The workers in both tribes also started kneeling in front of him as they had already deemed him as their lords, he on the other hand looks at these workers with interest.

"Where are the two tribe chiefs? I need to discuss something with them, it is very important and needed to be address quickly."

Shadowslash nodded upon hearing this, then the leader of each respective group rode unto a giant wolf and they both quickly left the city.

The wolves that they are riding are twin beasts, they share lifeforce, soul power and even senses, if they teamed up their strength wouldn't just multiply by two but many more times greater.

Unfortunately for the two they have encountered Shadowslash, with the absolute difference in strength, they stand no chance against him and were enslaved.

The workers then went back to work but because their respective leaders have left they didn't do anything drastic and are only following what their leaders have left for them to do.

Shadowslash went to the giant mansion in the center of the city, this mansion was created by his clones and the workers, it is the city lord mansion.

It is his mansion, there are three pavilions near the mansion, each of these pavilions already have owners and all of the owners are vice city lords.

The vice city lords are the three tribe chiefs, Phina, Logan the Long Armed Monkey Tribe chief and Regan the Iron Boar Tribe chief.

Only Phina didn't know this but the two tribe chiefs were quite ecstatic when they learned this, the city is now something that the two is looking forward to.

It is their tribe's ticket to improve their standing and maybe reach the rank of mid grade tribes, Shadowslash have informed then though that they needed to increase their population to be given a gift from him once again.

The two have already received the first gifts from him and they had been treating it as if they were given by gods, so upon hearing his promise, they have been doing their best to increase the number of their tribesman.

They wanted to increase their numbers immediately but sadly for them they are forbidden to force any women because if they do they will be punished by Shadowslash and their position as the vice city lords would be stripped off.

The two weren't able to force their female tribesman to just accept what they had ordered but even though this is the situation most female of their tribe still did not dare to ignore their commands, most of them are reluctant to do it but they still did it.

For the male tribesman they didn't care and were even excited, not because of the command but because they would be given a bountiful reward from their respective chief if they succeed.

Shadowslash knew all this and couldn't help but sigh and felt pity to the fate of the women in this savage world but there is nothing he can do if it was them that did not want to stand up against their superiors.

He waited for a bit, because the speed of the twin wolves and the distance between the city and the two territories, he had only waited for a couple of hours not days.

The two tribe chief was now walking a bit unsteady, it seems that they have been going at it, the two were the strongest in their tribe so they believe their descendants would be strong too.

He then waves his hand and carries the two back to his mansion via spiritual sense, the two knew that they would be discussing something important since he was looking very serious right now.

"I have brought the two of you here because I am now planning to expand my territory and since I don't know any tribe near this place I need the two of you to have your tribes search for any information regarding other tribes."

The breathing of the two became hurried as they realised that the day that they have been expecting have finally came, the two looks at each other and nodded.

Regan step back While Logan step forward "I don't know if this information is correct but from the words left by my ancestors there seems to be a low grade tribe southeast from this place."

"This tribe might be low grade but compared to my and the Iron Boar Tribe it is stated that it is much stronger."

The eyebrow of Shadowslash raised slightly as he realised that even if some tribes have the same grade this doesn't meant that they have the same strength.

"I only know the grades of tribes but I don't know how they work, care to tell me how you guys grade each other?"

The two became confused but they dare not to question him, Regan then explains to him "To become a low grade tribe, the tribe needs to have more than three Marrow Tempering Rank individuals."

'So they grade each other just like my second world but why is it that the Thousand Forest Continent have different grading type, is it because there are magicians living inside it?' A thoughtful look appeared on Shadowslash's face when he heard this.

Upon seeing his thoughtful expression Regan stops as he quietly waited for him to finish his thought, upon hearing nothing he looks at him and said "You should continue, don't mind me pondering."

Regan nodded and continue in his explanation "To be graded a mid grade tribe, the tribe needs to have a Xiantian Realm expert."

"To be a high grade tribe, the tribe needs to have a Xiantian King expert."

"To be a top grade tribe, the tribe needs to have a Xiantian Emperor expert."

"To be a supreme tribe, the tribe needs to have a Saint expert."

Shadowslash nodded as he finally knew what kind of people he would be meeting, he then told the two to guard and continue building the city during his absence.

The two solemnly swore that they would definitely build the city with great effort and protect it from harm, before leaving he told them that the temporary city lord would be Phina which the two easily accept since they thought she was his woman.

He returned back to the village, the entire village were celebrating the graduation of the twelve individuals that managed to pass the test.

Shadowslash suddenly appears behind them but because they were too focused on eating they didn't sensed him, even if they weren't focused they wouldn't be able to sensed him though.

He then smiled as he saw the reaction of the twelve individuals and spoke surprising them "Do you all think that they are reacting too much?"

After calming down they looks at each other and nodded, he started laughing seeing how serious they look.

"Don't be embarrassed all of you deserve this! You have suffered much during these past 3 months but all of you grit your teeth and persevere towards the end."

"Your strength have improved to a great degree, the past you would definitely die with just an assault of an Muscle Tempering Rank but now you guys are even able to hunt Marrow Tempering Rank as long as you work together."
