Chapter 111:Bye – Bye Bitch

{Reign POV}

Today is the final day of the first semester. We all have to go to school but guess what… I'm not going.

Today is the day I meet up with sis…

Waking up, I greeted my siblings while walking down the passage. I stared at myself while Ah...how awkward, mother is making my favourite waffles with french toast in between - I know its weird but whatever, I like it.

Maybe mother knows that I'm leaving…

Chewing down the last of my breakfast with the apple juice in the glass beside me, I looked at each of my family members.

My eldest brother Sturgeon was as per usual, chatting to his girlfriend on the phone while conversing with mother and father.

Stellar held a magazine in her left hand while picking at the waffles drenched in syrup.

My younger brother Reegon stared at the t.v. that was barely audible due to my mother turning the sound down.

My younger sister Amore sat opposite me kicking her legs under the table. Although her legs were short, they still reached my knees under the table kicking me every now and then.

Looking at my mother, she was again on my father's case about eating and reading at the same time.

My father dropped the newspaper and argued with my mother… the two of them really loved one another don't they?

Excusing myself from the table I placed my dishes in the sink and went to collect my bag from my room.

For some reason it feels as if time slowed down today.

Making up my bed I placed the letter on the pillow and closed the door behind me.

I brushed my right hand over Reegon's hair who passed by me.

He stopped in his tracks and pulled on my jacket. Stopping, I turned to look at the younger version of m, he asked, "Reign, why does it feel like you won't come back?"

I stared at him thinking how clever of him to notice, smiling brightly I said to him, "You idiot, if I don't come back, where will I go!" leaving those words behind me, I walked out the front door, heading to school.

The school bus passed by me. I looked up at the bus and the rear entered my view.

Laura and Tai were in the bus waving at me. I just looked at them not caring about waving back… I could see Tai asking Laura what's up.

Chloe and her bitchy friends looked back at me. I could see their questioning gazes in their eyes after Tai and Laura stood up.

The bus turned at the corner, bye - bye, I guess.
