"Well, what do you want to discuss with me?" Song Feng Mian asked.

"You ask even though you know what I'm going to discuss with you, it's regarding the history you found between my mother and Jia Xin Yi," said Song Liya.

"I don't think there is anything to discuss, everything you need to know is in the letter unless there's something different you want to talk about?" asked Song Feng Mian.

"That and there's something different I'd like to talk to you about. Regarding the history between Jia Xin Yi and our mother, is there any deeper information about the deal they made?" asked Song Liya.

"About that, I've tried looking for it but as the letter said, there's no information about that. If we want to know their deal, we have to ask them directly to find out what they said to each other," said Song Feng Mian.

"The problem is how do we get one of them to tell us the deal though." Song Liya muttered.

"You already have the answer to that, I'm sure I don't need to tell you what it is already," said Song Feng Mian.

Song Liya looked at her sister confusedly. "I already have the answer?"

"Liya, don't tell me you actually don't know when the answer is literally right there in front of you."

"Tsk, who do you think I am, the answer is Jia Yo correct? Since she knows that she won't be any use to our mother anymore, I should try to bring her to our side?"

"As expected of my twin sister to figure it out. Jia Yi will also be curious about her mother's history, she'll definitely accept. If she doesn't, just bribe her, it'll work since it's the type of person she is."

"Alright, now that that's cleared up, we're going to move onto the next topic," said Song Liya.

Song Feng Mian was curious. "What that might be?"

"The legalization of same-sex marriage."

"Hmm? Didn't we already discuss that before?"

"That was when we discussed the plan Yu Yingyi had, however, I want to initiate the plan now."

Song Feng Mian's expression suddenly turned serious. "Liya, I don't think that's a good idea right now."

"Why do you think so?"

"Well, let's see, considering that you have many plans going on right now. You'll have no time at all to deal with them all, you won't be able to handle it."

"How would you know that? I can definitely handle it."

"No, not without letting Yu Yingyi know, otherwise, your body will soon shut down before you even realize it. Remember what you said, although we're twins, I came out first so I'm older. And as your older twin sister, it's my job to keep you in check."

Somehow, Song Liya felt like she was being scolded but at the same time, she wasn't. In fact, it didn't feel that bad to be scolded by her older sister, it felt like something was lifted off her heart.

"Fine, I'll hold it off for now."

"I get that you want to help your girlfriend out, but you need to focus on yourself sometimes first. Don't be blinded by love so much that you can't see yourself."

"What're you? A love philosopher?"

"Nope, it's just that I might've felt that way before."

"Eh? You've liked or loved someone before? Who is it?"

"We're switching topics too quickly, plus, this conversation isn't about me."

Song Liya frowned. "As your younger twin sister, it's my duty to bring you up when you're feeling down."

"Although that is true, I don't think I need any of that. Also, is there anything else you'd like to ask, or is that it?"

"Yes, there is cause I feel like you just told me something I should know about but here you are waving it off like it's nothing. Tell me, who's the person you like?"

"It seems you don't have anything else to ask, you should go back soon."

"Don't ignore me!"

Song Liya knew she wouldn't get any answers out of her sister since she was probably as stubborn as her. Though Song Liya was surprised that her sister had someone she liked, it was unexpected considering she's never seen anyone when she was locked in her room.

Who could it be?

Song Liya gave up thinking about who it was since she had to go back to her room now. Her desire to see Yu Yingyi took over her.

"Fine, I'm going to head back now, but one day you better tell me who you like."

"Hmm, maybe, though the chances of that happening are incredibly low."

"Ha, as long as there's a chance, the vicious and cunning princess will find it!"

Song Feng Mian let out a chuckle as Song Liya left the door. Suddenly, there was a slightly dark atmosphere around her.

"Sister, if I told you who I like, you would hate me." Song Feng Mian muttered as she listened to the footsteps in the hallway.

Yu Yingyi sat on a chair in front of Jia Yi and she was feeding her some porridge she made after Liya left.

Why she was feeding her? Well, that was because she didn't want Jia Yi to starve to death considering she was still tied up so there was no way she could eat by herself.

"Prince, your porridge is really good. Is there a secret recipe you put in here cause it tastes different from the porridges I've tasted before?"

Yu Yingyi smiled. "There's no secret recipe in here, it's just that my skills are good."

Perhaps the skills of a cook from the modern world are the secret recipe.

"I believe that." Jia Yi said as she swallowed the last bit of porridge on the spoon. "Is there seconds?"

"Nope, I didn't think you'd want any more. Are you still hungry? Do you want me to make more?" asked Yu Yingyi.

"I'm fine, I just wanted to eat more of the delicious food you made. By the way prince, where did you learn to make food?" asked Jia Yi.

"Hmm, I guess I can tell you. I learned it myself, my mother had to work all the time so she was too busy to cook for me. That's why I decided to learn cooking myself, I had to go through many trials and errors before the food I made started to taste decent."

"I see, you're truly admirable, prince."

"Thank you, what did you do before you became a maid?" asked Yu Yingyi.

Yu Yingyi wanted to know about this since her past should be related to the side story of the novel unless something changed deeply.

"Back then, I used to work at a flower shop. I was always fascinated by the sight of flowers and started growing them. A lot of customers would visit since it the flower's appearance was the best in the area, the fragrance was nice too. It was perfect for a gift." said Jia Yi.

Yu Yingyi smiled, there it was.

"Did you enjoy working in the shop?"

"Of course, it was one of my favorite experiences, it still is. If I could, I'd like to work at the flower shop again."

As she said that, Yu Yingyi could see sparkles in her eyes. Yingyi knew of Jia Yi's love for flowers, that was when she had a good idea in mind. What if she made a deal with Jia Yi to bring her to their side and she would get her flower shop back?

That was when the door opened revealing Song Liya.

"Welcome back, Liya."

"I'm back, Yingyi."
