"You will survive, you will survive, you will survive" Khaknur chanted to himself as he hopped from one tree to another

He really was not used to fighting enemies using his own body. Only when he was fooled by Rhash did he has to do something like that

Most of the time, he only has to control his minions to do the work for him. But since he is traveling with his masters, he cannot bring them with him

After all, he cannot possibly bring thousands of spiders which were also the source of most of his powers

If he were to fight Rhash or Reif in a one-on-one battle, no doubt that he would lose. But if he were to command his spiders, then there is still a chance that he could win

Hence the reason why he is really afraid right now

Khaknur thought that maybe, he can just hide himself and bluff his way out. However, with how meticulous his Master Rhash was, no doubt that he would get asked if he really did his work

With the effect of the magic contract, Khaknur has no choice but to be as honest as possible

The little spider can only hope that he would barely encounter any trolls. Unfortunately, he doesn't have much luck

It didn't take that long before he encountered a group of fifteen trolls hunting a poor deer

The deer madly resisted but what it can do against the power of these trolls? Nothing! Just one troll alone already crushed its head, giving the poor deer its death

Khaknur trembled at that and he was afraid of making a move. But after the deer died, the trolls were already about to move into another area to hunt

Hence, Khaknur cannot hesitate anymore. He waved his little spider legs in the air and a large magic circle appeared

From the magic circle, numerous little creatures came out. These creatures have the same body type as spiders

However, these spiders are not real living creatures. They were completely made by mana

The spiders are all black in color, it painted a disgusting and scary scenery to humans that would see it

Unfortunately for Khaknur, these trolls are not humans and they wouldn't be afraid of something like that

The spiders charged at the trolls while shooting dark beams of light

Although the trolls have great regenerative experience, the beams that the spiders used acted like an acid

They corroded these large creatures' bodies, preventing their healing capabilities to show its might

While Khaknur was hiding in a tree, his spiders did all the work for him

Some of the spiders continued to shoot beams on the trolls while the others hopped on their bodies

The small creatures start to tear pieces and pieces of the trolls' flesh. They gnawed their way at the perfectly alive creature

One can only imagine how painful this experience was. Even the troll continues to let out cries of pain

The feeling of acid melting their bodies while the spiders gnawed their flesh is extremely painful

It lowered the troll's fighting capabilities at a huge margin. They tried to take the spiders away from their bodies but the spiders would simply move while their merciless and sharp mouth not stopping their jobs

The trolls were pushed into a desperate situation where their lives are barely hanging on a thread

Only when the trolls are at their weakest did Khaknur slowly show himself. He planned on controlling the souls of these trolls to add to his force

Using his black spiders would use a lot of mana if he were to fight for a long time. It was better to add these trolls in his army even if that was temporary

Khaknur was just about to do that when he sensed something. The little spider with a human head turned his head to his back where he saw a human standing there alone

The human has that pure and Saintly aura around him. He managed to make the world look dirty in front of him

Even Khaknur's heart softened a bit. At normal times, he would try to run as far as possible when encountering someone that he doesn't know

In front of this saintly person though, he cannot feel such an urge. He feels like if it was this person, he would be completely safe

However, that only lasted for a while. Khaknur's mind recall Rhash's warning

"If you saw a person that makes you want to devote your life to him and be as clean as you can, run immediately!"

Those are the exact words of Rhash that knows Nath's abilities to some extent

Nath has that aura around him that makes people think of him as the kindest and most reliable person ever

That aura of his enabled him to gather many comrades that ranged from weak to strong

He has massive support in everything that he planned to do, including killing Reif

Fortunately, the current Nath is still weak, very weak. He was too far from his peak. Since Khaknur also has some strength in him, he wasn't heavily affected by Nath's angelic aura

Rhash's words also helped his mind return to normal. As soon as he realized the kind of effects Nath's presence alone has, the effect diminishes a lot and it might not work for him anymore

However, one must know that this is just Nath's aura at his weakest. Once he reaches his peak, the aura he has is not something that even the likes of Khaknur can resist

"Hello, little one. May I know what you are doing here?" Nath asked gently. His voice seems to have the power to go straight to one's heart and caresses it

His voice would probably be the most gentle voice a person would ever hear and it would remove all the negative thoughts people can possibly have for hin

Too bad for Nath that he was still too weak and that won't work on Khaknur

Khaknur didn't plan on answering that and he immediately run away. He 100% believed his master's words after encountering Nath

He can't believe that his heart could soften like that! This Nath is really dangerous!

Khaknur runs as fast as he can to flee but in the next second, he stops. He suddenly saw Nath in front of him while still having that gentle smile on his face

"I mean no harm, little one. I just wish to ask you some questions"

Khaknur knows that this is an enemy he cannot defeat. Maybe if he has his minions, he can. This Nath is roughly at the same level as his masters

However, Khaknur has a 0% chance of defeating his masters if he doesn't have his minions

Dangerous! This is a dangerous position that he was in!

Khaknur can't help but tremble in fear and in the next second, his eyes widened as he dodged in the sides

Nath... he... he attacked him!

The scariest thing was Khaknur did not sense any killing intent nor the intent to at least harm him

Nath still feels as pure as before as if he doesn't mean any harm even though that is far from the reality

Terrifying ... Nath is terrifying to people that can realize what is happening

"Oh, you dodged that?" Nath muttered with a bit of surprise. His presence alone can already affect people's mind

Most of the time, they would lower their guards in front of him. He didn't expect that Khaknur can dodge him. Seems like he wasn't as affected as Nath thought

Since Nath's nemesis is inside the woods, he planned on killing any abnormal entity

After all, he only knows that he has a great enemy, nothing more. He doesn't know what that person looks like nor that existence's race

Nath is blindly searching. After seeing Khaknur, Nath already don't think that he was his nemesis

Even then, there is still the possibility that Khaknur is an accomplice of his enemy

Nath has his church that has Paladins and Priests and in the future, worshipers. He has an overwhelming advantage

Since that was the case, his enemy might also have their own force

If Nath is with the God of Light's side then his enemy might be the darkness, the evil and cruel

It won't be surprising if his nemesis has a disgusting master as a companion. Hence, the reason why he planned on killing the fearful Khaknur

The little spider just has the biggest scare of his life. If he didn't listen to his master's words, he might have been dead already

His master is really great and special. Khaknur must continue clinging into that golden thigh although there is still a big problem in front of him

Khaknur don't plan on fighting Nath and since he also cannot flee, he can only do one thing

Khaknur has to call for help! Fortunately, Rhash already said to make as big of a commotion as possible when encountering something abnormal and in this case, that abnormal existence is Nath!
