Chapter 75 - Cold.

''Ah!'' Isaac cried out and instantly removed his leg from the stairs. He glanced at his feet and saw that his shoes were frozen!

The moment he took a step, he felt the incredible pain of his bones getting frozen, and that made him startled.

'How could I feel pain... This is so strange.' He rubbed his painful feet, but the pain had already disappeared.

It was like he only felt pain if his leg touched the stairs.

''Are you alright?!'' Luna came next to him without even caring if there were more traps.

He is trying to see how many stairs it can fly before it is frozen till nothing is left.

The rock flew past the first step, and it was already covered in ice.

It also flew past the second step, and now the rock looked like an ice ball instead, and once it arrived, the third step... It was too heavy to continue flying.

It landed on the third step with a thud and cracked apart.

Isaac had cold sweat pouring on his back, 'It's not possible to survive that!'

''How much time is left...'' Isaac opened the Interface to look at the time.

''Time is running out... I need to figure out a way.'' Isaac sat down on the ground and leaned on the tree.

He started thinking of countless different possibilities, but he couldn't think of a way to survive the freezing.

'Blood flowing is the most important part, but it definitely can't keep me alive... That cold is something a human can't survive.'

''Nice lady?'' Luna tried to talk to the voice, but she never received a reply.

She sighed and sat next to Isaac. Her body's warmth was being transferred to Isaac.

He turned his head towards Luna, who was innocently holding his hand, ''Luna, I might have an idea, but it is completely nuts.''

Luna giggled and said, ''Let's do it then!''

Isaac nodded and pressed a few buttons in front of him, which caused his armor to disappear.

He started wearing the Chain Armor again before entering the forest, just in case.

Isaac was now only on his white shirt and leather pants.

''Take off your robes,'' Isaac instructed.

Luna nodded and pressed a few buttons in front of her.

The robes disappeared, and now she was only wearing a long-sleeved shirt with leather pants, which were slightly shorter than Isaac's.

She innocently looked at Isaac and waited for the next instructions.

Isaac stood up and walked in front of the stairs, he couldn't feel the cold at all, but he knew that he would die instantly if he took even one step forward.

Luna stopped next to him and took a deep breath.

''How long can you keep the fireball going?'' Isaac asked.

''Uhh... I haven't tried, but around 1 hour I guess.'' Luna said with some uncertainty.

Isaac nodded and said, ''Make the fireball circle around us.''

Luna nodded and put the cane in front of her, ''Fireball!''

A miniature ball made of fire started slowly circling around them, making them instantly warmer.

''Alright.'' Isaac turned his body towards Luna and put his arms wide open, ''Hug me.''

Luna blinked blankly, but then her cheeks became rosy-colored, ''E-Eh, why?''

''We need to transfer our bodies warmth for each other, it is a long shot, but in theory, it should work.''

Luna nodded shakily. She shyly walked towards him and was soon trapped in his embrace.

Their bodies were glued with each other, and their faces were instantly sweating, making their clothes stick to their skins.

'This might actually work...' Isaac took a deep breath, ''Let's do it!''

Luna nodded with a blush on her cheeks. They moved their legs at the same time and entered the first step....
