Chapter 81 - 79

The lava monsters are the typical ones back from Rhash's previous world. No matter how many times you attack them, they would not die unless you destroy their core located in their chest part that is protected by a durable piece of rock

Destroying those cores is the only way to kill these lava monsters. If not, even if their whole bodies were destroyed except for their core, they would still regenerate

That's how troublesome these creatures were

"Go become my cannon fodder and I'll attack from behind" Rhash ordered to his little spider slave

He could only use Khaknur as his meatshield if he don't want a certain someone to scold him

"Hmm? That's weird. From what I can recall, it's big brother that likes being attacked from behind" Reif 'rudely' commented and the newly made arrow in Rhash's hands flickered as he momentarily lose control over his magic

"Little bastard, you are becoming more unscrupulous the more time that passed!" Rhash stated with a glare

For the nth time, where does the sweet little innocent Reif has gone? Why was he replaced by this big pervert that always want to get inside Rhash's pants?

He kinda misses that pure and innocent kid! Where did Rhash go wrong in raising Reif?

"I'm just telling the truth though but if big brother wants me to shut my mouth, you could let me fight all these monsters" Reif replied nonchalantly with a shrug but his tactic wouldn't work

Reif simply wants to prevent Rhash from having to make a move. This tactic wouldn't work even if he wants to

"Or maybe I could shut your mouth by banning you from laying your hands on me?" Rhash shot back with a glare. Unfortunately, it was also ineffective

"Pfft, please, as if big brother's little thirsty hole could last long without me inside it" Reif replied with a chuckle that caused Rhash to choke from his own saliva

This rascal knew that Rhash has a 'bit' of a degrading kink and he was always using it against him

It's not like Rhash could help it, okay? His body was just too slutty. It has similar features to a Succubus/Incubus

His body would react in every little provocation from Reif. If his body always succumb and submit to Reif, how could his mind resist it?

As he had expected, Rhash was filled with even more rage although Reif is sure that his big brother's insides have been melted into a gooey puddle already

"U-umm, Masters. P-please stop flirting already" Khaknur begged as he hurriedly dodged the lava that the monster spit at him

His masters should really learn when to flirt and not flirt! Why is the weakest one among these three doing all the work?

Rhash knew that if the conversation with Reif continues, he would melt further and he could only turn his focus back on the lava monsters

To get back at his little pervert, Rhash withdrew the bow and arrow. Instead, his whole body was once again coated with a bloody aura

As if to release his anger, Rhash shouted as he charged with the lava monsters with his foot

Rhash landed on one of his foes and his merciless foot kicked open the lava monster's chest, exposing the core inside it that was shattered from the impact

Despite the protection given by the bloody aura from his body, Rhash's foot still started to emit smoke as it was being burned by the lava

Reif grits his teeth while looking at that but he knew that there were certain lines he cannot cross

He can joke and say explicit things but there is something he couldn't and shouldn't do and that is stopping Rhash in a fight that would benefit the both of them

Rhash is always serious when it comes to things that would increase their powers. Reif can stop him from doing other things but certainly not in scenarios like this

Reif knew that his big brother was deliberately fighting in a way that could make him hurt because of how he was acting earlier

Reif now regretted saying those words as he can't bear to see his big brother having any injury even though it would heal in the next second

As expected, the burned skin of Rhash instantly starts generating in the next second. His healing ability also took another level

With Reif obtaining the shard of brilliance, his healing capabilities have become superior even to Rhash's modified body

In the past, Rhash always has to be mindful to not drink too much of Reif's blood but that is not a problem anymore

He could now drink as much blood as he wants from Reif and that also brought positive changes to his body

One is his self-healing capability that rose by yet another level. Another one was that his strength has become stronger faster than it was originally

Those were all thanks to Reif's blood. Rhash was originally worried that he was being far left behind but that was not the case anymore

Sure, Reif is still stronger at him but the gap was definitely closer than it was compared to when Reif was still hiding his real capabilities

It was evident at how Rhash was killing one lava monster after another as if he was merely slaughtering chickens

These lava monsters are by no means weak. Each one of them should be at A rank while being in their natural habitat yet Rhash can easily kill them

Their hard protective chest was not that much a hindrance from Rhash's kicks and punches

The core inside them wasn't able to keep themselves intact as they got shattered one by one

Seeing that, Khaknur had a sigh of relief. Among the three of them, he had the slowest progress although he already has power he didn't expect he would ever have

"What are you doing? Go help your Master" Reif's dark voice entered Khaknur's ears

The little spider thought he could let Rhash do most of the work but seems like that wasn't the case

With tears in his eyes, the little spider shot out spider webs from his abdomen. The web has fire resistance and they didn't get burned

The web also have unbelievable durability as they managed to pierce through the hard chest armor of the lava monsters to destroy the core inside them

Khaknur weren't killing the lava monsters as easily as his Master Rhash but he was still a great help

The lava monsters' population steadily grew lower and lower until all of them were finally killed

"Retreat!" Rhash immediately shouted as soon as he killed the last lava monster

He and Khaknur swiftly flew higher along with the earthquake that suddenly appeared

The ground trembled as if an apocalypse would take place and more lava pillars appeared

The three dodge all those pillars for a while before another lava monster has appeared

This lava monster from just a glance would make people know that it was far different compared to the normal ones

It was much bigger, standing at around 15 meters tall in height. It was also bulkier it has more protective stones in its body

Its presence turned the already surrounding hot temperature even hotter than it was before

The magma and lava around further boiled as if the God of fire has descended

"Who dare kill my children?!" The lava monster's voice rang around and it was filled with rage

The tremors it brought caused some of the volcanoes around to be damaged as pieces of ground fell to the sea of lava below

The Guardian and Father of the Lava Monsters have been awakened after its children died just like what happened in Rhash's dreams
