Chapter 1015 - Stutter

How to make a person to develop a mental disorder that causes stuttering:

Tell a child to stop stuttering. The psychological stress will result in the child developing a stutter even if they had no prior stutters.

This is something I'd consider as pure evil, so don't do it or else.
