Chapter 260 260 Teaching Leo to Transform

"You're flattering me too much." Kitty looked at Charlette and smiled at the baby girl. "Your Daddy is full of sweet words. Make sure that when you grow up you find a man that will treat you like his queen, one that is dedicated to you." She looked a Leo, "now I feel silly. Our daughter is too young to even understand what I am saying."

"Having something to talk about is better than having nothing at all to say. I do agree that our daughter deserves all of that. What will you do about the producer that is supposed to be coming?" Leo holds out his arms to take Charlette so that Kitty can finish eating her food.

"The producer will be fine even if I am not pregnant. We can still film everything. I am a professional after all." Kitty hands Charlette over to Leo so that she can finish her food. She takes a bite and looks at Leo. "I think that you are more handsome than when we first met but also more tired. You have not been getting enough sleep have you?"

"I sleep when I can under most circumstances. It's not my fault that work has been insane lately. I prefer being kept busy. It is not nice to stand around doing nothing. Even paperwork is better than nothing, I work as much as I can, I don't take holidays, and when there is a chance for overtime I take it, but I guess I should stop doing that. I want to be able to spend most of my time with you and the rest of our family. I know that I have not been the best father figure to Luke but I will try to improve." Leo rocked Charlette until she fell asleep in his arms.

"Yes, I do think that it is time for you to take a step back and come home more often but as the head of the association, you will not need to do hunts. I do like that, if I need you I can go to your office especially now that my powers are now in check. I still have to take the essence from Ketan. I waited too long and I have to deal with the repercussions of that choice." Kitty finished off the dinner and looked at Leo who had a deep look of concern on his face. She got out of her seat and hugged him from behind before he could get up. She whispered, "I am not weak anymore and you need to learn a few new things about your new body while you can."

"I must say that it is a different experience being able to hear everything that is going on in the household. Is it the same for all supernaturals with enhanced abilities?" Leo leans his head on hers as she hugs him from behind.

"It is and it isn't. Vampires can hear the hearts beating in any creature's chest where a werewolf can hear the breathing but also they can feel the fear. Fox demons can feel the fear and hear the breathing but a heart beating is more tricky. You should be able to smell more as well. The sense of smell will be stronger than a human. Although since I am a mix my senses have been altered and I can smell and hear more. It might also be because I need the essence. I can see it in everyone, when my essence is low I can see it very clearly. Yours has changed since my powers went to you. I can see an increase in your body, like an average fox demon. Our daughter is on the same length as you. I know that this week I have to partake in the essence. So I hope that Sylvie can help Ketan prepare for this as it is going to be rough on him but a vampire's essence is insane. I am sure after the seals on my powers are gone I will no longer need their help. Is there anything else you need explained to you, Darling?" Kitty stepped back and waited to hear his reply.

"Kitty, I will make sure that everything is in place for Friday," Sylvie walked through the door.

Leo looked over at Sylvie and nodded, "I think that as you teach me things I will learn everything that I need to learn. I love that you are willing to take all the time to teach me everything that I need to know. I think the next thing I need to know is how to appear human and if there is a skill I need to mask my presence? At least for now while the hunter association does not know that my wife to be is a fox demon." Leo got up and out of the chair while holding Charlette still.

"Friday is a good idea. I think that the process will take a while so I will need to pump some milk for Charlette. I do not know how bad this will be but you will have to be there to stop me, Sylvie. I do not want to accidentally kill Ketan in the process." Kitty nodded at Sylvie then looked at Leo. "All you really need to do is focus on what you want to happen and to not force the things you want to happen. I told Luke the same things. As for your presence that is something that will take a little more time to teach. Let me take Charlette so that you can give it a shot." She held out her arms to take Charlette back.

~You won't be able to kill me. I do not know what you and my sister have planned but it better not involve her. I will not forgive you two if it does.~ Ketan's voice came through to Kitty.

~I will not say what is going to happen as I already know that you will not seriously take a partner. I will bring those that I think will help you. Do not worry I will be in control of the situation. I will take the essence and you will drink the blood of the creatures living in the cave. I will only allow her to come out if you do not get enough blood. I could give you some of my blood first and then you won't feel the urge to drain her but her heartbeat is going to drive you mad. It would be better for her to see you at your worst then always at your best. A hunter knows all about the blood lust. Besides you need her blood but you will not partake in her blood again because you are scared. Do not give me the fucking bullshit excuses, Ketan because I do not want to hear them!~ Kitty replied back firmly.
