“Normal vampires aren’t humanoid and they can’t use any magic spells. Though, their physical strength can’t be overlooked.”

“Ah… just like the vampires that I can summon using [Convene Vampires].”

“Correct.”

“From the pure strength of your kicks, your physical strength has to be on par with an Eighth Stage Saint Warrior.”

“That is correct.”

“And you said the Vampire Emperor is at least ten times stronger than you. Was that on the physical strength side or magical power side?”

“Both.”

“Ah, so his physical power must be on par with an Eleventh Stage Saint Warrior which is the maximum stage a character can reach. So if we include the Vampire Nobles...”

“Correct. But the vampires from this world can’t be stronger through training.”

“Huh?”

“Let me explain to you better about the Vampire Emperor. He was born stronger than Vampire Nobles, and Vampire Nobles were born stronger than regular Ancient Vampires such as myself.”

“So… Do you mean that the Vampire Nobles can’t be stronger doesn’t matter how hard they train?”

“Correct. That is why we don't train because our power can't be increased through training."

"In that case, how do you get stronger?"

"We can't. The only way for Vampire Nobles to become Vampire Emperor is by eating the heart of the Vampire Emperor. For us Ancient Vampires, we can't get stronger at all."

“Hmm… At least I have the advantage in continuing to get stronger.”

Kain stood up after his injuries were fully healed. He flexed his muscle for several seconds and said, “Now I know about your physical strength, let’s test your magical power.”

Kain casted [Conjure Earth Golem] and commanded it to attack Urien. The Earth Golem had a passive ability of [Stone Skin], it won’t be easy for Urien to kill using his physical power alone. As the Earth Golem threw a punch toward Urien, he activated [Haze Mode] to transform himself into vapor for five seconds letting the Earth Golem’s punch pass right through him. After [Haze Mode] was over, Urien casted [Vampiric Clench] to choke the Earth Golem to death through telekinesis regardless of its passive ability [Stone Skin]. Because the Earth Golem doesn't need to breathe, Urien had to put all of his force into his [Vampiric Clench] to crush its neck.

Kain asked, “Beside [Haze Mode] and [Vampiric Clench], what are the other spells that you can cast?”

Urien shook his head and he answered, “There are two other spells I can cast named [Deflection] and [Enclosing]. Unlike Vampire Lords from Toria Continents, Ancient Vampires don’t have mana pools and we can’t cast any other Elemental Magic spells. We have to use human blood to cast Vampire Magic spells but that won’t ever be an issue since we have a nearly unlimited amount of human blood to use.”

“I see. What about the Vampire Emperor? Can he cast any other magic spells that you can’t?”

“Yes, he can convene Ancient Vampires out of thin air. But those Ancient Vampires will disappear after he deactivates that spell.”

“Ah, my Black and Conjuration Magic can handle that. So his physical strength is the only thing I have to worry about.”

“Correct.”

“Cool, I will see you in three hundred thousand years from now.”

“What do you mean by that?”

“On the physical strength, I am just a Sixth Stage Saint Warrior. On the magical power level, I am still stuck at level 73. How do you expect me to defeat an Eleventh Stage Saint Warrior that can use four out of five Vampire Lord’s magic spells, not including his [Convene Ancient Vampires] spell?”

“I can supply you with human blood so you can heal yourself and cast more magic spells.”

“What about your Vampire Emperor? Does he have access to human blood as well?”

“Yes, he does.”

“Exactly, it doesn't matter how much human blood you supply me, I won't win. At my current strength and magical power, I can’t even defeat a Vampire Noble who is stronger than you. Either you get in contact with Iris and tell her that you don’t want to rescue your wife anymore then ask her to let me go to the Fifth-tier. Or patiently wait for me to be stronger which could take at least fifty thousand years. If you can give me three hundred thousand years, I can unquestionably reach level 90 in magical training. Therefore I can secure a win better.”

“How strong can you get fifty thousand years from now?”

“I can try to get to level 80 on magical power and hopefully I can also reach Eighth Stage Saint Warrior on the physical strength side. In that way, I can at least escape without losing my precious life when shit hit the wind. Wait, I have an idea.”

“Yes?”

“How many pieces of Blood Equipment do you have? If I have more Blood Equipment than the Vampire Emperor, I may outlast him.”

“Blood Equipment? Do you mean items embedded with Magical Blood Stones?”

“Yes, how many of those items do you have?”

“None. We don’t use those items. There is no Magical Blood Stone in this world.”

“How do you store human blood then?”

“We drink them.”

“Hah?”

“Every time we drink human blood, it will charge the blood pools inside our bodies. It’s different compared to the health pools because blood pools will slowly drain itself which requires us to drink human blood at least once a week to refill it.” Urien explained to Kain.

"How many health pools and blood pools do you have?"

"I have only one health pool and two blood pools. Vampire Nobles have two health pools and four blood pools. From what I have heard, the Vampire Emperor has four health pools and eight blood pools."

"I'm confused. Four health pools? Does that mean the Vampire Emperor can fully revive himself four times?"

"No, it simply meant that he can instantly heal himself in full four times every twenty-four hours. Of course, that will be including recovery for all minor and major injuries. But if you cut his head down, he can not recover using the remaining health pools that he still has."

“I see, his head will be my target then. This is why you are a real vampire and I am not. I can only transform into a Vampire Lord through a Blood Magic spell of [Vampire Lord Transmutation]. This is also why you can’t cast Blood Magic spells like I am. Alright, find me a safe location and fill my Blood Equipment with human blood daily for my training. It will greatly enhance my chance of level up when meditating using Blood Equipment.”
