Author Note:

Please note that the levels will be removed from 2nd Novel, I only gave the levels for the "Food Pokemon" to show that the power level of Kanto Pokemons drop by three ranks when they go to the outside world.

Meaning a Lord Rank Pokemon in Kanto would be an Elite Rank Pokemon outside, Pseudo states are removed as the peak of each rank the pokemons will have to bust through two barriers before they advance to the next rank and breaking the first Barrier will make them Pseudo.
