With a sudden bout of passion, I grabbed one of the strange jades from the Venna's storage ring and replaced even more of the Dragon's iron from the pommel with it. As the only part of the entire weapon not covered with the Balkhavian's steel, it gave off a vibrant vibe, as if it was some kind of ultra precious gem, that only noble clans could allow themselves to use!

Finally satisfied, I took out the sword from the mana forge and weighed it in my hand. Thanks to the myriads of diffrent swords that I saw in various movies, the image of a proper, simple sword was deeply ingrained in my memory, allowing me to make it properly balanced right off the bat.

With a wood infused handle and a jade on the very top when the sword was placed with its pointy end downwards, there was a simple guard, one and a half hand's long blunt part with some additional forming added for the sake of better grip, and a simple, straight, edge, going along both sides all the way to the most delicate part, the thrust. With how worried I was about this weapon breaking up during some simple duel, I even ignored the Dragon's iron and Serpentine Jade, making it out purely with the resilient, Balkhavian's steel!

"Please, name the sword."

While I was able to see its stats while it was in the mana forge, I was too eager to hold it in my own, real hand, to pay any attention to it. After all, I could always put it back and read it again! That's why when Bonger asked for the name of this weapon, I couldn't help but rejoice. So far, only items created by directly using my abilities could be named! There was a reason why not even a single piece of jewellery that I crafted with the use of item randomizer had a name to it!

"I hereby name it a Mage's Sharp Stick!"

Considering how much Serpentine jade went into the blade, I already considered it to be more of a staff than a proper sword. While it retained the qualities of the proper cutting weapon, I kept this shape only for the sake of misleading others when it came to my profession! Even if others didn't know the meaning and prowess of proper mage staff - after all, I believed there wasn't a single mage in this entire world - just by seeing me fight with a diffrent kind of weapon that they would expect me to use, would put their guards up!

"Blop!"

"Masterpiece created!"

"Granting 200 attribute points!'

"Blop!"

"Masterpiece named!"

"Mage's Sharp Stick: Infused with the overwhelming power of a crimson jade, what appears to be a sword, is, in reality, a powerful mage tool, capable of casting even the middle realm spells.

"Requirments to use: 600 strength, 400 agility, 400 constitutions, 800 intelligence"

"Statistics: +700 Intelligence, +300 strength, +150 agility"

"Bonuses:

- 50% reduction of mana cost for first realm spells"

- Ignoring cast times and cooldown times for the first realm spells"

- Doubles the strength and area of effect for the first realm spells"

- 25% reduction of mana cost for second realm spells"

What the hell is wrong with this system?! While I can't say even a single word of complaint about the quality of this weapon, why just the bonuses from wielding it are creating even more questions without an answer?

Holding my annoyance back, I simply stored the sword away, before turning my attention to the remaining materials.

"What is this ominous aura that I just felt?"

Being so immersed in the wonders that I could create with my new abilities, I didn't even realise when Eve came back to her senses. Thinking back, I guess she might've regained her consciousness when I was testing out the prowess of Bakhelvian's steel, but for some reason, she didn't inform me about it. I guess she had some kind of fun, watching me immerse myself in the craft!

"It's good that you are awake now. Do you have any wishes towards what do you want your weapon to look like? Do you want it to hit hard, or fast?"

There was no point being angry at her for her little trick. I alone loved watching her sleeping face, so I couldn't judge her for observing me silently when I was working. After all, everyone had their quirks!

"I think a simple sword will suffice. There is no point trying to make it look fancy, as it would only attract more people to me, trying to get their hands on it. As for the usage requirements… I guess I will go with the speed."

Just like I thought. While I myself preferred to have a bit more strength behind every single one of my attacks, Eve style of fighting was far more suited towards agility. I even wondered how high her agility stat would be if she had the system as well!

"Okay then, give me a moment!"

Placing all the remaining ores inside my mana forge, it took me only a few minutes to find the best possible composition that would grant Eve the most agility, while not lacking in the strength department.

While I could go with some of the better setups, they sadly brought up the requirements too close to my current cap of statistics, making it highly probable that Eve wouldn't be able to wield it at all!

"How do you want to name it?"

Pulling out the finished product from the mana forge, I passed it to my beloved.

Just like my new weapon, it lacked any decorations or intricate carvings, putting a lot more emphasis on the pure efficiency of the craft. While some might believe that the swords should be more beautiful, they probably didn't realise that not only all kinds of carvings or add-ons only lowered the structural integrity of the weapons, but also served as a bait in the battle, prompting the enemies to focus on you only because your weapon looked expensive!

"It's… awesome… Why do I feel that every time you are crafting something, you are far better at it then you were before, despite your previous skills already being insane?"

Shaking her head in amazement, Eve asked the question that she probably knew the answer to. After all, she was the only person in this entire world that knew of the existence of my system!

"Anyway, I will call it Kazataman!"
