*There are five physical spheres cultivated by the heavenly sects and two mental ones. We can divide the physical areas of cultivation into legs for raptor sect, arms for goose sect, head for penguin sect, chest for the gorilla sect, and back for the armadillo sect, with voice for the canary sect and poison for the skunk sect when it comes to the mental cultivation.*

*During the age of the escape, five of the original thirteen sect disappeared into the annals of the history due to the loss of their divine protector. No longer able to gather its essence for the sake of its cultivators, their disciples dissolved into the ranks of the other sects, putting the gorilla sect at the very top of the newly formed society, with the penguin sect chasing him as the second strongest party.*

*Due to the overall decline of the power steeming from the decreased amount of available resources, the mental sects that used to hold the prime in the old days, crumbled into the secondary position of the supporting sects, often ridiculed as the place the new disciples go after being refused a position in physical sects.*

Returning back from the library, I couldn't help but be amazed at the logical input that this new tool provided me with. Instead of wasting my time and mind resources at separating the propaganda from the actually usefull information, I could just pick what kinds of topic interested me, and the system would display the core information with annotations every few words that would allow me to research any particular topic even deeper.

Yet there was no reason for me to do so, as just reading the short version of everything that I wanted to know would take me at least a few days!

After reaching back the entrance to the library grounds, I thanked the same senior disciple that was guarding the place, and after passing through the barrier back to the ugly tunnel, I threw him the jade token that I used to move around. Thinking about this, I couldn't help but wonder whether there was some kind of an insane number of tunnels like this that would lead to just as much of the entrances to the library, or if there was some sort of trick that made anyone entering the tunnel-like the one located in Monica's mansion, enter this funnelling point no matter which entrance did they choose to get there in the first place.

This time, the trouble took the form of this clingy female disciple, trodding in place right in front of the doors leading to my chamber, blocking my only way to get inside with how the repair works were ongoing at the window side of the building.

"Hello there, Patric…"

With no other option, I had to push forward, with hopes that I would somehow ditch this lass away before she would start bothering me for real.

"Hey there."

Only at this moment did I realise that by the time I was coming up with a way to save my lower body from exhausting itself in the practice run with this lass, I have yet to even learn her name, as I was unable to remember how did Monica call her during our meeting!

"Do you have a moment maybe? With how close the challenges are, I would love if you could give me a hand in cultivation…"

Just like I hoped I could deny her any intimacy without beating around the bush, she turned out to be just as direct as I wanted to be myself. Yet it didn't change the fact, that I was by no means interested!

But at the same time, I couldn't help but notice how much did my life changed ever since I started living in this world. Back on earth, it would be a dream for me to be approached by such a fine girl, not to speak about being directly invited to fuck her silly, yet here I was now, figuring out a way in which I could avoid dipping my fingers into this matter as much as I could!

"I'm sorry, but I still have yet to recover after my training with the teacher. I don't think I will have any spare time for anything but cultivation before the trials. If you will insist, we might think about it after the intersect challenges."

Instead of directly refusing her request, I decided to go with the roundabout approach. After the challenges would be over, I would most likely either go on destroying this place altogether, or somehow attempt to take over it, in both cases putting me way out of this lass reach. As for her silly hope that her request would be fulfilled in just a few days, I wasn't guilty of how brutal this world was!

With everything said, there was no point bothering myself with this now slightly depressed lass. Pushing her lightly away, I could finally push the doors to my room open, only to instantly raise my barrier when I saw a fist flying straight towards my face!

"What the hell is the meaning of it?!"

All my hopes of regaining my pace that I could use to study the data gathered by my tool were gone when I saw a half of the entire group of the disciples that participated with me in Monica's summons. With only a single fist almost ready to smash against my cheek, I could somehow defend myself without using any real strength of mine that would put me at risk of seriously injuring them, yet from the looks of things, this fist was only a prelude to what was about to happen!
