Felia dashed into the woods with a wide smile on her face. After so long, she felt adrenalin rush through her vein.

"Yeah, that felt so good. Maybe I should visit that tree again," she said and laughed out loud.

Raijin gave her a wooden stare. 'But you almost got eaten alive. How could you even think about going there?' he thought.

"Awoo, bark," he barked, but it really meant, 'Let me down, please. I can't handle this act of infidelity to my morals,'

Raijin nodded his head. From the amount of shrunken pods on it, it looked like that tree had killed over a hundred of victims.

If not for this girl, he would have become one of the victims too. He rolled himself up and took a short nap.

Felia soon reached the campgrounds. But before going close, she hesitated. 'it is still awkward to see him. Maybe I should sleep away from eth camp today,' she thought.

The pup barked loudly and dashed towards the camp. "I guess we are sleeping in camp today," she sighed.

She ran along and picked up the anxious pup.

Taking a deep breath, she walked closer to the campfire.

"I'm back," she said with a cheerful smile.

Her maid came dashing towards her and hugged her.

"Princess, please don't run away like this. I was worried you won't come back," she cried.

Felia hugged her back. "It's okay... I'm fine right,"

"No but.... but your fragile heart ahh..... My princess has been bullied like this," the maid cried pitifully.

Felia gazed at her, eyes wide open. "I have forgotten it. I've got a new love now. Look here," she lifted the little pup and swung him around.

Felia stood awkwardly. Her heart did not stutter when he touched her. 'Maybe it was not love after all,' she thought with a sigh. The little puppy jumped from her hand and started sniffing Xia's legs.

"puppy don't be rude," Felia said and picked him up. "this is my new pup, isn't he cute?"

"I don't mind. And he looks so..... Cute," Xia whispered with an awkward smile.

The furless pup looked more like a bag of pink skin. Its black nose and black eyes were the only distinguishable features. It was sniffing him voraciously.

"He likes you," Felia said with a smirk.

"Bow bow, aww, (I don't like him. It's just that.... he smells like master Aotian. But how is it possible)," Raijin barked.

'I should investigate more,' he thought jumped out of the girls clutches again.

He went to the man's pants and sniffed again and again and again. "Bow, aww, (it's definitely young master Aotian)," he barked out loud.

'But how? Did he shape shift? Is that even possible? Wasn't he hurt badly?' he thought.

The man touched him tenderly and smirked at him. "Do I smell good?" he whispered.

Felia squatted next to him. "Aww, he is so cute, look at his shimmering eyes, look at his cute snout, and look at his furless tail its....." she gazed at eth pup's tail with an awkward look.
