Chapter 519: Rescue

Shadowslash let's out a roar upon arriving in front of the giant eel.

He then fired numerous Thunder Flame Bullets but when they got closer to the giant eel they dispersed.

Shadowslash felt a chill running down his spine he quickly dives down as the eel fired a powerful icy breath that created an icy wonderland.

Looking extremely grim Shadowslash knew he was no match against his opponent he couldn't even get closer to his opponent nor he could attack it from afar that means he was totally helpless against.

But he had already given his word to buy more time for the people of Snowfall City to evacuate.

He then let's out a loud roar as he charged towards the giant eel his body was blazing in flames as he decided to blow himself up.

But before he got closer the giant eel opens it's mouth and lets out a shriek as numerous sharp icicles started flying everywhere.

Shadowslash was hit by more than a dozen icicles as numerous holes was created in his body he then looks at the giant eel one last time before exploding.

The explosion stuns the people of Snowfall City but their instinct told them that an impending doom is coming right towards them.

Shen Niu's expression changed but just as she was about to check the situation her general stops her "City lord we should hurry or else lord Leo's action would become useless".

Shen Niu could only grit her teeth and started evacuating her people as fast as she can the giant eel on the other hand kept on roaring as it did not found any beings that poses a threat to it.

Gradually he understood the situation they were fooled he had use a powerful spell that transformed him into this Behemoth but his life would be over once the duration of his transformation ended.

Upon realising this it gone berserk as it started trashing everything around it and when it sets it's eyes on the city it started rapidly advancing towards it.

It's movement caused the whole surrounding to tremble as the people of Snowfall City felt an incredible sense of danger.

Thankfully for them they have evacuated their city but they are still close to their city meaning that they are still not out of the danger yet.

Shen Niu started to panicked upon feeling the tremor is getting stronger meaning that the enemy is started becoming closer. 

The people of Snowfall City also started panicking but because of the soldiers they managed to reign in their impulse as the snow wolves their trained mounts carried them away.

After they got away just barely because they heard an explosion behind them as they saw their city being crushed by the giant eel.

The entire surrounding was also covered in ice and it nearly reached them without any home left Shen Niu orders her people to advance towards the direction of Shadowslash's City.

Beastman are straightforward people there are still people among them that are ungrateful but most of them are people that would repay the kindness you have given.

Back in Shadowslash's City in his garden Shadowslash who was drinking coffee in a tea session frowns.

Upon seeing this the old man which is also the elder of the dragon clan looks at him with worry he then asks "What happened?".

He then explains to the old man "Something's up the people of Snowfall City encountered a powerful being that managed to reduced a city into smithereens my clones did not manage to do any harm towards it and all of them were destroyed".

Hearing this the eyes of the old man narrows he then stood up but before he could leave Shadowslash spoke "Bring Hilda with you with her carrying my name transporting the people of Snowfall City would become much more easier and you wouldn't be troubled by them".

The old man nodded before lifting his arm causing Hilda to fly he then flew towards the direction of Snowfall City in breakneck speed.

He and Shadowslash have grown closer during this past month other than having tea session he also loves the snacks that Shadowslash makes for him.

He also become much more informed about his ability so after hearing Shadowslash sent four clones and all of them.erre destroyed he knew that a powerful opponent exist in the mission location.

Just a couple of minutes the old man managed to arrive at Snowfall City territory he quickly sets his eyes on the giant eel.

Releasing Hilda who was now sick because of the incredibly fast travel he flew towards the giant eel as his arm became that of a dragon and slams them towards the giant eel as the eel quickly falls down with a boom.

Hilda arrives at where the people of Snowfall City is huddling up together it seems that they are freezing.

She quickly spreads his tiger energy as the whole surrounding started heating up but it was clearly not strong enough for everyone she then shouted using her tiger roar skill "Everyone I am Hilda of the special forces directly under lord Shadowslash I am here to help you relocate to or near the territory of Shadowslash's City!".

Her roar stunned everyone as they quickly get out of their daze as they started standing up seeing this Hilda nods her head she then started warming everyone up which is clearly taxing for her.

She then started breathing in a rather rapid manner upon seeing Shen Niu tried to replenish her energy only to be shouted Hilda "Stop!".

She was shocked but Hilda explains things to her "My energy is yang while your energy is frost which is considered leaning to yin energy our energy wouldn't coexist".

Shen Niu nodded as she felt the heat emitting in Hilda's arms as she warms her people up.

"Actually my true energy is metal I only exhibit the yang energy because of my great vitality once I achieved Xiantian Realm my energy will truly transform into metal Qi" Upon saying this she couldn't help but clenched her fist as hope was blazing in her eyes.

She and the other members of special force slash personal guards were dreaming on becoming Xiantian warriors.

They would still serve Shadowslash though as they could see that their techniques is still continuously improving and Xiantian Realm isn't the final destination.

Hilda then leads everyone towards the direction where Shadowslash's City is situated in.

Shen Niu is in the back using her power to block the cold from assaulting her group.

Even though she and her people are already accustomed to the cold this type of cold is just in a whole new level if it weren't for their unity or if Hilda is another minute later some of them would have already frozen to death.

Suddenly they started to wobble as many started to fall down Hilda stand steady other than her only the general and Shen Niu is standing.

Back to where the giant eel is numerous crater have already formed throughout the land the giant eel was slowly being pushed away from Shen Niu's group.

The old man was now in his dragon form as he looks at the giant eel in front of him with a hint of solemnity.

Even though he was powerful his enemy have a near immortal regeneration ability he had hacked the giant eel numerous times now even though he had cut off large chunks of it they would regrow almost immediately.

The old man then breathed out a powerful dragon breath as the giant eel's body started to melt but the eel was still energetic it opens it's mouth and fired an icy breath countering the dragon breath.

Their battle shook the entire area that is why Shen Niu's group is having a hard time advancing.

Hilda shouted "Our progress is extremely slow thankfully venerable emerald dragon is backing us up if not many of you would have died already".

Hearing this everyone was silent they knew what she had said is the truth after all the only reason they could move is because of her she would warm them up if she noticed they were shivering in cold.

"By the way miss Hilda I am wondering how did you managed to persuade venerable emerald dragon to rescue us?" The one who asks this question was the general of Snowfall City.

Venerable emerald dragon these three words represent one of the most powerful individuals of the ten thousand race council.

Hilda shook her head as she explains "It wasn't me but it was lord Shadowslash that asks venerable emerald dragon to help all of you".

Hearing this everyone was stunned then the general couldn't help but asks "But we saw lord Shadowslash self destruct earlier".

Hilda laughs as she said in a proud tone "What you saw earlier was just a clone that lord Shadowslash have summoned".

"He could summon ten clones every day their power is extremely strong and they have rescued numerous beastman already".
