Chapter 312 - Dog Shave

Lair was infuriated as he kept pacing the room with his hands clenched to his side. God, he would kill that bastard!

"I swear I'll kill that animal with my two bare hands. That lunatic, how dare he?" Lair roared while he kept pacing. He couldn't believe Cale could do such a thing. Well he shouldn't be so surprised because humans are bound to do the unimaginable.

Human beings should never surprise you. He had always told himself.

Amy was also mad when Jake told them all that happened. If that imbecile was here right now, she'll tear him into pieces, limb by limb.

This was too much. What did Jade do to suffer such an ill fate? Hadn't he done enough already? She had seen how broken Jade was when he betrayed her, but wasn't this too much? Was it a crime for her to have fallen in love with a beast like him? That animal should be grateful that a girl like Jade gave him a piece of time talk more of four whole years, and he still have the guts to put her in this condition?

"Someone should toss that guy in a grave and bury him alive!" Amy snapped. The more she thought about the more livid she became. The cruelty was too much.

"Who was that person who hired the thugs you talked about?" Lair asked. He remembered Jake had mentioned about someone trying to hurt Jade before that sleazeball kidnapped her.

Jake hesistated a bit before replying, "Yeah, it was one of her colleagues"

"Don't tell me it's bitch Stephanie?" Amy snapped making Jake turn to look at her as he was slightly surprised.

"You know her?" Jake asked.

"So she's the one." It didn't sound like she was asking, it was more like she was confirming her suspicion.

Jake sighed warily as he nodded his head.

Amy jerked up to her feet in anger. "Those devils" She roared, while Lair's face went five shades darker with anger.

"The nerve they have. Wasn't making a fool of her and breaking her heart enough?!" Amy asked derisively.

Jake looked at the siblings confusedly. What has Stephanie got to do with Cale? Was the question he was asking right now.

Lair turned to Jake and asked, "Tell me you're going to kill that bastard and that stupid whore of his or I will" Lair snarled. He would derive pleasure in squeezing the life out of that animal in the form of a man. He would smash his head against the wall, breaking his cranium before dismembering every part of his body. And that Stephanie girl, God help her.

Jake kept staring at the sibling as he tried to put two and two together.

His eyes widen when it seemed like it finally realized something, but he was too scared to confirm it. He didn't want to confirm what he was thinking was true, but nevertheless he still found himself asking, "Was Stephanie....the girl he cheated with?" His heart was fiercely beating behind his chest as he anxiously waited for her answer.

"If it isn't that bitch, who else could it be?" Amy replied irritatedly. She hated Stephanie with her every being.

Jake felt like something had hit him when he heard that. He couldn't believe it.

Cale and Stephanie were the ones who betrayed Jade? Stephanie was the one acting like a cousin while Cale cheated on Jade with her, and he had made the mistake of sleeping with her too?

Did Jade know?

He looked at Jade and he felt guilty. He felt like he had betrayed her too. Intially, when Marcus told him the name of the girl he had thought Stephanie had hurt Jade because of what had happened between them. But now it seemed that was not the case. This was way deeper than what he had thought.

How could he have been so stupid? How could he have hurt her too. Though what he did was in the past but it would have been different had it been some other girl. But now, that wasn't the case.

'Fuck' Jake cussed in his mind, as he raked his hand through his hair. He messed up big time.

He was so undeserving of a girl like her. She was too good for all them.

Now his urge to get back at Cale and Stephanie for hurting Jade was heightened.

He jerked up to his feet, sauntered over to Jade, he bent down and whispered, "I'm sorry love" before placing a kiss on her forehead.

He turned to Lair and Amy and excused himself out of the room.

"Are you going to see them? I want to go to. That bitch deserves a slap from me" Amy told him with a tone of finality. She wasn't looking fine but she didn't care she was going to get revenge for Jade.

Jade looked at her from head to toe, she had an infusion attached to her. "I don't think you should go" He told her.

"No I'm going" She stubbornly declared. Jake didn't know if that was an okay thing to do, he looked at Lair who gave him a nod.

"I'll come too"

And soon they all set out to Marcus base.

Amy and Lair shared a look when they saw where Jake was driving to. They had thought they were heading to the station, but this didn't look like it.

They both kept quiet and followed Jake. A young man was waiting at the door who directed to a room where Marcus was already waiting for them.

Jake didn't need anyone to tell him why Marcus had gotten hold of Cale and Stephanie even before the asked. It was because of deal Jake had made with him earlier, but unfortunately for him he couldn't meet up with his own part of the deal, and that was why he had done this to put Jake in hid favour, and Jake didn't mind. All he wanted was to hurt that son of a bit** who had hurt his girl.

"Finally you're–" Marcus slurred when he saw the people following Jake. He cocked a brow at Jake who replied, "It's fine, they're with me" Jake assured him. He understood the man's worries. This was a secret base that was supposed to remain hidden to unknown eyes, but he had just brought them there.

Marcus simply shrugged and began to lead Jake to another room. He doesn't mind as far as he was able to lay hold of his father's company.

Amy was a bit nervous and uncomfortable when she realized what the place was, and the sights of armed men made it worse, but the moment she saw Stephanie and Cale tied go to a chair she felt anger surge through her vein. She pulled away from Lair who was holding her and marched towards them.

"You daughter of Satan" Amy yelled as she landed Stephanie a slap turning her face to the other side. Stephanie was shocked when she received that jaw breaking slap, she was yet to recuperate from the first one when another landed on the other side of her face making her squeal. Amy turned to her right side and slapped the fool that was sleeping on the next chair jerking him up from sleep.

"Wh–"

"Open you gutter and I'll fill it with a can of worm" Amy snapped and dealt another slap.

"You bit!" Cale tried to curse but his lips shut close when a teeth-chattering punch graced his face.

"That's for breaking her heart." Lair said before dealing him another blow making Cale groan in pain, "And that's for touching her you bastard."

He looked at him irritatedly before slapping him on the face, "And that's for insulting my sister." He fumed.

Dealing him a knock on his head, Amy said, "And that's for sharing the same air space with us and wasting precious oxygen!" She practically yelled that part out making Marcus chuckle amusedly. He loved the scene playing before him. He was seated in a holding room in his base, a cool drama was going on, all he needed was a pack of popcorn.

Amazing!

Amy turned to the vicious bitch by her side and her blood boiled even more. She violently grabbed Stephanie's hair and began to pull it pulling her head forward making Stephanie scream out in pain.

"Let me go, please let me go" She begged.

"In your dreams" Amy seethed. She looked at Marcus who tend to own the place and was watching with great satisfaction, and ordered,

"Give a scissor and a blade"

Lair looked at her in shock, "What do you want to do?" Lair asked.

"I'm going to shave this whore like the dog she is." She spat out, before turning towards Marcus, "The scissors, man" She snapped at him.

Marcus's lips curved upwards, "Yes ma'am" He replied as he jumped to his feet.

He paused at the door and looked at Amy and said, "And just so you know I like you" He told her but Amy eyed him.

"The scissors God damnit!" She snapped at him.

What a clown!
