Chapter 48：Rise and Shine

A month had swiftly passed in lifting weights and sober with athletic works and as if quarantined himself on a separate room. For the time being, he started to fully regain to almost seventy kilos and his medication was religiously followed. The constant visit to his physician made him more guided with what to do further. The occupants around him were wondering on why he pulled out his things and transfered in the small room adjacent to his room.

One day, Karla and Godem were washing the dishes when Seb eavesdropped.

" He had changed, he seldom go along with me these days. He had his appointments we even do not know where hmm...." Karla murmured looking at Godem.

" Perhaps he is trying to fully recover for you, don't you like that he'll be much more stronger to fight against Demido and to start a family life with you after all of these." Godem arranged her tangled hair.

" You might be correct . Isn't it not a relationship rejection or retraction, whatsoever, he's not even conversing with me any longer and even stayed shortly in the office then just walk off. After work hours he just ferry us going home then he's gone to the gym for his body building...hmm, he has no time for us, isn't it Godem?" She sighed without knowing Seb was just listening to them, smiling.

When he was about to get out from the gate towards the gym with his go bag, Nomin approached him.

" Hi Seb, tomorrow's our schedule for GP Cake and Pastries, don't you miss it, bro. Wow...are these muscles provoking war with Demido? How did you get such muscle charm, you're perfectly fit by now." Seb in Nomin pressed his rocky muscles then Godem in Seb smiled.

" How's that beautiful lady and his best buddy doing out there ha."

" Haha...that angel and our girl kept chatting, my eardrums were already drained listening to them. Even in my dreams I still hear them chatting... you know...are you jealous. Hmm... I saw you hiding while listening to them last night, this morning ...and just a while ago." Nomin momentarily smiled.

" Yes...I eavesdropped a lot and I felt like a celebrity, hmm...but most of the time, Godem tell her stories to places he had been in his missions before. He's funny, I wonder why Banli turned him like that, he chills chatting with her and they're pretty close these days.

"That's for real. Okay then, I'll get inside now, take care. Don't worry, I'll carefully look after them.

Seb got out and proceeded to his car but Carmen saw him and knocked on his window, so he opened it and asked.

" Yes, anything?" Seb looked to her and in a hurry to start the engine.

" Did you remember what you have done on me? it made me almost crazy and got my medications for hallucination. I saw your wife when I was doze off with the liquor we shared and you know. I saw your wife after that, she threatened me."

" Really? she's inside right now, you may go and visit her.' Then he smiled but Carmen open the window and got inside his car. Seb was in panic and was very angry so he got down and forced her to step down but she insisted to stay. He was almost late in his workout so he called Nomin through their thoughts to rescue him. In a split second he was already at the back of the car, standing.

" Hey, lady..how are you? Hmm...by the way, my friend is almost late and he may not be able to attend for today's session, how about sipping some wine?" Seb in Nomin had his inviting charm looking and winking at her beside the window.

" She sweetly smiled and went out. Nomin brought her inside the compound and waved a hand to Godem in Seb showing a goodbye kiss.

" Good job bro, I'll go now. Careful." Seb thought.

While he was on his way he remembered her funny 'dangerous' description of him when Godem and Karla were chatting.

" Oh dear...you're so cute and funny...haha, referring me as dangerous means alright to me. Hmm...you're correct, that's why when I found out that you're really mine, not as Seb but Godem, I can't figure out if what would I do on you. Good that I'm partly an angel but my body is dying on you, I love you very much...thus I will marry you for the fourth time. Our marriages were covered by three centuries in the past...I'm proud to marry you again by the end of this year, just hang on. Don't keep lookin' at me and it cease me to breath, you little girl kept on provoking me. Hmm, and those sweet interrogations are venting me like, " Why you're not staying here in your office, you always roam around, look at me, why?" haha...then she holds my two arms then back off after a while and walked away. See that you can't even dare to look at me now." He smiled to himself on the mirror then parked his car.

He was persistent in achieving his old weight, and he was getting more aggressive in doing some exercises.

" You just graduated today, congratulations Seb. Achieving seventy-five kilos for a 5'9" isn't bad at all. You're almost getting back for our ideal male weight for that height within144-176 lbs, great!." Gym master Randy said.

" Grateful to all of your support Sir. When I started here with 52 kls, I thought I couldn't make it."

" When one's goal is tougher than the risks, nothing is difficult to achieve. You've just created a history in my gym, too fast."

He bade goodbye to some of his comrades helping him out. I'm done here, there are so many things I have to fix outside, thank God."

It was already 7:00 pm when he reached home and saw Seb in Nomin outside the house, still jamming with Carmen.

" Seb, Nomin sounds great too. He really looks like you, but look, I hate him for not drinking. Nevertheless, he cracked jokes wittily and more than you do." Carmen said.

" Okay, okay...you may go home now, it's already evening. We need to rest early for work tomorrow. Say goodbye now everyone." Godem in Seb stayed a little while, sitting comfortably, closing his eyes at the veranda and Nomin already entered inside the house when Carmen slowly drew closer and suddenly embraced Godem in Seb. It was a perfect timing when Karla got out and saw her embracing him where Godem in Seb thought that it's Karla doing it. Seconds after, Godem in Seb noticed the woman's scent wasn't his lady, so he stood up and angrily ordered her to get out from the compound.
