Isis slung a big bag over her back and pushed off the floor and rose into the sky. It was the day she set out to look for Osiris her love that had been proclaimed dead two days before and killed by her own brother Seth. Her wings flapped in the sky lifting her above the clouds so she could look down at the world below. Where would he have disposed the body of my husband? In the mountains? In the sea? Below the ground? Did he burn his body and throw it upon the sand dunes? Did he hide it in a pyramid? She was uncertain about the location of her husband but was ready to lay down her soul to find him.
So she began at the mountains. Walking up and down every hill on the surface of the Earth and everything below it. She searched every hidden corner of the world hoping to find even a piece of her husband there. She lifted every grain of sand on the earth to check if a speck of her husband was there. The bottom of her dress turned yellow from crawling in the dirt for years in search of her husband. She walked into the underworld and sifted through every inch of the place in hopes she would find him and visited every pyramid on Earth looking to see if he was buried there.
"What would you say if you saw this my love?" Isis chuckled softly as a tear slipped down her face.
