[Welcome to the world where we make the impossible, possible.]

[The time you have saved shall be returned back to you in the future and the time you have wasted shall forever remain wasted.]

[It's sad to see one of you going.]

[Loudbitchnextdoor, wish you better luck next time.]

It almost felt as if the system was trying to taunt her for it and Aunt Su surely looked to be offended.

[We shall now begin the next competition.]

[Please turn on your smartphones and look for directions.]

[You have three minutes to get to your next destination.]

"What the hell?!" Wang GuiYing immediately cried out, "Why does it keep decreasing the time?!"

Zhihao also frowned as he heard the system, "It's trying to play with our minds."

"That's right," Li Ying also agreed with Zhihao as she added, "As the time decreases, we'll be filled with anxiety and worry. It's another way of making us not perform well since our minds wouldn't be able to work under such conditions of high stress and impatience."

Li Ling sighed as he heard his sister, "That's why we must try and stay calm."

"Let's go," Zhihao announced as he looked at his phone and didn't even wait around to talk about it anymore. He looked to be as serious as he could get and this sense of seriousness and responsibility affected the others as well as it showed them that although this was a game, they were no longer just playing around with it.

The rest of the group also turned and decided to follow after Zhihao who looked to be in a hurry but before they could get out of the arcade, they suddenly heard the voice of Aunt Su.

"Zhihao," Aunt Su called out to him, and surprisingly enough, Zhihao stopped in his tracks.

He didn't bother to turn around as he waited to hear what she had to say.

"You brat!" Aunt Su cursed first before adding, "Go and win this for me. You must definitely win."

Zhihao almost wanted to laugh as he heard her, "Don't worry about it. I'll win it."

He sounded to be a bit too confident and although his confidence was justified, it still didn't sit well with the other players who were also here to win this game. This statement just reminded them once again that they were all competing with each other.

"But I won't be doing it for you," Zhihao added as he glanced back at the woman who was still sitting on the floor, hugging her legs, "I'll be winning for myself and it'll be because of my own skills. The debt between us has been cleared so don't bother yourself with it anymore."

Zhihao didn't wait around for a response as he turned and continued to walk away from the arcade.

When he was out of her sight, Aunt Su couldn't help but chuckle to herself as she commented, "What an overconfident Brat. Big brother, you should be a bit more proud of him. Your son is ambitious and unafraid. He's just like you."

Her big brother was clearly not listening to her since he wasn't even here at this moment but she was sure that her big brother already knew everything that she wanted to tell him. She already knew that although Zhihao's father may not show it, he was still proud of his son and happy that Zhihao was able to find a path for himself that he genuinely loved.

Suddenly, tears started trailing down her eyes again as she cried out, "My date!~ What do I do now?! This game ruined it!! Fufufufu1~ That guy was too handsome!~"

The others left the arcade and divided themselves into two groups as they got inside the two cars that were waiting for them.

Zhihao had always hated to let other people get inside his car but in this current situation, if he minded such things, he would feel petty and he wouldn't be too happy with that so he decided to forget about all his typical rules and habits. Since the game wanted him to take it seriously, Zhihao was going to do exactly that.

After all, he loved a challenge and the game was seriously giving him the biggest challenge of his life.

Thankfully, their next destination was closer to this arcade so the time limit given to them in order to get there could be justified.

In just a few minutes, they were able to get to their next destination arena.

The third competition.

Zhihao's eyebrows creased together in worry as he closed the car door behind him and looked at the stadium in front of him.

"Seriously...?" His face cringed up as he muttered in disbelief.

Their next destination turned out to be the national football stadium. A place where they were clearly supposed to have no entry to but somehow, there were two guards standing in front of the gate and when the guards saw them, they asked them to show their phones.

Zhihao looked to be a bit confused but he still ended up taking out his phone to show the guard. The two guards saw the screen and nodded before letting Zhihao go inside.

The same happened with the other players as well. Their phones were like their identity cards now and it was being used to give them access to the third arena where they would have to compete once again.

"Gege~ Gege~ Gege~" Tian Xifeng sang happily as she caught up to Zhihao, "What do you think this competition is going to be about?"

"Why are you asking me?" Zhihao frowned as he questioned with no interest in the woman.

Tian Xifeng didn't look to be defeated as she chuckled, "Gege, you were so amazing in the last level! You were able to memorize all of that and come up with a solution. We wouldn't have made it this far if it wasn't for you!"

Zhihao didn't know if he was supposed to laugh or cry as he heard her trying to clearly butter him up. The reason why she was trying so hard to win him over was also pretty clear to him but of course, as someone who could be considered as a friend to her, he would naturally not call her out for being a bit selfish.

Zhihao sighed as he responded, "You give me too much credit. Even if it weren't for me, you would have been able to solve the competition. All you had to do was turn against each other and snatch the phones that had the chess piece you were in need of for the completion of your mission."

Tian Xifeng was a bit stunned to hear Zhihao put this out there so bluntly but her shock didn't last long as she chuckled it off, "You're right, but who knows. Without you, maybe only a few of us would have been able to move on to this level and I would definitely not have been one of them since I'm not really good with betraying people and snatching their things."

Zhihao couldn't help but laugh as he nodded, "I can't say anything against that."

Liang Feng couldn't help but sweat in worry as he glanced towards his side at Li Ling who was glaring daggers at the back of Tian Xifeng and Zhihao who seemed to be having a great time as they talked to each other and laughed.

Liang Feng gulped as he turned to the other side and pulled Li Ying towards him, "Your brother, why does he look like he's about to kill someone?"

Li Ying frowned as she tilted her head in confusion before looking over at the other side to see the expression on her brother's face.

"Ah!~" She exclaimed softly, "That? He probably looks like that because that's what he's planning in his mind."

"..."

Li Ying chuckled as she saw the worried and scared expression on Liang Feng's face. She patted the man's back as she reassured, "You don't need to worry about it. He would probably not go through with it since he would have to go to jail if he does and if he goes to jail then he would not be able to stay beside Zhihao for a really long time. My brother wouldn't risk something like that."

Liang Feng looked to be even more speechless and worried as he heard the girl. He gulped and it looked like he was contemplating on whether to ask his next question or not but in the end, he still ended up voicing out his doubts, "So you are saying that's the only reason that's stopping him?"

Li Ying blinked as she simply stared back at the man for a solid minute without giving him a straight answer.

Liang Feng's face got more and more complicated as he saw this silent response.

Li Ying suddenly smiled brightly and chuckled before walking away.

"..."

What the hell is that supposed to mean?!
