Chapter 539: Underground city project

The supreme elder of the fox beast clan looks at Huli Baixue and spoke "Baixue tell me what you know".

Huli Baixue stood up and bows towards the supreme elder and started speaking "That person from earlier is a companion of Venerable Emerald".

The supreme elder and some of the elders nodded in the room they already knew this.

Huli Baixue continue "Actually judging from how they interact I presume that they aren't actually master and disciple".

The other elders started whispering to each other as they started discussing if there is truth about what she said.

The supreme elder next words shocked everyone inside the room "I thought so too".

The other elders then looks at her with curiosity but nobody dares to asks her as her position is considered sacred to all of the individual inside the room.

The supreme elder spoke "During the meeting from earlier I noticed that the one who raised Venerable Emerald's hand is actually him".

All the people inside the room were shocked as this was a bold move to make.

She continue "From my experience and knowledge the dragon emperor and the phoenix empress should have noticed this also".

The people inside the room agreed to what she had said after all those two individuals were in the same level as their supreme elder.

"Not only was he the person that have raised Venerable Emerald's hand but he was also the one who have calmed him down and seems to be the one teaching him what to say".

Everyone inside the room was now numb to the shock but they become solemn even thought Shadowslash was weak he was incredibly smart for a beastman.

Huli Baixue raised her hand causing the attention of others to turn to her, she then started speaking "Actually there is another important thing that I haven't said".

"It is about my constitution as all of you know I have the Angel Spirit Fox bloodline and it was incredibly pure".

Everyone inside the room nodded as the Angel Spirit Fox bloodline is the bloodline of their first ancestor and only two individuals managed to obtain such bloodline in their entire clan.

Everyone inside the room have a deep discussion about Shadowslash actually not only the fox clan but also the dragon clan were talking about Shadowslash but their discussion isn't as deep nor they were worried.

Back in Shadowslash's City Shadowslash opens his eyes and exhaled he have lost a lot of energy when he had turn his clone into pure elemental energy and strengthened Gongniu Jinde.

He was still in the state of recovery what he regret was the storage ring full of his treasure when his clone turned into particles his storage ring also flew towards Gongniu Jinde.

'Considering old man emerald's personality he might be rushing here right now so I shouldn't be too worried but I need to increase the preparation needed for the incoming war' He though as he left his room.

When the servants in the mansion saw him leave his room they immediately went to report to his wives and adopted children.

Not only their strength is extremely lacking against the Aqua Race Clan their city is situated in the outer part of the continent the first obstacle that the Aqua Race Clan would take down.

Shadowslash saw their worries and immediately grasp their hands as he calms them down he then said "It's okay I have been building a project that will protect all of you when the war start".

"Its a project that I have been doing for a long time I have been building an underground base in our territory and the base is now proceeding very well".

The three Feng wives finally heaved a sigh of relief but they are still worried so Shadowslash have to pacify them.

Loud thumping noises and moans could be heard outside of the room the servants that were walking pass it if course heard the noises and they were calm they already heard the rumors about Shadowslash heavy seducing performance in the bed.

First the underground base he had built is actually a base that he was preparing for his family back in Thousand Forest Continent.

The base was actually far from completion and the entrance is actually inside his base in the cave but he couldn't just let anyone enter that place so he needed to create another entrance.

He already had a place in mind and that is New Hope Village with the attitude of the people there he knew that he could trust them at least.

"So let's build the beautiful city and create our legacy so that even if this entire continent plunged into chaos we won't be affected".
