VINCE's POV

I really enjoyed every quiet time we have with each other. Me and her in my penthouse. I wish this will never end. Soon, after she accomplishes everything she wants, I will make this ideal life a reality.

"Vince, can you let me go for now?" She asked.

"And why is that?"

"Ahmm… Did you forget? I still have training regimen to finish tonight."

"Ughh.. can't you do it tomorrow at the office?" I asked her.

"Says the CEO who also brings his work at home?" She teasingly asked me.

"That was before. During the time that I didn't have you. I wanted to forget my frustration so I decided to bury myself with work." I explained to her.

"So now that you found me, you will be sloppy with your work?"

"NO!! OF COURSE NOT!! I was just telling you that I learned to manage my time wisely. Office is for work and Home is for personal time." I said to her and winked.

She smiled at me but she rolled her eyes, so I thought that she doesn't like it. But to my surprise, she agreed and said, "Okay! But I have to wake up early to finish my work. So I will set the alarm, okay?"

With a hand in my forehead like a salute, I said, "Yes, Mam!"

(At the Smith Mansion)

AMIRA's POV

"Mom, what should we do?"

"What if Yve will discover the things we're doing behind the board's back?!"

"Which is why I told you to stop going to expensive auctions!!"

"But Mom, those were precious items!!"

"BUT YOU WERE FOOLED!! EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM IS FAKE!! AND YOU EVEN USED THE EARNINGS OF SKYMU TO BUY THEM!!"

Sometimes, I really ask why am I given with such a daughter who only has a beautiful face. She doesn't have the brains for the business and the worst one is that she became addicted to buying the favorite items of the musicians she idolized through the auctions. She was so addicted to it that she secretly has been using the earnings of SkyMu for this. I just learned about this recently when Yve won the bid to be the president of SkyMu. She had falsificated some documents especially the record book showing the flow of money.

When I told her we can return the money if she sell some of the items she had obtained in the black market, we discovered that all of them were imitation of the real thing. Now, we're both worried about what will happen if Yve discovered this anomaly. Plus, Mr. Vince Gray of Gray Group is supporting her.

"Mom!"

"COME ON!! Can you give me some time to think?"

"For now, we need to make sure that she will not succeed in her plans. We need to keep her busy so that she will not have any time to gather some details about SkyMu's record book."

"Okay, mom! Let me handle that."

"My dear daughter you seemed a bit confident about that. Care to share some of your plans with mommy?"

"For now, mom, let me keep it as a secret."

"Okay, then. I'll leave it up to you. You should now go to bed."

"Goodnight mom."

With that my daughter left my room while I get myself a drink. These past few years, I have a feeling that my daughter has been keeping an eye on Yve. It's just I don't know who or how does she do that. But now, I have confirmed it. Let's just hope she will be successful in doing so.

"Now, I have to think of a way to solve this money issue. I think I'll ask WL for help."

AIRIS' POV

My mom will handle the rest about the stolen funds from SkyMu. As my mom has instructed me, I have to make sure that everything which Yve plans to do will fail.

"Hello?"

"Yes, Ms. Airis."

"Do you have any news for me about Yve?"

"Yes, Ms. I was planning to call you to tomorrow since it's alrea…"

"It's fine! Now, what is your information?"

"Yve is planning to meet the training coaches tomorrow. The agenda is to change the training regiment."

"Okay. And anything else?"

"There is, Ms. Mr. Gray and Yve are living in one house together."

"WHAT?!?!?! Do you have any proof?"

"Yes. I have a picture. I will send it to your email address, Ms. Airis."

"Okay! And next time, if you have any news about Yve send me the details immediately if the time is too late already."

"Yes, Ms. Airis."

"Then continue your surveillance."

I ended the call and threw my phone on my bed.

DAMN YOU, YVE!!!

I grabbed myself a drink from my personal fridge inside my room. I drank the can of beer and crumpled it with my anger.

"Now, I will really make sure that you will face failure. Then when Vince realizes that you're useless, he will throw you like a trash and that will be the Endgame for you."

THIRD PERSON's POV

Amidst all the evil plan that Airis and Amira have, tonight will be remembered as a special night for Yve and Vince. Both of them enjoyed their sleep having each other.

Yve is sleeping in one of Vince's arm as she coiled her arm around Vince making sure he can't escape. Vince woke up because of this and noticed Yve's position. Moving in the unobtrusive way possible, he turned to face the sleeping Yve beside him.

"You said, you're not ready yet but here you are making sure that I can't escape during your sleep. Greedy aren't we, my Queen?"

He said those lines knowing that Yve is deeply asleep but to his amusement, Yve replied,

"I'm…. not… Gre...edy! I… just do….n't…. want … to .. lose you ag...ain…" Then her hug tightened and Vince just smiled.

"Are you really asleep or you just want to test my self-control? Well, I can tolerate it, since I also don't want to lose you more." Vince kissed Yve's forehead and went back to sleep.
