Chapter 88 - Laura Lovena's Vampiric Charm

"Achoo!" Cha Junshik rubbed his nose when he was preparing for the lecture today. He looked around and felt something ominous around.

'What's this ominous feeling? Did someone talk bad about me? Or cursing me?' Cha Junshik thought. 

Cha Junshik checked his laptop, and after he connected the cable, the projector displayed his presentation. 

Cha Junshik sat while waiting for his students to come. Funny enough, the first one to come was the foreign student who asked for more time to finish her paper submission, Laura Lovena. 

Cha Junshik only gave her a glance, but she actually approached him. 

"Mr. Cha…"

Cha Junshik looked up and stared at him nonchalantly. He didn't want to look friendly and such because he had to keep his professionalism in the work field.

Besides, he didn't want other girls to see him getting all friendly with Laura Lovena and would spread some malicious rumor.

"Yes?" Cha Junshik responded calmly. 

"Um, about yesterday…."

"I'm sorry for being unable to attend the dog park, but my dog got his core vaccine yesterday, and I can't leave him alone because he needs my care," Cha Junshik said.

"I know, you told me the same thing before, Mr. Cha…. I mean, can you accompany me somewhere else to compensate then?" 

"I can't. I told you that my dog can't go with me, right?"

"No, not with the dog, I mean, only us…." Laura Lovena said. She closed her gap with Cha Junshik and tried to act coquettish in front of him. "I mean, going to a coffee shop or just for lunch would be great too, Mr. Cha…."

Cha Junshik was dazed for a second. He accidentally smelled the perfume scent of this woman, and he entered a dreamlike state for a few seconds.

Laura Lovena smirked when she saw that Mr. Cha Junshik had been affected by her vampiric seduction. It was like a potent perfume that would put people into a dreamlike state, and it would be easy to plant a subconscious feeling or thought inside the victim's head. It was Laura Lovena's main tool to seduce and kidnap young men since it would be far more difficult to fight a fully grown adult without making a mess in this century because of the abundance of CCTV everywhere. 

Laura Lovena saw that Mr. Cha Junshik was helpless right now. She had to admit that Cha Junshik was very handsome, he could be an actor or idol, and his face would be enough to carry him to have a successful career.

But he decided to be a university lecturer instead, what a waste of a good look. 

Laura Lovena caressed Mr. Cha Junshik's cheek and leaned in to whisper on Junshik's right ear, "Mr. Cha… don't you think I'm a beautiful woman? You can have some of me if you want. I won't mind at all."

In fact, Laura Lovena had taken a liking for Mr. Cha Junshik. She wouldn't mind having sex with this man before gutting his head, like a female mantis who ate her male mate after sex. 

Meanwhile, Cha Junshik was dazed for a few seconds. His mind was empty at first until it was filled with imagery.

No, it wasn't the imagery of Laura Lovena naked or another promiscuous thing. He was just thinking about Alphie in the house since that dog really needed his care and wouldn't be able to do anything alone, even in his human form.

'I wonder if Alphie will like this?' Cha Junshik thought as he brought a treat he bought from the pet shop nearby. It was a diced meat but with an all-natural flavor of other ingredients. The female clerk said that dogs really liked eating this because it had tons of flavors. It would be their healthy candy. 

"Hmmm… Alpheus would probably eat anything as long as it's not vegetables. Maybe I should worry more on whether he is making a mess in the apartment or not," Junshik said. 

He stopped in front of his door and pressed the password.

The door was unlocked. He opened the door slowly and saw the whole apartment was a total mess with so many broken things around. Meanwhile, Alpheus was running around in his black pomeranian form. His whole body was entangled with toilet paper. 

He ran around happily, and when he realized that Sir Junshik Hyung had arrived, he rushed to the front door and circled around Cha Junshik's feet. 

"Sir! Welcome home, Sir! Arf! Arf!" Alpheus greeted without showing any guilt after he wrecked the entire apartment. He still looked up to Sir Junshik Hyung with sparkling eyes, tongue sticking out, and his tail was waving left and right. 

Cha Junshik wanted to be angry and scolded Alpheus for his bad behavior. But Alphie's cute face was really too much for him. He couldn't defend himself against such a cute attack. 

In the end, he just picked Alpheus up and ruffled Alphie's head, "Don't do this again, okay?"

"Arf! I'm so sorry, Sir! But I just got bored when you're not around, so I play around, Sir!" Alpheus said. He apologized, but he still had such an energetic tone, and Cha Junshik couldn't really blame Alphie here.

Because he was the one leaving the wolf prince bored at home. 

"Fine, let's clean this up, and we can have lunch together," Cha Junshik said.

"Arf! Yes, Sir!"

"How do you feel, Mr. Cha Junshik? Are you feeling hot all over right now? Do you want me now? Hmmm?" Laura Lovena kept seducing Mr. Cha Junshik, thinking that her vampiric seduction worked on him. 

Cha Junshik mumbled, "Should I buy a dog treat when I get back home? I forgot to buy one before."

"Huh?!" Laura Lovena was surprised by Mr. Cha mumbling about buying a dog treat instead of speaking promiscuously and wanting to fuck her right here, right now. 

Cha Junshik continued mumbling. He was still affected by the vampire scent, but his mind was immune to the manipulation because he kept thinking about Alphie at home.

"Can he even go to the bathroom and not make a mess?" Junshik asked. "I just hope that he wouldn't make a terrible mess when I get home. Seriously, it's really hard to tame him when he is being very willful and stubborn."

Laura Lovena still couldn't believe what she heard. Obviously, Mr. Cha Junshik was affected by her scent, "But why is he thinking about his goddamn dog instead of me?!" Laura Lovena asked herself. 

Cha Junshik kept on mumbling about his dog over and over until Laura Lovena got pissed off. She distanced herself and snapped her finger to break off the vampire allure effect. 

Cha Junshik blinked a few times, he didn't know what had just happened, but he was pretty sure that he kept thinking about Alphie at home.

Laura Lovena was still standing in front of him, quite far, of course. Because Cha Junshik didn't want any malicious rumor about him dating a student to spread around the university. 

"I can't go with you to a coffee shop or have lunch with you. I'm sorry," Cha Junshik said nonchalantly. "If you want to discuss a topic, you should bring at least two more students with you, and we can start the private discussion."

"Though, I advice you to focus on the class when I'm explaining the subject because I make sure that no stone left unturned when I'm explaining about a topic in the class," Cha Junshik made sure that Laura Lovena wouldn't think of another idea just because he gave her an extra time to finish her assignment. 

Laura Lovena looked down. Cha Junshik thought that she was sad. It was quite common when he rejected those female students when they tried to signal him on a date. 

"Focus on your study, because you're a foreign student, you must be under a scholarship, correct? You shouldn't waste your scholarship on strange ideas about us. I'm giving you extra time because you're working part-time, so I give you a bit of leniency, understand?"

Laura Lovena was still lowering her head. She nodded slowly and sat on a chair in the back.

No, she wasn't sad at all. She was, in fact, fuming in her heart. 

Never in her centuries of life had she ever found a man who could resist her charm, even replacing the thought with a fucking dog!

That was an utter humiliation for her!

Laura Lovena stared at Mr. Cha Junshik, who started teaching when half of the students had already arrived.
