190 Do Whatever You Wan

"I want to speak with her," was what she said.

"I can see that but I think we are entitled to know who you might be before we release information about our employees." Jake replied.

The woman looked elegant and well educated but somehow she has this aura that tells him that she isn't really that good.

Being a part of the entertainment industry for so long, Jake became well acquainted with the colors of the people around him and most of them was like this.

Looking nice and all but most of the time they were just all acts and most of them were plainly evil people by heart.

Though he can't say that this lady in front of him is someone of real evil thoughts maybe half of it?

The woman's eyes shifted, thinking whether to tell her name or not.

Jake didn't react and allowed her to decide.

"It's fine aunt Jacqueline, I know her," just then Amber spoke from the stairs.

"Amber," Jake said looking back at her.

A staff member have told her that someone was looking for her, when she checked, she was completely shock though it was not seen in the way she came down and approached them.

"May I ask what miss Madison Price need to this humble one?" she asked with a smile, a smile that will always not reach her eyes.

"I want to speak with you," Madison replied with her head held high but her eyes were somehow looking around the place.

"Why don't you come with me then? He is upstairs," Amber laughed inwardly, just as she had thought this woman is starting to get curious.

'She must have seen something from her past.'

Madison instantly looked back at her, "I wonder what you mean by him, as you know I am a married woman, why would I search for a man?"

Amber smiled and just turned around.

Jake upon hearing the name became even more curious, why would this woman fly all the way here just to speak with Amber?

Ashton arrived just last night, if she did fly to follow him, she must have taken an early morning flight, for her to arrive at the middle of the day.

Madison who saw that Amber didn't believe her was about to retort but couldn't do so for it would seem that she was trying to cover it up.

She could only follow trying to ignore the look, Jake France was giving her.

She was shock to see that Timothy was there, the same way, Timothy was stunned but was able to snap out of it. It is not like he was trying to hide it any longer.

His tired of acting like a fugitive just because of the Price Empire.

"What a pleasant surprise," Madison commented after they approached the other four.

Alissa knew her but just continued drinking her coffee without greeting her.

Mathew was still eating his pastry as if Madison was not there.

Madison who looked around was also shock to see Mathew.

Madison frowned, she didn't tell anyone she was coming here for it would arouse suspicion, yet who would have thought that she would chance upon Timothy here.

She glanced to the side where Ashton remained drinking his coffee, not once did he glance up to her.

She frowned, the image of his smiling face kept playing in her mind that she haven't truly had a good night's rest.

She knew where he live so she went there secretly but saw him leave in a hurry, she heard his call with his grandfather that he will be staying in Kuiper for a week.

Without realizing it she found herself on a flight to Kuiper country, she only knew that she has to speak with him.

She knew that Amber was in Kuiper, she chance upon this information when one of their people reported about it to Clark Price.

She also knew that Amber was well acquainted with Jake France, the reason why she came in Capa.

"You can stand all day if you want," Amber said upon noticing her standing there.

Madison looked around and found that not one men stood up to offer theirs, so she could only pull another and place it near them.

"So what do you want from me? Ah no my mistake, I'm sorry, what do you need from him?" Amber asked as she pointed at Ashton with her thumb.

"I told you-"

"Stop. You are a woman, I am a woman. When you were calling for me and I appeared you weren't even looking at me but instead was searching for someone else," Amber interrupted her instantly.

"When we finally came upstairs, before your eyes landed on Timothy, they first landed on him, so what is it?"

Madison frowned, this woman is truly full of words.

"You can leave if you don't want to speak," Amber once again said.

"You!! Do you think I can't do anything to you?!?" being watched by Timothy and Mathew, Madison couldn't help but feel irritated.

"Oh."

Ashton finally spoke and placed an arm around Amber's shoulder, "You want to do something to her?"

His eyes were cold, it was in complete contrast to the image in her mind.

Madison was completely taken a back before she took a deep breath calming herself down.

"Just be honest, nothing will be solved if you keep trying to lie," Amber spoke up.

Madison looked back at her, "I..."

"A glimpse of the past?" Amber asked again.

All of them were shock by her sudden question.

Even Ashton glanced down at her, he didn't expect that she would actually ask this.

They understood each other real well but her randomness would sometimes overwhelm him still.

"Your past have been erased, suddenly seeing things that are in contrast to what was told you would surely be confusing," she continued.

She didn't mind telling her that her current life is a lie if she wants, even if her memories were to return, she wouldn't be able to do anything.

Not a single thing.

Madison just stared at her.

"But let me warn you, your whole world would surely crumble if you still try to be curious. Why don't you just live your life as it is? You are having a wonderful life anyway," Amber continued.

It's not that she cares for Madison for she was not a friend not even an acquaintance in the past.

But she was also someone who was used by the Price for their own gain, it is not bad to help her out.

She felt Ashton's hand held unto her shoulder.

She smiled slightly and gave his hand that was under the table a reassuring grip, that she knew what she was doing.

Madison's anger from a while ago slowly dissipated. The way Amber spoke was patient, without a hint of sarcasm.

"Easy for you to say, you are the one who has no past at all," she couldn't help but to complain.

This stunned the other three.

Madison was actually speaking up her mind.

"I have a past but that doesn't mean it was any better than yours, I can't sympathize with whatever that happened to you for I didn't experience it, Amber replied.

"But I do apologize for I really feel sorry for you," she honestly added.

"Don't pity me!!" Madison suddenly exclaimed.

"That is why I apologize," Amber replied knowing full well her feeling of not wanting to be pitied.

Madison looked away as she stood up, "It is indeed the wrong decision to come here, I shouldn't have been curious."

As she walked away without saying goodbye, Amber spoke up once again.

"Then don't be curious, if you are happy with your current life then just live there."

Madison stopped walking for a few seconds before walking away leaving without looking back.

Amber's words resounded in her mind but most especially in her heart.

She became curious of just a glimpse and her mind became chaotic even her heart.

If she were to pry more, just what would happen?

"Why did you suddenly say all those things? She might become even more curious," Alissa commented after Madison left.

"I can see that she is a smart woman, she would understand what I mean," Amber replied.

"What if she still wants to know?" Timothy couldn't help but ask, even Mathew nodded in agreement.

"Then I will once again apologize to her, for even if she do remember, there is no longer anything she can do about it."

After saying this she looked up at Ashton, he looked down at her.

"Do whatever you want," was all he said.

But it contained everything.

Do whatever you want, I will remain by your side and remain behind you.

Do whatever you want, I will support you.

Do whatever you want, I will always love you no matter what.

The other three could only roll their eyes at the way he spoils her. Amber, on the other hand, just smiled happily at him.
