Upon approaching Jaane and Aber, Kain asked, “Shit head, why are you going out with Jaane?”

Both Jaane and Aber were surprised to see Kain here and even more confused as to why Kain would ask something like that.

In a respectful manner, Aber said, “I was showing Jaane around Flumen city. Is there a problem?”

“Yes, the problem is I don’t trust you.”

“Kain, I have only met you yesterday. It is natural for you not to trust me. Even so, you have no right to interrupt our date.”

“Date? Jaane?”

“No, this is not a date. Mister Hardy was just giving me a tour.” Jaane answered in a panic tone even though she has done nothing wrong.

“Shit head, Jaane is only sixteen years old. Look at you, I guess you have to be at least thirty.”

Aber was not happy to hear that, but he continued to speak with Kain in a respectful manner, "Kain, I'm only twenty-five years old. If there is nothing else, please allow us to excuse ourselves. Jaane, over there is my family tavern. Let me walk you over there."

In Toria Continents, the age gap does not matter in a relationship because there is no sex until marriage. The legal age to marry is eighteen. Children of the noble families generally have arranged marriage when they were born, as known as a political marriage that helps tie two families together.

"Jaane, do not trust this shit head. He just wanted to collect information about us so his teams can win against us in the tournament."

"Is that true, mister Hardy?"

"No, it's not true. Kain, you can't say untrue stuff like that. Mages' Academy of Flumen is ranking number one in all Mages' Academies. We do not need to gather information in order to win."

"Then tell me, why are you interested in Jaane? Is there no female at your school? Or perhaps they all knew that you have an arranged marriage and decided to stay away from you."

"How did he know I have an arranged marriage?" Aber thought to himself.

Aber said, "It's true that I have an arranged marriage but is it wrong for me to give Jaane a tour around Flumen city?"

"No, nothing wrong with that. You just have to be clear about it. You can't call this a date when it's a tour. Jaane is still a young girl. A handsome shit head like you could have unintentionally made an innocent girl like her to fall in love with you if you are not clear with your actions."

In a thousand feet away, a group of six men started talking to each other.

"Seems like he fell in love with that girl and was just walking around to look for her. She was with the other guy and this kid got jealous. You can see he is arguing with the other guy."

"Stupid kid... let's go report this back to the Bishop. He had nothing to do with the Blood Mages after all."

Kain noticed the group of six men had left and no longer followed him. Kain walked away when Aber was still explaining. Kain didn't know anything about Aber had an arranged marriage and he didn't care about any of that. He just wanted to pick a fight with Aber to trick the people who were following him to believe that he was walking around town aimlessly to look for Jaane and Aber.

Aber and Jaane were very confused when Kain walked away from them. Aber continued to gave Jaane a tour of the Flumen city but Jaane was no longer put her mind into it.

"Why was Kain looking out for me?" Jaane asked herself while still walking next to Aber.

[Warp Infusion] has a range limit. The range limit will depend on how strong the caster is. Kain is currently at level 25 and his range limit for [Warp Infusion] is three miles radius. Flumen is a massive city that has a land area of ten thousand (10,000) square with a maximum population of forty million per district. There are a total of twenty districts in Flumen city. From Kain's hotel room to the gate of Flumen city is nine miles. That was why Kain couldn't just use [Warp Infusion] to get Nanya and Emelia out of the city.

Kain went into the market and bought some female clothes. After that, it took him almost an hour to find a good dark alley spot where no one was around and activated [Warp Infusion]. Appearing inside his hotel room, Kain gave the new clothes he had bought to Nanya and Emelia. After they have done changing clothes, Kain held each of them in his arms and activated [Warp Infusion] to switch back with the Skeleton Warrior at the dark alley.

“From here to the gate is six miles, this is some money for you to rent a horse cart to Shimit city. You and Emelia needed to act like mother and daughter. Emelia, you have to smile at all times and don’t cry until you get out of this city, understand?”

“Yes, mister.”

“Senior, I thanked you for everything.”

“Uhm, now go.”

Kain secretly followed Nanya and Emelia until they had no difficulty in paying the horse cart driver to give them the ride from Flumen city to Shimit city. Shimit city is a small city that belonged to the Bifjorkian Theocracy located forty-two miles to the Northeast of Flumen city.

“This is finally over. With the massive blood pool inside the Blood Pendant, Nanya should be able to protect Emelia until they arrive at the Blood Mages Guild. My job is done here.” Kain whispered to himself as he activated [Warp Infusion] then banished the Skeleton Warrior.

Inside the hotel room, Kain thought to himself, “In the next tournament battle, I will have to rely on my mana since I no longer possess the Blood Pendant. This is gonna be tough. Perhaps I should conjure a strong creature and bind it to my Conjurer Soul. Hmm…”

Kain activated [Mana Infusion] and then casted [Conjure Thunder Eagle]. He did not get lucky as the conjured Thunder Eagle appeared to be just slightly stronger compared to normal. Kain banished the Eagle and mediated to quickly recover his mana so he can try again.

The next day, Kain had activated [Mana Infusion] a total of six times to conjure a strong creature but he had failed. Either the conjured creature was too strong and refused to bind with Kain, or the creature was not strong enough for him to want to bind them to his Conjurer Soul.

Heard a knock on his hotel door, Kain asked, “Who?”

“It is me, Arthur.”

“Come in.”

Arthur walked in with a smile on his face and said, “Kain, look at what I have trapped.” Arthur activated his LYAUR and a Black Dragon-kin tenth-tier Skeleton Warrior appeared.

“After countless failures, I have successfully conjured this Skeleton Warrior and trapped him inside my LYAUR. Not just that, let me show you this.”

Arthur activated [Soul Bridge] technique, a portal was opened and then a creature walked through the portal into Toria Continents. The portal immediately closed after that.

“This… is this…?” Kain was surprised and could not finish the question.

“Yes, it is her. Kain, next time we run into the Blood Mages, they won’t be able to escape that easily.” Arthur smiled as he saw how Kain was speechless against the unique creature he had successfully bound to his Conjurer Soul.
