heart in his eyes.
"I see...You feel the restraint is a method of hiding?" He asked honestly intrigued by the beauty before him and her logic. Clovis allowed his eyes to slowly travel over her face, deep into her eyes as she looked back at him. The honesty was refreshing as it was bewildering.
"Isn't it? Your Lying to me now." Kyera said softly, the challenge and mischief in her eyes. His heart started beating faster with the look she was giving him. He felt stronger standing before her.
"How is that, Kyera?" He asked honestly curious, his words a mere murmur.
"Your cold posture, the ice that hides the fire deep within you shows disinterest in me, perhaps the slightest curiosity if anything." She explained gesturing from his head to his feet. "Yet when you first saw me here, before you had a chance to compose… your eyes burned with interest. You had to restrain your eyes from traveling over my body wet from the bath." Kyera continued her voice soft as well but the fire in her eyes made it clear she knew the emotions traveling through him. He was slightly shocked she had said so, the way she did… it wasn't filled with lust like the girls who had tried to bed him before. The look in her eyes, the tone of her voice was nothing like that woman. There was something else...something deeper.
"Oh? I thought that was called respect." He replied with a eyebrow raised, trying to control the feelings rushing inside him. She was playing a dangerous game without a clue… no he was pretty sure that wasn't true. She knew the risk, but it was a calculated one.
"Oh… So you would prefer it if I let myself look you over?" He whispered moving closer, his breath lightly flowing over her face gently. She met his eyes and smiled softly.
