Chapter 1300 Noble Status

Linda felt a little tense after hearing about what had happened.

The lollipop had rammed into the child's maxilla unexpectedly.

There was an uproar in the carriage, and the woman held her child, as she cried.

The workers in the train realized what had happened, and approached the woman and child. They hurriedly carried the kid off the train and prepared to send him to the hospital.

"Ladies and gentlemen, there has been an unexpected emergency. We need to stop the train and bring a child to the hospital. We may have to stay at the station for around half an hour. We apologize for any inconvenience to you. Please bear with us."

The voice of a female worker barked the news from the speakers of the train.

Linda and Bun looked at each other. The wait would be no problem for them. Thirty minutes would make no difference for them and their trip. They just couldn't believe what had happened to the child.

Linda prepared to close her eyes and get more sleep when she heard a voice jolt her back to reality. "That woman! She's the one responsible for what happened to my boy! He ate her lollipop, and now he's going to the hospital!"

"Your son ate my lollipop? I gave it to him? What are you talking about?" Linda could not believe what she was hearing. The woman sounded completely out of her mind. How could she blame Linda for her son's unfortunate accident?

"That was your lollipo

n of true power. She had all the resources to back up her threats.

Rosy was noble and came from a wealthy and powerful clan. But she was nothing in Linda's eyes. Who was this woman? Did she have a more powerful background than Rosy?

Why would she dare to threaten Linda? These questions swirled around Linda's head, and she could not get any satisfactory answers.

"Miss, I think it would be best if you go with us, for now," the train attendant said cautiously.

"Okay."

Dragon and the other bodyguards were now swarming around Linda, like bees protecting their queen. The incident had made them jumpy, and now they were alert and ready for anything.

Dragon had worked with Linda for some time now, and he didn't want to take any chances. He knew that something like this was not a serious matter and they could just ignore it. Linda could solve the problem by herself. He wouldn't take any action before she gave orders.
