Ryjin was stood at the front of his ship watching as his ship Barrelled its way threw the waters many men where playing games or gambling or even just relaxing the Spartans where training and fighting like they are they had already reached the Spanish area and where nearing what Ryjin knew as the Portuguese area they need to Break this bend and its a straight shot to there destination however when do things ever go the way you want as they near'd the turning for the Straight shot a Huge Fleet of up to 80 sh.i.p.s lined the waters in front Ryjin did not think he would meet this situation he had his Ship drop 2 anchors and he had a Big white flag waved after a hour or so a ship was seen coming towards them on-board was a man in what he can say looked like Carthaginian armour Ryjin had the Ramp lower'd to there deck so he may come up and talk the Carthage commander was shocked and amazed at the sight of this ship But as he got on Deck he became Terrified he saw how armed the ship was and the crew and what looked like soldiers He then saw a Young man standing nearby with men escorting the commander to this young man.

:Ryjin: Hello can u understand me -Ryjin ask's he has the universal language so he can speak and wright in all languages- may i ask why you have barred my sh.i.p.s path.

:Carthage commander: we saw a huge vessel and Thought it may be roman or another Kingdom attacking we just wish to make sure May i inquire what you plan to do once past this point.

:Ryjin: Thats quite alright we are heading to a place - he motions a soldier to bring a map- we are heading Here to set up a city -He points to the area Constantinople Would be in the future- the commander see's this and ask's is that all he also ask's if they are friends with the Roman Kingdom Ryjin say's No he has not meet the Romans neither has his empire meet anyone other kingdom to trade with due to the emperor locking the boarders down for the last 10 years or so.

:Ryjin: Ok i want it built but instead of many gates I want just 1 Major Gate in and out of the wall I want the wall to be over 100 feet high and 100 feet thick i want the Northern Cost of the city from the wall all the way round to the east and to the South Royal Ports shall be be be a Ocean wall a flat surface wall so no enemy can climb it i want a 20 feet high wall around that area too to make sure no one falls of the damn cliff's I want the Ports to be built but i also want a Ocean Wall with 2 gate's in and out the ocean wall shall be the extension of the Cliff walls and will stop enemy sh.i.p.s from landing I want these ocean wall's to be 40 feet thick and 40 feet above water with towers at intervals i want 1 full Port area to be for Fishing i want the second to be for Trade and the third for military navy and the forth for the Imperial navy.

Ryjin agreed and from in front of him and his crew a Huge metropolis came in to being HUGE in size and scale the walls where as designed the Ocean walls where the same and the Cliff's had been Smoothed out to a flat surface so no one can climb up and there is a wall atop to stop tho's from falling with this all he needed now was Population witch was easy He First had another Statue of Draco and Sys placed down all the temple's that should of been there where not which was good Ryjin had a GINORMOUS temple built for Draco and also a Bloody big 1 for sys.

with this all done now he went and bought 10 million population which again Drained his Low Wealth but he had enough plus with the income this place Generates witch is now over 1 million he will get his wealth back up Very soon he needed to wait a day or so before he can Buy Legions for Defence but he is excited and rose eva Glen and Archie and even Deathclaw have gone off exploring all he needs to do is wait for tomorrow.
