Chapter 3：CHAPTER 2 : FINDING FUNDS

Felice woke up that day with new energy inside her, she has strong spirit and high hope to find some funds for her business. She tried her best to fulfill her daddy wish to rebuild the bread factory and took care of her adoptive brothers and sisters. She knew she has nothing left, her father also got some debts, so she couldn't ask any money from the bank. She asked Nian Che some info "Che, do you know who was our loyal customer which was regularly ordered our bread ?" Nian Che tried to think for a while "Ah I remembered there is one company. It called the Flying Fish corp, the office is across our store. They used to ordered some breads from our shop regularly." Nian Che used to be responsible for the bakery shop, so she lived in the apartment near the shop. "OK let's start with that company, do you know whose the boss name or the person's number who ordered our bread ?" Felice asked her passionately. Nian Che opened up her notes and searched a while"Here it is, his name is Danny Yan this is his contact number. Good luck sis, do you need me to accompany you ?" Felice smiled "OK, let's go together."

They went to a cafe near their old bakery shop, they ordered some breakfast. Felice picked up her phone and started to dial up Danny's number, "Hello, is this Mr. Danny Yan ? I'm Felice Lee, I'm the owner of the Blessed bakery in front of your office." Danny replied "Yes I'm Danny, Hi Ms.Lee. Is there anything I can help you ?" Felice replied back "May I have bit of your time ? I want to see you in person, I have something to discuss with you." Danny started curious "May I know what important matters are they ?" Felice replied him back "Well, I have a proposal to discuss with you. Can I meet you this lunch at W cafe in front of your office ?" Danny replied "Let me check my schedule first, I'll contact you again at 11.30." He hang up the phone.

Felice checked the shop a while after had her breakfast. She got back to the cafe with Nian Che at 11 o'clock. She ordered 2 glass of orange juice. She texted some of her friends while waiting. She hoped she could get some info from her friends about the funds that she needs. At 11.30 Danny called "Hello Ms.Lee I'm Danny, I can meet you this lunch at 12 o'clock at W cafe right ?" Felice smiled happily answered the phone "Hi Mr. Yan. I'll wait for you here at W cafe, I'm with my assistant you must knew her since you regularly ordered our bread. OK bye."

Danny recognized Nian Che, he directly went to their table and greeted Felice and Nian Che "Hi Ms. Nian, you must be Ms. Lee ?" Felice gave her hand to him "Hi I'm Felice Lee, nice to meet you Mr. Yan. Please have a sit !" She ordered the waiter asked for the menu, she asked Danny what to eat, Danny replied anything she wants to. Felice ordered the waiter 3 bowls of noodle and one more orange juice.

She tried to contact some people that recommended by her friends everyday in a week, but no one responded back. She remembered Danny Yan. She gathered up her courage to called him back that afternoon"Hello Mr. Yan, I'm Felice Lee. Have you talked to your boss about my offer a week ago ?" Danny replied "Hi Ms. Lee, I think my boss has considered about your offer. Do you have time for dinner tomorrow at 7 ?" Felice smiled brightly "Yes, sure I have, where will we meet up ?" Danny replied "There is a resto called Charmed opposite from W cafe, you know the place ?" Felice replied "Yes, I know, OK see you there tomorrow at 7.Thank you." Felice jump up high and hug Nian Che beside her "Yessss... I did it, must be father in heaven had helped me !" Nian Che happy also.

A week before

"Where have you been ? Why didn't you had lunch at our cafeteria ?" Aaron curiously asked. Danny smiled "A beautiful young lady had just treat me some meals at cafe next door." Aaron smirked "Who is that generous young lady ? You never had any female friends all these years !" Danny teased him "You may say it was just secret admire. hahaha" he could make some jokes sometimes. Aaron eagerly to know "Really ? Why I never knew her before ? You should introduce her to me someday !" Danny back to serious again he explained him about Felice problems and offered. Aaron began to think, he suddenly missed the delicious taste of the bread he usually ate, but now he couldn't eat it again. Then he decided to ordered Danny to do some investigation about the bread factory "OK Danny, I'd like to meet her but not in the short time, just buy me some time. You inform me before, so I can prepare."
