Chapter 168 - Chamber Of Secrets

Knowing how much of a neat freak his wife was he couldn't help but feel anxious. It must have been something big to have her go OOC like this. He took a small step forward only to step on a book under his feet. The cover of the book had beautifully drawn patterns with Ji Yao's drawing style on it but those strokes were done by someone with much more experience and maturity.

It had to have been drawn by her. Now he knew where Ji Yao's talent came from. When they lived together she never held a calligraphy brush let alone a painting brush so he didn't know she had such a great talent.

He picked up the book and flipped through it. On every page was a drawing of himself smiling happily. The outfit and hair he had in these drawings were that of the day of their wedding. She had drawn the same image of the happiest day of their lives over and over again on each page.

Ji Wen felt something spark in his heart as he gently caressed the last page.. This wasn't the reaction of a woman who had fallen in love with another man and ditched her husband with a young child. It didn't seem to fit.

Placing the book on the table, he gazed in the direction of the inner chamber. He silently walked over and found Qilin Hao's sleeping figure on the bed. The canopy bed was surrounded by white see-through curtains making the scene even more entrancing.

He opened the curtain and stood by her bedside watching her for a good minute. Her body was curled up in a fetal position which was something she had never done in the past. This self-comforting posture wasn't something he would associate Qilin Hao with.

His hand reached over and lightly brushed her hair off her face. Unable to see her in this sorry state he slipped under the quilt and lay beside her. He knew Qilin Hao's senses were extremely sharp but today she didn't move a single inch when he entered the room.

It was as though she was passed out cold with no guard against her surroundings. This showed the seriousness of Qilin Hao's situation. Ji Wen couldn't help but slide close to her and draw her into his arms. He couldn't do anything about the past but he could do something about their future.

Qilin Hao who hadn't felt that soothing warmth in a very long time pulled his arms around her chest preventing him from leaving. That's when things got heated. Ji Wen who hadn't done um... extra curriculum activities in a very very long time was suddenly brushing against his estranged wife's lovely cupcakes.

The best course of action would have been to be the perfect gentleman and stay still but Qilin Hao even asleep was provocative enough to make a man cry. She kept pushing her tight ass on his groin which of course, started a raging fire in this half Raiju.

He gulped as he regretted getting into the bed. He could have just walked away when he saw she was asleep but he couldn't resist. Sure, blame him for being weak. His weakness had landed him in big trouble.

Qilin Hao was fast asleep innocently following the warmth. She seemed to think this warmth could cure her illness so she desperately held on to it refusing to let go. It was as though she wanted to merge their bodies as one.

Unable to bear it anymore Ji Wen got up slightly before getting on top of her. It was then Qilin Hao woke up but her eyes were half-lidded like she was partially awake. She stared at him for a while with a dazed expression before wrapping her arms around his neck pulling him down.

Ji Wen didn't put up a fight. His rode was already as stiff as a steel bar ready for war. He kissed her soft lips unlocking the chamber of secrets that had been locked up for over a decade. Qilin Hao wrapped her legs around his waist before flipping him over gaining the upper hand. She straddled him with her dress slipping down her shoulder.

They didn't speak as they communicated with their bodies doing something they hadn't done in a very long time. One can only imagine how many times these two wrestled in bed enjoying their reunion party.

While these two were feasting on a lustful fruit, Qilin Luse was dealing with a drama king. Hei Ying insisted that he was hurt so bad from that one strike but Qilin Luse wasn't convinced.

The wayward fool couldn't tolerate being disbelieved so he stripped down his pants with no warning and said, "See, look over here. Ah, it's so painful. Why couldn't you take my place huh? I thought we are friends."

Qilin Luse took a glimpse of the wound and felt helpless. He had an even worse bruise than Hei Ying when he got punished but he didn't make a sound. Hei Ying however had a less severe bruise but he was whining like a wounded puppy.

Qilin Luse didn't feel like hanging around a fool otherwise Hei Ying's foolishness would rub off on him so he turned to leave but Hei Ying wouldn't let that happen. He stood in front of him as he pulled his pants up. "Help me with the ointment," holding out a green bottle, "I can't reach certain places."

After a moment of hesitation, Qilin Luse took the bottle from his hand while saying, "What would you even do without me?"

Hei Ying smiled as he followed behind him. "Probably in a brothel drinking my sorrows away. Since you are the cure to my sorrows I don't have to," he replied with a cheeky smile.

Qilin Luse's lips contorted as he slammed the bottle on his chest before turning to walk away. Hei Ying panicked rushing to the door to block his path. "Haha.... Lu-ge I am kidding..... just kidding. Come on help your younger brother out," he said with a nervous laugh.

Seeing that stupid look on his face Qilin Luse caved in. He took the bottle back saying, "I don't have a younger brother like you."

"Sure, sure you are right. Now let's go," replied Hei Ying while urging him to go back. He didn't even argue with Qilin Luse's earlier remark. Having an older brother like Qilin Luse would suck. He would rat you out to your parents without a second thought and a naughty person like Hei Ying, he would always be in trouble.
