Chapter 69 - 68

The Next Day.

Yang Chen woke up, took a shower, and got dressed in his black suit. He would be visiting Jane and going to his company shortly after.

Yang Chen looked at Ruoxi and Rose who were sleeping on the bed and smiled. Rose had a room but she would frequently do night activities with Yang Chen. Both girls would always team up and gang up on him but, in the end, it was useless. This man's libido was on another level which would leave them both dead tired.

Yang Chen then teleported to Jane's place, which was back in Zhonghai. The place she was staying at was quite rural since she liked the peace. The streets were also vacant since it was still morning and nobody was able to see him magically appear out of nowhere.

He opened the door since Jane had altered her doorknob so only he would be able to enter without a key.

Once he entered, he saw Jane standing near the couch with a nervous face, and he became surprised. Not because of her nervousness, but because of what she was wearing.

Jane was wearing a thin grey dress made of wool that only reached her t.h.i.g.hs which exposed her legs. Reaching her t.h.i.g.hs was an understatement as you could see a good portion of her white skin. Her dress was also quite tight as you can see the outline of her curves along with noticeable slight cleavage. She was also barefoot as she was in her own home.

Jane seeing Yang Chen's reaction, starting panicking internally.

'He thinks I'm a s.l.u.t, doesn't he?! Uhh, I shouldn't have trusted mother's advice and dressed like this!'

Last night, Jane was extremely happy that Yang Chen was going to visit her. At the time, her mother had called to check on her and see how she was doing since she missed her quite dearly. Not being able to suppress her happiness, she spilled the beans and told her Yang Chen was coming over. Catherine started teasing her and advised her to dress in a certain way so she can make him happy. Jane bought it and dressed like this only to find out her mother was probably playing a prank on her.

Jane cursed at her mother and started panicking more. She was even lowering the hems of her dress as she was embarrassed at how short it was. She's never dressed in this manner and if you looking closely you could probably see her pink p.a.n.t.i.e.s.

"...Ah-..." Jane couldn't utter a word. Seeing Yang Chen not speaking didn't help either.

"Ahem..."

Yang Chen cleared his throat and turned around. He didn't want her to panic more just by him checking out this wonderful sight.

"My bad, I should've knocked before coming in." Yang Chen said with no regrets.

"No...it was my fault..." Jane didn't want Yang Chen to blame himself.

"Do you...like it?" Jane suddenly asked.

She was referring to her revealing dress. She still wanted to know if it made him happy or if her mother was really playing a prank on her.

Yang Chen felt his throat was a little dry and replied with his back faced to her.

"I'm a guy so...yes, I do like it."

Jane's heart started to race at his words. She unconsciously revealed a bashful smile.

"...Then you can turn around," Jane said.

If she were to find out Yang Chen didn't like this outfit because it was too revealing, she would have burned it and sent the ashes back to her mother with threats.

"You sure?" Yang Chen asked with his back still facing her.

"Yeah."

Yang Chen turned around and witnessed this marvelous scene for a second time. Again, with no regrets.

His eyes were fixated on her. If it was any other woman that had no relation to him, he wouldn't spare them the time. But Jane was someone important to him.

Jane suddenly finding courage, decided to walk closer to him.

Now in front of him, Jane gently grabbed his right hand and placed it between her big b.r.e.a.s.ts.

Yang Chen's breath became hot as he felt his hand in a cloud of huge marshmallows. He then heard her say something that spiked his arousal.

"...You can do anything to me."

Jane only had eyes for him. Her heart, body, life, or whatever it can be. It all belonged to the man in front of her.

Yang Chen wasn't an idiot. He has already known her feelings toward him. And he would act on them and push her down at this very moment but something was stopping him.

It was Ruoxi and Rose. He couldn't hurt them because of his sc.u.mmy ways. But Jane was special to him. Why? Ever since Jane was young, she has devoted her life to Yang Chen. You could say, she lived her life for him and always will.

Yang Chen couldn't help but feel that warmth.

In his previous life, he read the novel and knew about Jane. And it pissed him off at how the original Yang Chen handled his relationship with her. She had to put herself on the brink of death for him to finally accept her. What kind of bullshit was that?

But all that was irrelevant now. He was now Yang Chen and this decision falls onto him.

In the end, Yang Chen removed his hand from Jane's bosom.

It wasn't a rejection from him but he needed a little time to think before he fully answers her feelings.

But Jane didn't take it that way. She had thought this was his way of rejecting her.

Jane wanted to cry. She forced herself not to though. She didn't want Yang Chen to feel guilty about this. But it was hopeless as some tears slipped away.

Yang Chen smiled warmly and wiped her tears.

"Jane, can you give me some time before I can answer your feelings?"

Jane froze. She didn't expect this outcome. Her heart couldn't help but bounce in joy as this wasn't a rejection. She then wiped the rest of her tears on her own and released a content smile.

"Mn."

A few minutes passed by and the tension faded.

"Are you hungry, by any chance?" Jane asked with a considerably better mood.

It wasn't a rejection so it was a win in her book. She's been waiting for his answer for years so she could wait for as long as it takes if it means he would accept her.

Yang Chen was craving food. He left early this morning so he didn't have time to eat breakfast.

"I am."

"Then let me cook for you," Jane said with glee.

Yang Chen was a little surprised. He didn't expect the Princess of Wales to be able to cook.

Jane showed a confident look. Ever since she found out Yang Chen's stomach was endless, she had learned to cook food from all of the places she's visited as one of the greatest minds to ever walk this planet. Calling her a genius was an understatement by far.

Yang Chen nodded and followed her to the dining area. He then became surprised at how much food there was on the table.

Jane woke up extremely early to make all this food for him. Yang Chen knew this, so the only thing he could do was eat everything on this table.

As they were eating, they both started catching up on what they have been doing these days.

Jane was shocked that Yang Chen had moved to Kyoto so he can expand his business. She was a little sad as she came to China, only for him to go to a different country.

Yang Chen then started to talk about his product and Jane grew intrigued.

"This game sounds fun!"

"Well, I recently thought of the game design but it will still take me some time before I can release it to the mass."

"So I was thinking if you would be able to help me design this game so we could release it sooner?" Yang Chen asked.

Jane was about to accept without hesitation, but she suddenly thought of something.

"On one condition."

"What's that?" Yang Chen asked curiously.

Jane revealed a cheeky smile, "You take me to Kyoto with you."

Yang Chen had no problems with this.

"Do you have a place in Kyoto or want me to help you find one?"

"I've been to Kyoto before so I have a place over there. I also have some students I want to check up on." Jane said pleasantly.

"Then after we're done, you should pack a bag so we could head over there."

Jane nodded and they both continued eating their breakfast with Yang Chen finishing almost everything.

After their meal, Jane got dressed and packed some clothes in a small suitcase.

Jane had her long blonde hair freely out, a white thin sweater, dark blue jeans that highlighted her long legs, and brown high heeled boots. She also had an unbuttoned thin coat, that reached her waist, and a thin pale scarf that wrapped around her neck as the temperature in Kyoto had dropped recently and it had gotten a little colder these days.

Yang Chen couldn't help but admire her beauty once more.

Jane received another win for the day as she saw Yang Chen checking her out so she became elated.

Yang Chen then teleported with Jane back to Kyoto.

(AN: Don't bash me lol. If MC accepted her then and there, he'd be no different than the original Yang Chen. Like I said before, Jane will be in the Harem but I'm not going to rush it. This will also be beneficial for the future Harem members:)
