"Lovely, they just got here." He pointed out gently. Kyera glanced over at Clovis her smile falling slightly, not pouting but disappointed. Her husband smiled taking her hand.
"Yes, but it's always fun to explore. I would love to see some of what this kingdom has to offer. Afterall, I am visiting from Shadow Vale not my home country. It is high time I expand my knowledge." Clovis tried to sound enthusiastic. However, there was the cold factor and truth be told… he found that unpleasant. That being said, how could he deny Kyera time with people she seemed to truly like?
"Are you sure? I doubt you have ever ridden this way." Ramsey offered, honestly a touch concerned. As capable of a husband as this prince could be, his body was lacking. His fairy like build differed from the strong, robust builds of the arctic people. Even the snow cats were more bulky than their jungle counter parts.
"I am sure I can learn if nothing else." Clovis admits, trying to seem fairly confident. Afterall, part of doing is believing you can and taking that leap to try.
"Then it is settled, we will go wind riding this afternoon." Myla decides with a bright smile taking Kyera's hand both girls glowing with excitement. Clovis frowned softly hearing her say that was unnerving, but he had already agreed so there was no going back. Kyera smiled and broke away from Myla.
"You must be starving, Clovis. Come, lets go to breakfast." Kyera led him into the main dining room. Myla and Ramsey followed behind them. The four looked like royal couples from head to toe.
"Akira?" called a voice and Kyera froze her body tense. "Oh no, it can't be? Little Kyzie wizie!" called out a older man about twice Kyera's age. She felt her eye twitching as a bear of a man walked over.
He was tall and stout, his shoulders about the width of Clovis and Ramsey standing shoulder to shoulder. His hair was stark black pulled back into a high ponytail, long strands falling in his face. His huge arms picked Kyera up like a rag doll and tossed her up in the air like a child. He caught her with a hearty laugh and hugged her. "You have gotten heavy." he chuckled heartily.
"and taller, uncle." she replied hugging the bear back before he would set her down. He turned to Clovis.
"You must be my nephew in law, bring it in." he hugged Clovis tight and picked him up off the ground. The Fourth Prince felt like his eyes were going to pop out from this burly man's affection. He now knew why they called him the elf prince. Each individual vertebrae of his back popped and snapped back into place from the bear hug.
"Nice...to… meeeeet… you." Clovis struggled to breath before he was put down.
"Clovis this is Uncle Bryson, Myla's father, my mother's brother." Kyera managed to introduce as the man smiled.
