"Are you ready for another exciting ride, Edward?" Nyelle asked.

"Ready when you are. HAHAHAHAHA." Edward laughed and ran towards the location of their next ride.

"Hey! Don't leave me behind!" Nyelle shouted that stopped Edward in his tracks.

The man turned around and walked back to her. He grabbed her hand and walked together. Nyelle stared at their hands and felt the warmth as they slowly walked.

'Cringey as it seems but time really slows down when you're with the person you like.' Nyelle thought to herself.

To their luck, Swing Ride's passengers had just got off and the line wasn't very long. They were able to make it to the next batch. Edward was the one pulling Nyelle to a different seat design.

"Let's sit here, Nyelle." Edward pulled Nyelle into one of the two seats and fastened the protective belt before sitting on the opposite side.

'This is a couple swing! Did he know about this or he thought nothing about this?' Nyelle's thought continued to wonder.

'I hope she will not mind that I chose to sit on this couple swing.' Edward plead in his mind.

"Haru we should get close to them this time!" Emika said as he pulled Haru in one of the couple seats not too far from the EdNyelle couple.

"Okay, I understand. Just calm down, will you?" Haru responded as he positioned himself appropriately.

He knew that theirs wasn't a date to begin with it but still a part of him can't help but enjoy the moments. Like in the eyes of others, they can be one of the couples having a date.

Then a buzzer was heard signaling the start of the ride.

Edward and Nyelle are smiling at each other as the ride starts turning not knowing that Emika is throwing daggers at them. All of a suddenly one side started to go higher and in the couple seat's case, one of the seats experiences the same. Shocked by this change, Nyelle shrieked and held onto Edward's hands tightly.

"EDWARD!!!" She shouted and closed her eyes.

Edward smiled at her and saw another side of hers.

When the ride started to change positions once more and sped up, Nyelle didn't let go of his hands which made him more happy. For him it means that she's trusting him more. With what happened between them, he knows that it would best to take baby steps in their relationship.

As soon as the ride calmed down and they were told to get off, Edward noticed that Nyelle isn't moving a bit. He started to worry as he saw Nyelle's pale face.

"Nyelle, are you okay?"

The woman looked at him teary eyed and answered,

"My legs feel weak. I don't think I can stand up."

Without saying anything, Edward carried her in his arms. She didn't expect the gesture but she would be lying if she will say she didn't like it. It even showed in her reflex as her arms snaked themselves on Edward's neck and to hide from the embarrassment, she leaned on Edward's chest face forward.

Haru saw the gesture first and he instantly knew that Emika would definitely get hurt so while she was focusing on the belt he didn't say another word on what was happening with the EdNyelle couple.

Then to her own amusement, Yve saw a person looking like Edward carrying a woman resembling her best friend.

'Is their date tonight?' Yve thought to herself.

"But both of us are very busy." Vince pouted which Yve undeniably noticed.

"Okay. How about a double date with them?"

"Fine with me. Let's go!" Vince smiled and pulled Yve to the other couple's direction.

"Aren't you the mischievous one, Mr. Gray?"

"I learn from the best, Mrs. Gray." They both smiled as they intertwined each other's hands while walking in the park.
